The next day, Silas was woken up by a vibration from the smartwatch.
"Mmhmm... A brand new day," Silas said as he stood up from the bed. He did a light stretch before going to the bathroom to freshen up.
After he was done with that, he went downstairs to eat breakfast. When he got downstairs, he saw that the girls had prepared his food and left it on the table for him.
He also noticed that after the library incident, the girls have been avoiding him and only interacting with him only when necessary.
Silas understood the reason behind their recent behavior but he wasn't affected by it. In fact he was happy and prefers the way things are now.
Silas sat down at the dining table and started eating. While eating, he licked his lips as he relished the deliciousness of the food.
He had spent almost two months in that lab and during that ti, all he ate was the little food he was able to pack from ho and so snacks, nothing more. So one could understand how he feels eating good food again after such a long ti.
He had put off checking the reason for the smartwatch vibration this morning as he was very hungry, so the first thing he did after he was done eating was to go to his room and check it up.
"LUNAR?," Silas called out, as he tapped the watch lightly.

"What's the progress on the task I assigned to you?"

"Thank you."

"Transfer the AI to the smartwatch and give every single detail on the information that you were able to get."
{The AI has already been transferred to the smartwatch.}

Silas was stupefied by the information he got. For many reasons actually, first being the massive disparity in population of people with superpowers and the ordinary population.
Though it was sothing that he had expected, he just didn't expect the gap to be like a huge chasm.
He knew that if there are actually other people with superpowers, their number would be very small compared to the general population, but he didn't expect the number to be so few.
In comparison, Earth's population is more than 8.1 billion, going with that number, what is the ratio of people with superpowers to those without it?
That would be one to more than five hundred thousand!
That's a very massive gap!
Due to the sparse amount of dark energy currently available on Earth and the planet's current level of technology, it can be said that for people with superpower to actually exist is a miracle.
Going further, Silas wasn't actually surprised that the USA has the highest number of people with superpowers but what was surprising was Australia's figure.
How did they have such a high number?

After they found out, the governnt started recruiting them from other countries by giving them lucrative offers like paying them a certain amount of money every month, granting them imdiate citizenship and many other mouth-watering offers.
They recruited from majorly from very impoverished regions like African and Asian countries. Other countries caught wind of the activities of the Australian governnt, did their investigation and also started the sa thing.
There is also a departnt that was set up by the UN to register these people and the departnt also acts as a watchdog on countries that have Phenonals in their ranks. The departnt also offers special privileges to these countries.
The list of Phenonals that I gathered are those that have been registered and docunted. It's possible that there are other Phenonals out there that are still unknown.
Also, almost all the big pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the world are researching the genes of Phenonals, aiming to artificially create more Phenonals.}
"Is that all?," Silas asked when LUNAR stopped talking.
{Yes. I have also sent a detailed list of Phenonals, their docunted superpower and their known affiliations.}
"Ok, that's fine. What about the information on the island?"
{I found three potential islands that we can buy, two are in the Caribbean and one is in Europe.}
"They are not under a country's sovereignty?," Silas asked.
{They are but the governnt would be willing to sell if you bring the right amount.}
Silas' eyes shone when he heard this.
'Of course, the right amount is all it needs. Why didn't I think of this?'
"LUNAR, you're the best."

"LUNAR, I want you to get in touch with the governnts in charge of these Islands, give them an amount you feel is right and conditions we want when buying the island."

"No nosing around, the island will be strictly under my complete control. No interference from any outside party and lastly, they will provide us with manpower whenever we want to construct anything on it. Do let them know that they will be perfectly compensated for everything," Silas said, stating his conditions.
{I would get down to that, sir.}
"Good, while doing that, I want you to hack into every device owned by these individuals that I would be sending to you, I want you to get every information you can find and mostly, incriminating ones."
{Yes sir. Anything else you would want to do, sir?}
"No."
'Ahh.. LUNAR is the best.'
Just like how one would feel when he gets the perfect secretary. Yeah, that's how Silas is feeling now.
After sending the list of people he wants LUNAR to hack into their devices, Silas focused his attention on other things.
"Yeah, now to other things," Silas said, and tapped on the smartwatch.
"Hey, are you there?"

Silas heard a different female voice coming from the smartwatch.
"Yeah and you are?."
"Nice na," Silas said.
Silas was just about to give orders to ELLA when he felt his phone's vibration in his pocket.
He brought it out and saw the caller's id, Mr Rendall. He rembered that he has a scheduled eting with Mr Rendall today, this morning actually.
Silas didn't pick the call but instead went downstairs directly.
Just as he expected, Mr Rendall was already sitting on a sofa downstairs, with his briefcase on his lap, waiting for him.
"Mr Rendall, sorry for keeping you waiting," Silas said, as he took his seat.
"No, it's okay. I just got here anyway."
"Cool. So....?"
"Yeah, the docunts," Mr Rendall said, and started bringing out a bunch of papers from his briefcase.
Few seconds later, a bunch of papers lay bare in front of Silas, and Silas picked one of them and started going through it.
Few minutes later, he was done with all of them and he nodded his head in satisfaction.
"Good, I will make the paynt," Silas said and imdiately made the transaction.
After making the transaction, he signed the paper and passed it back to Mr Randall. He could finally breathe a sigh of relief now that he has purchased an office building for his business.
"Anything else, Mr Rendall?"
"Yeah, Mr Brandon said that the next batch of buildings will be ready between two weeks to a month and they would approximately cost around $560 million to $800 million," Mr Rendall said, as he packed his things into his briefcase.
"Alright, just let know after they have been evaluated."
"Ok, I will be on my way then."
"Sure, have a nice day."
"Thanks, you too," Mr Rendall said, and left.
Silas looked at the disappearing back view of Mr Rendall for so seconds before going back upstairs.
"The building is ready, the island is almost ready, what else is remaining?"
"Before that, let's check what I got after buying the building.
I wonder if I will get more shares or so other things?"
