The formalization procedures that day were rushed and done overti, as if they hoped to resolve everything within the day. When Yan Xuelin promised Zhao Yi the freedom in his work, it ant that he would not be forced to participate in the assigned work. However, should a national strategic dical research project erge, Zhao Yi would probably not refuse to participate.
