Peng Engui hesitated in his speech, "The materials we have developed have never had the tal rhenium added. Many sources indicate that the top-of-the-line engine turbine blades in M Country and E Country all contain rhenium. The lting point of tal rhenium exceeds three thousand degrees, which can greatly enhance high-temperature resistance capabilities."
Peng Engui spoke very seriously, and it felt genuine. In reality, even the students nearby had to lower their heads because Peng Engui’s words only fooled layn. Professionals could imdiately tell that there was an issue: dostically, there were no techniques whatsoever for adding tal rhenium to alloys.
Add rhenium?
How to add it?
How much to add?
These questions were left unanswered, and simply saying that adding it would have great results is nothing but a deceiving stunt.
The good news was that the reporter was a layman who didn’t understand the matter and naturally wouldn’t confront Peng Engui on it.
Peng Engui continued his serious conclusion, "So, it’s only a matter of ti before the single-crystal nickel alloy we developed replaces K03A."
At this mont, a voice suddenly ca from the side, "Academician Peng, Academician Peng! Please hold on a mont."
The one speaking was a young researcher.
Peng Engui looked over with a frown, "Xiao Li, what is it? We are in the middle of an interview. Tell us what you want to say."
The reporter also looked over.
The researcher referred to as Xiao Li glanced at the reporter and then at Peng Engui, deciding there was nothing inappropriate to say. Thus, he picked up the small notebook computer nearby and handed it to Peng Engui, saying, "Academician Peng, the 307 research team has just released news that based on advice from Academician Zhao Yi, they have improved the production process of K03A and created an alloy material that can withstand temperatures up to 1360 degrees Celsius and possesses even higher strength."
"—— ?"
Peng Engui’s eyes widened with surprise as he stared at the computer screen.
The news released by the 307 Steel Factory research team!
Advice from Academician Zhao Yi? Improved production process? Created a nickel-iron alloy, K03A, capable of withstanding 1350 degrees Celsius?
"Sss~~~"
Peng Engui gasped in shock.
Seeing his reaction, the reporter also realized there was so big news and hurriedly asked Xiao Li in a low voice. Xiao Li, who hadn’t intentionally avoided the reporter, simply explained what was going on.
The reporter asked after hearing the explanation, "Academician Peng, didn’t you just say that the K03A had no potential for improvent? Now that K03A has been improved, how long do you think it will take for the developnt of a new alloy to replace K03A?"
Peng Engui looked at the reporter without knowing what to say. He had no doubt been nad an academician and had many achievents in alloy materials, but he had very limited interview experience. Confronted with this ’tricky’ question, his face turned red.
After so ti, Peng Engui finally said, "I don’t know; research is unpredictable. That’s all for today."
"Xiao Li!"
Peng Engui stood up, and his tone imdiately grew louder, "And the rest of you," he pointed at the other researchers and students, "Let’s go back to the lab for overti work on our research!"

At the tal Composite Material Laboratory of Aerospace University.
Wang Zhifang and Zhang Hongtao had also seen the news. They were both astonished about K03A. The 307 steel plant research team rely stated it was "under the advice of Zhao Yi," as if Zhao Yi rely provided suggestions and it was the researchers who really worked on the improvents. In actual fact, they were well aware that "Zhao Yi’s advice was spot on." The 307 Steel Factory research team simply followed the advice. The improvents to the K03A’s performance could be attributed to Zhao Yi.
"So..."
Zhao Yi wasn’t simply making claims; he stated there was a ’big problem,’ and it definitely was a significant one!"
Wang Zhifang exclaid in awe.
Zhang Hongtao wasn’t as surprised and felt it was quite normal, "Teacher Wang, I told you before, listen to Zhao Yi and you can’t go wrong. He is a genius; we are re mortals. We rely on experience, and he relies on talent. But in research, talent is more important."
Wang Zhifang nodded in agreent.
Zhang Hongtao continued, "Previously, I worked with Academician Zhao on research regarding satellite shell materials. His advice... was the right thing to follow; the final results matched exactly what he predicted. Also, with regards to deck steel materials, the advice given by Academician Zhao was spot-on."
With the shock fading away, Wang Zhifang didn’t know what to do next and asked, "So what should we do now? Carry on with the research on K03A? But how do we start?"
"Wait."
"Wait?"
Zhang Hongtao said, "I’ve communicated with Academician Zhao. He said to wait for the news from the 307 side and to base our research on the improved K03A. But I feel like it’s still too early."
"Too early?"
Zhang Hongtao shook his head, "It’s not ti yet. As far as I know, Academician Zhao just submitted his recomndation report a few days ago. The 307 side definitely hasn’t implented the improvents based on the suggestions yet. Just wait a bit, there’s sure to be more improvents."
Wang Zhifang was speechless and had nothing to refute.
If this conversation were to happen earlier, he would have kept saying ’you’re dreaming.’ After seeing the news, he found that he didn’t know what to say anymore. The ’big problem’ Zhao Yi ntioned truly existed, and once resolved, it significantly improved K03A’s performance. If all his suggestions were accepted, would K03A undergo further improvent?
But if the performance of K03A was to improve further, it would nearly reach the international standard, it seed like there was no need to develop it further. Even if they wanted to continue improving it, was there still room for enhancent?
Wang Zhifang suddenly felt lost.

The work of the Kunlun engine prototype team was leisurely, they only had to maintain the parts.
