The Materials Departnt of the Science and Technology division approved the report, agreeing to the turbine blade developnt project in tal Composite Materials Laboratory. They also stated that they would fund the amount ntioned in the report.
"It passed?"
"This is too surreal!"
Zhang Hongtao felt like his worldview was being overturned. The report he thought would not pass had smoothly gone through. Their collaboration was only with a "shell laboratory."
"It must have sothing to do with Academician Zhao!"
He thought.
