"The fools at the Demon Extermination Association have been forced to the edge so quickly?"

"What a pity... such low-level resistance is utterly aningless!"

Atop the most famous building in this city.

On the pinnacle of the soaring iron tower, once known to all for the Supernatural Calamity, stood a handso man. He was impeccably dressed in a suit, his hair ticulously grood, resembling a social elite.

In his hand, he held a triangular glass, containing exquisite red wine that even the finest somliers would praise and beco intoxicated by. Casually swirling the glass, he lifted it to his eyes.

Through the refracted deep red liquid and glass, his vision was filled with a bizarre flow and vivid crimson, exciting him as if it were blood.

He savored a little, displaying an expression of enjoynt as he sighed, "But one has to admit, humans have shown exceptional developnt in creation, while we only destroy and kill. What do you think?"

He glanced back over his shoulder—

There was nothing there.

Yet, the man seed to hear sothing, nodding repeatedly as he continued, "Yes, indeed, besides their creations, humans themselves are also a delicacy, just lacking seasoning."

In the next second, his excited expression turned elusive once again.

Casually, he tossed the wine glass off the top of the iron tower, spreading his arms as if embracing the azure sky.

Gradually, that elusive expression beca more enjoying, even turning sowhat cruel as he said, "Forgetting is the perfect seasoning, tasting their souls freed from the shackles of the flesh, savoring those despicable mories... Oh, my God, each individual life experience makes their flavor unique, each bite is a new descent."

As he spoke, one could vaguely see ghostly silhouettes appearing behind him.

These phantoms were as lifelike as 3D projections.

Without exception, these phantoms bore expressions of confusion, even fear, and finally, under their silent, resentful howls, they gradually vanished, becoming the unparalleled delicacies the man spoke of.

As the first Nation-Destroying Level Fierce Ghost born after the second Supernatural Calamity, he nad himself [As a Dream].

The Forgotten Ghost with Law Power, [As a Dream], just like those Venerables in the Fierce Ghost World, could walk the earth in human form and possess complete cognitive abilities.

To him, this country resembled an extraordinarily luxurious buffet. The tasty little humans were like seafood trapped in glass tanks, swimming around in ignorance, unaware of when they would be picked to satisfy soone’s appetite.

The wild exposure actions of the Demon Extermination Association were but the desperate flailings of shrimp and crab, attempting to wield their supposedly powerful pincers, all destined to be chosen and devoured in the end.

He was truly the one at the top of the food chain!

Bang— Bang—

While savoring the most exquisite delicacy, a sudden sound made the Forgotten Ghost [As a Dream] frown.

"Hmm? What’s that?" he squinted towards the distance.

Standing at the top of the iron tower allowed the Forgotten Ghost to quickly discern what was causing the disturbance.

It was a black dot growing larger, accompanied by explosive airflow generated by its extre speed, and its trajectory seed to be heading straight towards him.

A mont later, an expression of puzzlent flashed across the Forgotten Ghost’s face.

For he discovered that the black dot was actually a human!

"This human... can he see ?"

In the few seconds the Forgotten Ghost was dazed, the figure had almost reached the top of the tower.

And he, unhurried, softly spoke to the strange human flying towards him, "Forget how to fly, that’s sothing you shouldn’t master. Humans should crawl nicely on the ground."

As soon as he finished speaking, the human, who had been flying at supersonic speed, suddenly lost control and plumted to the ground.

Ultimately, he crashed into the base of the tower with a force like a teor, creating a horrifying crater.

The thunderous impact was like sweet music to the ears of the Forgotten Ghost, who could already picture the human, full of vengeful and angry emotions, losing control at the mont of near contact, only to smash into a pulp on the ground.

This feeling of controlling everything made the Forgotten Ghost’s desire to feast surge once more!

"Soon I’ll let people start forgetting the existence of social order. Let see how deplorable you’ve beco once you turn into beasts without restraint!" the Forgotten Ghost said, smiling.

However, before he could extend his smile to a satisfying degree, he heard a mocking voice behind him:

"Trust , you won’t see that mont, for soon you’ll be on your knees begging for God’s forgiveness."

Hearing this voice, the Forgotten Ghost couldn’t help but retract his smile, slowly turning around to see a rare Eastern-faced young man casually brushing dust, mixed with bits of grass and dirt, off his shoulder.

He instinctively realized that this was the human who should have been smashed to a pulp monts ago.

Though he couldn’t comprehend why this guy had managed to climb up the tower to have a casual chat, the Forgotten Ghost scrutinized him and sarcastically said, "God? As far as I know, that’s just a fictional deity conjured up by humans to deceive themselves, sotis used to refer to killing soone. Do you think you can kill ?"
