Connor observed the state of these people and it was apparent that they must have lost money elsewhere, which was why they wanted to try their luck here.

He casually picked up a few chips and threw them directly onto the table.

After throwing the chips, he continued to observe the situation inside the casino.

At this mont, Connor gave the impression of being completely absent-minded, as if he didn't care about winning or losing.

Beside him, Trixie stood quietly, and she seed even more curious in her heart because she could sense that he didn't seem to be here to gamble at all.

Amidst the sighs and screams of countless people, an hour quickly passed.

His luck was still quite good today. Just by rolling the dice, he won over a hundred thousand dollars.

He was also very generous and tipped Trixie nearly ten thousand dollars.

She hadn't done anything from beginning to end, just standing quietly beside Connor, yet she received over ten thousand dollars in tips, leaving the surrounding hostesses dumbfounded.

These people were extrely envious of her and secretly lanted why they didn't have such good luck to encounter such a wealthy client.

But after receiving this money, Trixie didn't feel too surprised because she thought Connor might be a rich heir from a prominent family. He was here just to kill ti, so this amount of money ant nothing to him.

On the other hand, Rachel's expression at this mont was very unpleasant. She had a look of impatience when faced with people who approached her for conversation.

The reason was simple. She had just exchanged one hundred thousand dollars in chips at the casino, but in less than half an hour, she had already lost most of her chips.

Although she didn't particularly like gambling, she was a very strong-willed woman.

She was very serious about everything she did, and she couldn't accept the fact that she was inferior to others.

After understanding the rules of the ga, Rachel felt that she could easily dominate other gamblers.

But she might not know that gambling is not purely based on skill; it mostly depends on luck.

When she saw that she had very few chips left, she got up and planned to exchange for more chips.

But just at that mont, a large group of people rushed in from the entrance of the casino.

Connor imdiately focused his attention on these people.

However, what surprised him was that the person leading the group was not Percy, but rather the middle-aged man who had been silently following behind the group with sunglasses was Percy.

Connor understood that this should be his way of diversion.

After all, when so many people entered together, everyone would naturally pay attention to the middle-aged man in the front, and the others would be assud to be his bodyguards, attracting no attention.

If he hadn't seen Percy's picture before, he wouldn't have recognized him among the crowd.

After entering the casino, Percy and his group briefly observed the environnt inside and, once they confird there were no issues, continued walking forward.

At this mont, Rachel hadn't even noticed that Percy and his group had co in. Holding the newly exchanged chips, she elegantly walked toward the gambling table in her high heels.

Seeing this scene, Connor couldn't help but shake his head, feeling sorry for her unreliability. She had beco so engrossed in playing that she had forgotten about the real purpose.

And Rachel happened to pass by Percy and his group, without even giving him a glance.

Because Percy was just a few steps away from Rachel, he imdiately noticed this stunning beauty.

But he Percy didn't say anything and continued to follow the group towards the VIP area.

Upon seeing Percy entering the VIP area, Connor's expression showed a hint of helplessness, as he felt that his mission today might fail.

However, just as Percy was about to enter the VIP area, he suddenly stopped and turned around to look at Rachel, who was sitting at the gambling table, intensely focused on the poker ga. He revealed a playful smile.

"Mr. Percy, should I go and bring that woman over?" one of Percy's bodyguards imdiately understood his intention and whispered to him.

"No need to hurry, let's observe first," he calmly replied, then stepped into the VIP area.

On the other side, Connor's expression beca even more helpless upon seeing him directly enter the VIP area.

He took out his phone and sent a text ssage to Rachel, intending to inform her that the mission had failed and they could leave now.

But after she glanced at the ssage, she directly replied with a "wait a little longer" and continued to focus on the gambling table.

Seeing that she showed no intention of leaving, Connor's expression beca even more speechless.

Because he felt that Rachel was clearly addicted to gambling and had no intention of leaving at all.

"If I had known, I wouldn't have brought this woman along..." Connor couldn't help muttering in his heart, then collected his chips and said to Trixie, "Alright, let's go change to another table to play!"

"Okay!" Trixie quickly agreed and followed Connor as they left.

He felt that since today's mission had already failed, there was no need for him to continue sitting at the entrance waiting.

So he started strolling around the casino with Trixie. Whenever there was a gambling table he could participate in, he would go and play a few rounds.

But it seed that his luck wasn't as good as when he rolled the dice. In less than ten minutes, he had lost more than half of his money.

However, what surprised Trixie was that after losing this money, he seed completely unaffected, as if it had no connection to him whatsoever.

She had worked in the casino for quite so ti and had seen all kinds of wealthy clients, no matter how rich they were.

But it was the first ti she had encountered soone like Connor, who could lose millions and remain unfazed.

Moreover, he never stayed at a single gambling table for too long. After playing a few rounds, he would turn around and leave, regardless of whether he was winning or losing.

Furthermore, even after losing so much money, he would still give her a tip when he won.

She had never encountered a custor like this before.
