"Those bastards left without . I will make them pay, I swear! If I see them, I will kill them!"
In the sandy desert, rich only with dead worms and an ever-present sun casting harsh, unrelenting rays, a figure wandered incessantly in search of sothing…
It was Blaze, as arrogant as he was foolish, the only son of a wealthy and powerful family of Mages whose influence lood like a storm cloud.
His expression was one of total rage as he cursed the wind with inhumane words against everyone but himself, his voice cutting through the dry air like a blade.
But before he could continue, the sight of sothing assaulted his vision like a sudden spark in the gloom.
"Oh?"
An expression of joy flooded his face, but it was quickly replaced by rage, not so much for arriving last, but for being mocked, his pride stung like a fresh wound.
"Bastards, they knew-" His gaze murderous.
One of those three had already seen the Gate on the way to the eting point, yet they had said nothing, their silence a deliberate slight in his mind.
"They will pay for this, just hope you do not cross my path!" he exclaid with fury as he entered the Gate, his steps heavy with vengeful intent.
---
anwhile, Bibo…
After running around a bit, the boy had found nothing but pieces of destroyed golems.
Bibo, excited and eager, walked with a brisk pace while thinking about the inheritance that awaited him.
"I cannot wait! I have never entered a Gate inside a Gate, I am so curious!!" he said, hopping while kicking pebbles on the ground.
"But there is nothing in this place—" Before he could finish speaking, sothing began to erge from the ground.
"Eh? Is sothing coming up?!" Full of expectation, Bibo began to circle around with incredible speed toward the thing erging from underground, only to realize it was a re golem, its stone form disappointingly plain.
"…"
With a slow, afflicted sigh, Bibo snapped his fingers gently as a spark crossed the newly ford body of the monster, like a fleeting star in the night.
Not even a mont later-
Sboom—
The rock pieces that ford the monster exploded everywhere, shattering the nearby ground and sending a cloud of dust swirling into the air.
"I was expecting sothing different…" he murmured as he collected the Mana Core from the remains, its faint glow barely noticeable in his hand.
"Eh? Bronze 5 Mana Core? But it was so… weak-"
Ignoring the matter with a shrug, the boy began walking again in a random direction, his steps light despite the disappointnt.
After wandering around the place, Bibo stopped to observe sothing in the distance, a faint silhouette against the gray horizon.
"Oh? A tower?!" he exclaid before rushing toward the structure, his heart pounding with renewed excitent.
"The doors are closed? No problem, I will break them down!" Taking a few steps back, Bibo focused intently to unleash one of his most powerful attacks, his eyes narrowing with determination.
"Fuln!" a simple word, but one that encapsulated the entire essence of the lightning elent, crackling with raw power.
The mont Bibo's words left his lips, the doors were struck by his attack.
Swoosh-
Boom—
A lightning bolt with the head of a dragon rushed toward the closed tower doors with uncommon power and speed its roar echoing like a storm unleashed.
"Eh? They are intact?!"
He could not believe his eyes. He had unleashed his strongest attack with almost nothing held back, yet he had not managed to break the door. Not even a crack marred its surface.
Not even a small fragnt was chipped.
"Let us try again!" His gaze full of expectation and challenge.
But nothing.
Even after countless strikes, the doors remained intact. Not even a scratch.
"Damn it…"
Bibo sat down to ditate, to recover his energy. He intended to wait there. Perhaps the guy before him had entered inside.
"Okay, I am leaving… it is useless to wait here—"
After waiting for a full 10 minutes, Bibo lost his patience. He began to move in a random direction, hoping to find sothing.
A few hours and many sighs later—
"Eh?" A tremor shook the ground beneath him, slow and rhythmic, like the steps of a powerful beast.
"Finally, sothing is coming!" he exclaid with renewed enthusiasm, following the direction of the tremor, his heart racing with anticipation.
With the speed of lightning, Bibo approached the source of the tremor, only to stop with the sa swiftness as a rabbit spotting the shadow of an eagle, his breath catching in his throat.
"This feeling!" his thoughts a chaotic ss as he stared at the figure before him with caution in his eyes his body tensing instinctively.
A muscular elephant, four enormous curved tusks, a long trunk, and a tail full of spikes its massive form radiating an aura of ancient power.
But after a mont of hesitation, Bibo began to laugh like a madman, observing the monster his fear dissolving into reckless excitent.
"Finally, I have found sothing! For a mont, I was scared stiff-"
Bibo laughed like a maniac, drawing the attention of the elephant. Its closed eyes fixed on the human before it, who would not stop laughing, its gaze heavy with silent judgnt.
But without worrying, the elephant continued to walk, indifferent to everything, its steps shaking the ground like distant thunder.
"Hey, friend! I am Bibo Pegasus! How about giving the inheritance?"
The elephant did not respond, obviously. It was an elephant, and not one for conversation.
It continued to walk, ignoring the human circling around it like an annoying fly.
"Okay, I get it, it does not belong to , huh? So how about becoming my mount?"
The elephant's eyes trembled imperceptibly a flicker of irritation in its stoic deanor.
Bibo did not notice; he was too busy touching the monster's muscular, powerful body marveling at its sheer strength.
"I have never seen a monster so… friendly. Could it be that you are an ancient guardian placed in this place by a powerful figure?"
The more Bibo spoke, the more the elephant's eyes trembled with annoyance, its patience wearing thin like a fraying rope.
