Clearly, these people understood that Rode's approach was the more prudent one, as using large-scale weapons of mass destruction required caution.

The reason the strong man was so determined to eliminate Connor was that there was a complex relationship between the strong man and Blood Shadow. Additionally, the strong man held a high position, so the others refrained from speaking out, fearing they might offend him.

"General Abel, what do you think we should do about this matter?" At this mont, soone took the initiative to speak to Abel.

After hesitating for two seconds, Abel replied in a low voice, "I think Rode's suggestion is correct. We should proceed with caution. I believe we should send soone to communicate with this Soul Eater and try to get him to leave the United States as soon as possible. As for his disputes with Blood Shadow, that's none of our concern. They can handle it however they like, but he cannot remain within our borders. What do you all think?"

"I agree!" Rode imdiately nodded without hesitation.

"Count in!"

" too!"

Seeing that Abel had spoken, everyone stepped up to support his suggestion.

The strong man hesitated for a mont but then said in a low voice, "I agree as well, but who will go and et this Soul Eater? I heard he's a serial killer, and we don't even know where he is, do we?"

Naturally, the strong man disagreed with Abel's approach, but he didn't dare to oppose him.

"I'll take care of this matter," a woman's voice suddenly sounded.

Upon hearing this voice, everyone turned their heads toward the entrance of the room.

"I know where the Soul Eater is right now, and I'll go talk to him."

On the other side, after chasing William for nearly a few hundred miles, Connor began to feel that his body couldn't bear it any longer. In less than a month, he had experienced several major battles, putting a trendous strain on his body.

He knew that if he continued to push his body like this, he might fall into a coma again at any mont. Once that happened, his situation could beco very dangerous.

Currently, he had locked onto William using his divine sense, so no matter where William fled, he could still locate him. Therefore, he didn't need to rush.

He decided to take a night's rest in Littlere, which was the nearest city to him, and then resu the search for William the next day. This would give his body so ti to recover.

Upon entering the city, he entered a hotel without drawing much attention. Many people in the hotel were discussing the Soul Eater, not realizing that he had just passed by them and overheard their insults.

However, he understood that these people were just ordinary civilians and had no knowledge of the true situation. He couldn't afford to waste ti explaining to them.

Once he reached his hotel room, Connor imdiately entered a state of ditation. At this mont, the most important thing for him was to allow his body to recuperate.

However, in less than an hour, he heard a knock on the door.

He hesitated but concluded that it was likely hotel staff. Since he hadn't provided identification docunts to the hotel, he chose not to open the door to avoid unnecessary trouble.

"Lord Soul Eater," the voice from the other side of the door said.

This sentence made Connor open his eyes.

He paused, realizing that if the person outside the door knew his true identity, they were certainly not an ordinary individual.

He hesitated for two seconds and then walked to the door, opening it.

Once the door was open, he saw a sexy woman wearing sunglasses and a long lady's coat standing before him.

Connor observed the woman from top to bottom and realized that he didn't know her. They had never t before.

"May I co in, Soul Eater?" The woman removed her sunglasses, revealing her beautiful face, and smiled at Connor.

The woman removed her sunglasses, revealing her beautiful face, and smiled at him.

Connor hesitated for a mont, then stepped aside, allowing the woman to enter his room.

"Who are you? How did you know?" he asked the woman expressionlessly.

"Let introduce myself first," the woman said, pausing for a mont before looking at Connor. "I have many nas, but I prefer the na Shelley. Of course, my na isn't very important. What matters is my identity."

The woman continued, "I am the head of Rockefeller in Risu. Most people prefer to call Alia. You've had contact with Asya, so you should be well aware of my identity!"

He hesitated for a mont. He was surprised by the woman's arrival because he didn't expect her to be affiliated with the Rockefeller, especially as their representative in Risu.

Of course, Connor didn't doubt her identity at this point. Her knowledge of his identity as the Soul Eater indicated a connection with the Rockefellers.

"Since you are from Rockefeller, you should be well aware of my relationship with them. Are you not afraid that I will kill you for revealing your identity so openly?" he asked calmly.

"Do you not doubt my identity at all?" With a hint of surprise, the woman asked him softly.

"No need to doubt. Whether you are 'Alia' or anyone else, your identity holds no significance to ," he replied, shaking his head lightly.

"You're quite interesting," she said, smiling gently.

"Answer my question!"

"I have no conflicts or grudges with you," she replied calmly. "Your desire for revenge is against Rockefeller, and I have no association with them. If soday you truly take control of the Rockefellers, you would be my next boss. Therefore, I see no reason for you to want to kill ."

Alia's response was delivered in a composed manner.
