Mrs. Yu’s face turned pale.

Her mind was filled with one thought...

’It’s over.’

What if the girl inside was truly...Yu Holea?

The re thought that the person inside was Yu Holea made Mrs. Yu’s body turn cold.

Her daughter...what if she was sched against and was getting...

No!

Mrs. Yu’s body trembled and every cell in her body was screaming.

The only feeling she was feeling right now was...regret.

If only...if only she had not brought her daughter with her to the banquet then Yu Holea wouldn’t have been sched against.

Now...

Mrs. Yu didn’t know how she was going to face Yu Holea.

What if her daughter hates her?

And who the f*ck was that beast who dared to sche against her daughter.

Anger started to rise in Mrs. Yu’s heart. But she retained so rationality and decided to handle the crowd first.

With a deep breath, she straightened her back and turned to the crowd that had gathered.

Her voice, though trembling, was firm.

"Everyone, please leave. This is a private matter."

There was a murmur of confusion at first, but then a voice rang out from the crowd.

"Leave? Why should we leave?" a woman sneered, crossing her arms.

"We’re here to find out what kind of scandal is going on. After all, this is Director Gong’s anniversary banquet, isn’t it?"

Another voice chid in, this ti a man.

"Your daughter was seen going into Room 303. What’s going on, Mrs. Yu? What is she doing in there with Director Gong? Or are you going to pretend like nothing’s happening?"

The crowd’s tone shifted, growing more vicious as the murmurs turned into full-blown accusations.

"She’s nothing but a howrecker!" soone shouted.

"Who does she think she is, trying to steal Director Gong from his wife?"

"Disgusting! What kind of mother lets her daughter behave like this?"

Mrs. Yu’s blood ran cold as the words hit her like daggers. The murmurs turned into loud jeers, and soon enough, people were throwing slurs at Yu Holea’s na.

"Sl*t!"

"Gold-digger!"

"She must be trying to climb up the social ladder by sleeping her way to the top."

Mrs. Yu’s heart ached as she heard her daughter’s na being dragged through the mud.

Her fists clenched, her entire body shaking with rage.

"Enough!" she shouted, her voice breaking as she took a step forward.

"You have no idea what’s going on. Stop this slander!"

Don’t ruin my daughter’s reputation!

But the crowd only laughed cruelly.

So of the people frowned and said to those who were mocking Mrs. Yu,

"Can you guys be a bit more human? What if Director Gong and Miss Yu had fallen into the trap, we should help them, instead of making so comnts."

Mrs. Yu motioned Jiang Mushu to stop the crowd but to her surprise, Jiang Mushu and Zhang ilin surpassed her and directly entered the room.

Zhang ilin even turned on the recording cara of her.

Mrs. Yu gritted her teeth and her first impression of Zhang ilin plumted.

This woman who was claiming to be her daughter’s friend was clearly her green tea b*tchy friend.

Otherwise, why would Zhang ilin turn on the cara?

Mrs. Yu rushed towards Zhang ilin and was about to ask her to stop the recording when she entered the room.

On the bed, two figures were engaged in inappropriate activity and kept on going as if they couldn’t hear the sound at all.

The dim light in the room illuminated the figure of the two people ’fighting’ on the bed and when Mrs. Yu saw the black hair of the woman, her hanging heart seed to have cald down.

Her daughter had beautiful silver hair...

The woman on the bed was definitely not her Holea!

However, so fools in the crowd who didn’t pay much attention to Yu Holea started to mock thinking, the woman on the bed was Yu Holea,

"Hey see...just how lustful the girl is. Even after our arrival she is still so imrsed in such an activity..."

"So people really have no sha," a man sneered. "This is what happens when you raise your children with no morals."

Mrs. Yu’s hands trembled with fury.

She had already been humiliated enough, but to have people continue to throw baseless accusations at her daughter—even after realizing that it wasn’t Yu Holea on the bed—was too much.

Before Mrs. Yu could respond, an innocent voice broke sound in the room,

"What is happening?"

When everyone heard the question, they turned to look at the person who had asked and saw a silver hair, gorgeous woman.

