Wang Zhan shrugged indifferently. He pointed at Qiu Lingdu not far away and said, "If we can't take down this big guy, I'm afraid we'll all turn into cold corpses. And are you really foolish enough to send

to my death, even if you don't like ?"

In fact, Hu Xianfeng was just joking. Although there was so friction between him and Wang Zhan, it was re everyday quibbling. In the face of any difficult situation, he would unconditionally stand by Wang Zhan's side.

Wang Zhan laughed and said, "Okay, let's not waste any more ti. Let's quickly deal with Qiu Lingdu, considering how much I've already worn him down. If we let him recover to his peak state, even if we can take down this big guy together, it will still cause us so trouble."

The simplest way to solve a problem is the best strategy.

Hu Xianfeng nodded, the playful look gradually disappearing from his face.

The next second, the two charged swiftly toward Qiu Lingdu.

In the blink of an eye, they had once again engaged Qiu Lingdu.

To Wang Zhan's utmost surprise, Hu Xianfeng's longsword was an extrely powerful piece of equipnt, even on par with the Deep Fire Blade.

With their combined efforts, Qiu Lingdu was forced into constant retreat, and they had clearly gained the upper hand.

Finally, Qiu Lingdu revealed his trump card.

Huge light screens appeared, surrounding his body. With their appearance, a long spear emitting a colorful glow was rapidly ford.

At this mont, Qiu Lingdu's eyes widened. He then shot a sharp look at Wang Zhan, lethal intent clear in his voice.

"So this is his secret weapon?" Wang Zhan narrowed his eyes and said in a cold voice.

Hu Xianfeng, at his side, also nodded. "If we can withstand this, he won't be able to trouble us further, and we'll have nothing more to worry about."

Wang Zhan smiled and nodded, as he was clearly aware of this too.

He lifted the Deep Fire Blade in his hand and roared, "Nine Heavens Mysterious Fire Formation!"

The next second, a host of Fire Dragons appeared around Wang Zhan's body. They quickly transford into nine fire pillars, which entrapped not only Qiu Lingdu.

Even Wang Zhan and Hu Xianfeng were trapped inside.

Of course, Wang Zhan's purpose in doing this was to commit to a do-or-die battle; their sole aim this ti was to kill Qiu Lingdu within the Nine Heavens Mysterious Fire Formation.

anwhile, Hu Xianfeng slowly raised his longsword, chanting a series of incantations.

Roars of thunder could be heard from the sky, followed by flashes of lightning coiling around Hu Xianfeng's longsword.

"With fire and thunder combined, it seems Qiu Lingdu won't be able to hold on this ti," Wang Zhan said slowly, squinting his eyes.

Hu Xianfeng's expression was indifferent. He stated, "We still don't know the situation for sure.

"However, with our combined strength, we should be able to contend with Qiu Lingdu.

"If even these ans can't deal with him, then it's truly bad news for us."

Wang Zhan understood this very clearly. But now was not the ti to bolster the enemy's morale and undermine one's own.

The next second, Hu Xianfeng swung his longsword. Imdiately, bolts of lightning rained down towards Qiu Lingdu.

The long spear behind Qiu Lingdu had also fully ford. Then, it shot straight towards Wang Zhan and Hu Xianfeng.

The lightning bolts in the sky rapidly converged around the spear, clashing against it.

The fire pillars surrounding the trio were trembling constantly. Clearly, they were now in a life-or-death situation, and no one could afford to hold back.

The people on the periphery narrowed their eyes, their faces ashen.

Even the Bounty Hunters had clenched their fists, at a loss for a mont.

In the distance, Han Junxiong's face was terribly pale.

He kept muttering under his breath, "They must hold on! Whether everyone in Kui City can survive now depends entirely on you two."

The next second, a massive ripple of energy spread across the sky. Accompanied by thunderous sounds, the surrounding forest was leveled in an instant.

Han Junxiong was flung away by the shockwave, landing in a battered and disheveled state.

By the ti Han Junxiong managed to get up, there was no sign of Wang Zhan and Hu Xianfeng. And Qiu Lingdu had long since vanished.

