The manufacturing experint of alloy materials is a major undertaking, not like biodical research where one tinkers with vessels in the lab and then it’s over. The experint requires very high specifications for equipnt and the environnt, and also needs cooperation from 307 Steel Plant.
When distributing the work, Zhao Yi certainly took into account the tal Materials Laboratory, since the working environnt of the tal Composite Materials Laboratory was much more high-end and comprehensive than that of the tal Materials Laboratory, but as they were collaborating on research and developnt, not everything could be carried out in the tal Composite Materials Laboratory.
The initial steps that did not require a special environnt or equipnt were completed in the operation rooms of the tal Materials Laboratory.
