76 Ho, Father
Microsoft Headquarters, Redmond, Washington, USA.
In one of the company's building conference room, a group of people were seen seated around a table.
A very dense authoritative and confidence aura radiated from their body, complinted by their extre look of professionalism.
A man who looks to be of Indian descent, sat at the end of the table.
"And that would be all for today's eting," A pleasant voice belonging to female downing an office lady attire sounded in the conference room, and the man seated at the head of the table, nodded.
Everyone in the conference room saw this and started packing up the docunts in front of them.
"What about the ssage that was sent to QURT technology, the company behind the AI chatbot, ELLA? Have they responded?," The man at the head of the table asked.
"Yes, CEO Nadella. I actually received a response from them right before the eting started," The lady stopped what she was doing and replied.
"What's their response?," The man, Mr Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft asked.
"They rejected our offer," The lady said and shook her head.
"Interesting. Did they give a reason?," The CEO, asked with an interested expression on his face.
"I'm sorry sir, but they gave us no reason for rejecting our offer."
"Increase the price and reach out to them again. I want us to acquire the technology behind the AI at all ans," CEO Nadella said with a serious expression on his face.
The lady heard this and nodded, before leaving the eting room with the others.
After everyone has left, CEO Nadella sighed and looked at the ceiling deep in thought, as he murmured.
'Qurt Technology?...'
As soone who graduated with a master's degree in Business Administration, and soone who has been in different executive positions in the company before becoming its CEO, he's a businessman who has developed a sixth sense for profit, he was well aware of how extraordinary the technology behind the AI chatbot is.
This was also confird when he pitted it against their own AI chatbot.
"How did they do it? Also, why can't I find anything about the company's owner. The only thing that isknown is the location of their office building," CEO Nadella said and sighed.
A small group of companies has been dominating the AI sector for so ti, but the ergence of the QURT Technology is bound to change everything and this is the reason why he wants to acquire the company at all cost.
He wasn't worried though. As soone who has been in this cutthroat industry for years, he understood that it's only a matter of ti before the company acquiesces to their demands.
CEO Nadella wasn't the only one desperately after LUNAR's technology.
In an office located at the top floor of Oracle's Headquarter, Safra Catz, the CEO of Oracle looked at report given to her by her secretary.
"They rejected our offer?...," She asked, slightly surprised.
She wasn't actually surprised, she found it odd that the no-na start-up company behind the new rave AI chatbot, LUNAR, would refuse an offer of $19 billion.
"It seems like the competition is going to be fierce...," She said to herself with a smile.
She dropped the report back on the desk and looked at her secretary standing in front of her.
"Tell this to them: I don't care about the price, we must acquire this company at all cost.
We must never allow Microsoft or any other company to get it. This will be what will help us to break through into the AI sector," she said and her secretary nodded, before leaving the office.
After her secretary left, Safra stood up and walked towards the panoramic glass wall, and stared at the beautiful, captivating landscape of Austin city, with a solemn expression on her face.

Silas who was unaware or completely aware of what was happening, but didn't care, was now driving ho.
As he drove ho, a lot of thoughts filled his mind.
After his encounter with the President of Venezuela, Mr Yusmairobis, Silas knew that things are now going to get difficult for him as the CIA and FBI are actively trying to get information on him.
Another thing he thought about was his wealth which had no legally docunted source.
He got to know this after his eting with Mr Yusmairobis.
After Silas got the system, he didn't bother to ask if the money he will be receiving will have a legal source docunted for it.
But could he be blad? It can be said that Silas at that ti, was at his last leg and even if he wanted to ask, the system wasn't sentient at that ti.
Actually, it wasn't that the money didn't have a legal source but its source is so mysterious that the two three-letter agency decided to label it as unknown.
"I still have a lot of things that needs to be taken care of," Silas said to himself.

Few minutes, Silas had already arrived ho and was waiting for Kim to open the door.
After a few seconds of waiting, the door opened.
"Silas, welco," Kim said with a smile on her face.
"Thanks Kim," Silas said and walked into the house.
Just as he was about to go up to Alex's room, he saw his father sitting on the sofa, and staring intently at him.
"Where have you been?," His father asked with a very angry voice, as he stood up and walked towards Silas, nacingly.
If it was before, Silas would have started cowering and started preparing to receive his father's beating.
Wrong, Silas wouldn't even dare to see his father to the eye, but a lot has changed in the past two months.
Instead of cowering and shivering before his father, Silas looked at his father right in the eyes, and smiled.
"Where I go and what I do is none of your business. It's not like you really care anyway," Silas said and started walking up to his room.
"Silas! When I'm talking to you, you stand right where you're until I'm done." The bellowing voice of his furious father was heard.
Silas saw this and turned back, as looked at his father with a sneer on his face.
"And what if I don't?"