Han Junxiong rushed over to where the trio had been. Looking around, everything was a ss, not a spot of green in sight. Even the ground had turned charred black.

Han Junxiong fell to his knees in despair, his face grim. He pounded his fists onto the ground repeatedly, calling out, "Hu Lao! Wang Zhan!"

"Where on earth are you?"

That even their combined forces were no match for that fiend was a reality beyond anyone's imagination.

But for Han Junxiong, there might still be a glimr of hope: no corpses of Wang Zhan or Hu Xianfeng had been found. This indicated that the two of them had likely survived. The important thing was that, even if injured, they should still be alive.

Not far away, several Bounty Hunters quickly ran towards Han Junxiong's location. In the blink of an eye, they had arrived in front of him.

Although fear flickered in their eyes, it vanished quickly. They paid no attention to Han Junxiong squatting on the side; instead, their gaze fixated on the longsword embedded in the ground not far from them.

"What is that?" one of the Bounty Hunters suddenly asked. Instantly, all eyes focused on the longsword.

"Looks like it belongs to that old fellow."

"That longsword must be a divine weapon."

"No doubt about it! If we could get our hands on sothing like that, our strength would improve considerably."

For a mont, everyone's eyes glinted as they clearly began to covet the longsword.

anwhile, Han Junxiong quickly got up and walked towards them. He shot out a hand, grabbed one of them by the neck, and bellowed, "Hu Lao and Wang Zhan's fates are unknown! If you take that longsword, and they find you, you'll find it hard to keep your own lives!"

The n looked at each other and then burst out laughing.

"Are you trying to scare us?"

"Do you think we are easily frightened?"

"Take a look at what's happening around us; can they even save their lives, much less gods?"

"Moreover, even if they are still alive, they must be seriously injured by now. At that ti, forget about dealing with us; even managing an ordinary person would probably be an extrely difficult task."

After exchanging a few words, they quickly moved towards the longsword, greed evident in their eyes.

Han Junxiong, at the side, clenched his fists and rushed towards them. "You losers! Have you already forgotten what you just said? Who was it that wanted to follow Wang Zhan? Are you going to break your word so quickly?"

The Bounty Hunters glanced at each other, then shook their heads helplessly.

"Kid, are you out of your mind?" one said. "With such fine equipnt right in front of us, you expect us to just stand by and watch? And so what if we follow that guy? How long would it take to get equipnt this good? If we grab it and leave imdiately, what can he do even if he finds out?"

Clearly, the group had no intention of listening to Han Junxiong.

Han Junxiong clenched his fist, hesitated no more, and launched an attack at them.

The others quickly stepped aside. "We're in a relatively good mood right now and don't want to fight you. So, you'd better not make trouble here, otherwise, don't bla us for being ruthless."

After giving Han Junxiong a cold look, they warned him in a chilling tone.

Han Junxiong's face was grim. He clenched his fists and shot them a cold glare.

The next second, Han Junxiong charged at them at a startling speed.

The group, not to be outdone, also attacked Han Junxiong.

How could Han Junxiong possibly be a match for this group? After all, they outnumbered him, and he was already injured. After a brief exchange, Han Junxiong was quickly defeated.

"Since you're courting death, don't bla us for being rciless!" As he spoke, one of the Bounty Hunters clenched his fist and smashed it toward Han Junxiong's face.

If this punch landed, Han Junxiong would find it difficult to survive.

Han Junxiong clenched his fist tightly, but he had no strength left to fight back. He closed his eyes in despair.

"You despicable curs! Even if you kill , so what? I believe that a re Qiu Lingdu is no match for Hu Xianfeng and Wang Zhan. They will hunt you down, and when they do, your predicant will be far worse than mine! So, I'll be waiting for you all in the afterlife!"

The Bounty Hunters looked at Han Junxiong coldly and attacked simultaneously.

Although the forest was now bereft of trees, the distinct sound of footsteps could still be heard.

Upon hearing this, everyone looked around, and the sight shocked them all.

Looking around, they saw countless demonic beasts slowly approaching them.