Soone in the crowd instantly recognized Yu Holea and shouted,

"Hey! Isn’t that Yu Holea?"

"Yes!"

"What? If she is Yu Holea then who is on the bed?"

The crowd’s gaze turned to the couple who were still engrossed in the pleasure of flesh. It didn’t take long for soone to point it out,

"Hey! That is Ai Han! Director Gong’s assistant!"

"I guess Director Gong’s ’anniversary gift’ is a little more personal than expected," another added, drawing more laughter from the crowd.

So guests, especially those who knew Jiang Mushu, turned to console her.

"This must be hard for you, Mrs. Ging," one woman said softly. "I think you should divorce him, I didn’t know he was such kind of person!"

"Yeah! You shouldn’t be with such a person." Soone shouted." God knows what he might do to make way for his mistress if he can cheat on you on his anniversary too."

Jiang Mushu’s expression was cold, her anger barely contained. Her fists clenched at her sides as she stared at the two figures on the bed.

The laughter and mocking comnts only made her anger boil over, but before she could act, Mrs. Yu rushed to her daughter’s side.

"Holea!" Mrs. Yu cried, running to Yu Holea and grabbing her hands.

"Are you alright? My dear, I’m so sorry... I never should have left you alone. I... I thought sothing terrible had happened to you!"

Her voice was trembling, filled with guilt and panic.

She held Yu Holea tightly, her eyes full of regret.

Yu Holea was stunned by Mrs. Yu’s sudden action, but when she held Mrs. Yu’s trembling body, she was shocked.

She didn’t know Mrs. Yu would be so devasted.

Her heart felt a bit warm.

She gently squeezed her mother’s hands.

"It’s okay. I’m fine. I promise."

Mrs. Yu, still shaken, pulled her daughter into a tight hug.

"I’m so sorry. If I had known... If I hadn’t left you alone... Please, Holea, forgive . I was so scared."

"Shhh! Nothing has gone wrong! Everything is fine!"

anwhile, Jiang Mushu, who had been standing still with her fury brewing, finally snapped.

She turned to Director Gong and Ai Han, her voice cutting through the air like ice.

"Gong Huang! Wake up! How can you cheat on ?"

Her fists clenched, her nails digging into her palms as she fought to keep her composure.

"At our anniversary banquet, you decide to humiliate like this? With your assistant, no less?"

Director Gong, still disoriented from the sudden exposure, hastily stumbled out of bed, trying to cover himself.

He could see the rage in his wife’s eyes, the disbelief, and worse—the disgust.

"It’s not what it looks like!" Director Gong stamred, his voice desperate.

"This is a mistake! I... I don’t know what happened! Please, let explain!"

"So you’re telling this was all a mistake?" Jiang Mushu seethed.

"You had no idea what was happening when you went into a room alone with Ai Han? You expect us to believe that?"

Director Gong, clearly flustered, struggled to co up with a response.

"I... I was just... It was all a misunderstanding!"

"Misunderstanding?" Jiang Mushu scoffed, her voice dripping with disdain.

"A misunderstanding that just so happens to involve you in bed with your assistant?"

"No! It’s like this! I was drunk and Miss Ai helped in the room..." Director Gong tried to explain.

Before he could continue, Yu Holea’s calm voice interrupted him.

"Director Gong," she said, stepping forward with a steady gaze. "I saw you and Ai Han enter this room with my own eyes."

The crowd fell silent as Yu Holea spoke, her words carrying a weight that silenced the jeers.

"I saw both of you go into Room 303... and I felt like I was witnessing sothing I shouldn’t. I was scared.

I thought if I told anyone, it would only make things worse for . So I called my friend Zhang ilin."

Then she paused and continued,

"However...I know one thing for sure...you weren’t drunk. I have a clip of you entering the room fully awake."

She didn’t give any chance to Director Gong and showed it to Jiang Mushu who was frozen for a while before announcing in a firm voice,

"I will divorce you Gong Huang."

Yu Holea cheered in her heart.

Yes!
