"So, I can confidently answer that in terms of physics, the only thing I’m involved with is attending classes. I have a course most commonly referred to as ’College Physics,’ and talking about conducting research or such is still a bit too early for ."

"..."

"..."

"Even though you’ve already achieved Nobel-Prize Level outcos, you’re still saying you’re studying at an undergraduate level of physics?"

This question likely erged in the minds of many but was not explicitly voiced. Yet, the look in their eyes was enough to express their sentints.

The vice dean sitting nearby instantly beca the target of everyone’s gaze.

Even the professors of the university expressed a similar sentint through their looks, "Zhao Yi should just graduate already. He already has so many top-notch achievents, and yet, he keeps saying he needs to attend classes."

"What are we even doing here still?"

The news conference lasted for an hour, after which Zhao Yi looked at the ti and left.

Because there were so many reporters, the question-and-answer session hadn’t ended, but Zhao Yi’s departure didn’t seem to impact that. Many reporters were hoping for his exit so the conference could proceed normally, and they wouldn’t have to hear those sowhat disappointing answers any longer.

Indeed.

Everything Zhao Yi said was true...

But it sure was hard for those attending to swallow!

...

At the sa building, on the third floor.

Groups of students walked into the classroom, only to be surprised that Professor Gao Yihua, always the last to arrive previously, was already there before them.

Professor Gao Yihua wasn’t difficult to get along with. Around forty years old, he was amiable and got along well with the students.

Many students greeted him upon entering, and usually, Professor Gao would respond with a smile.

Not today, however.

The usual ease in Professor Gao’s deanor was missing, and many noticed the strained smile on his face.

The students started to murmur among themselves, "What’s wrong with Professor Gao?"

"Isn’t it strange? Professor Gao ca so early today, usually he arrives pretty late."

"Even his smile doesn’t quite reach his eyes."

"Did sothing happen at ho? I’ve t Professor Gao’s wife, she’s also a teacher here at the university, and she’s quite beautiful."

"I know! I know! She’s also from the School of Sciences, you know. Apparently, she was Professor Gao’s student when they were younger; there’s an eight-year gap between them."

"Eight years? So she’s only thirty-two?"

"Exactly!"

"Looks like Professor Gao might not be able to...cough, cough."

What the male students were insinuating was not known to Professor Gao, whose worries were not physical but rather psychological.

Last sester was a ti when Professor Gao was full of vigor. He certainly had a leg up over his office companion, Hu Zhibin, in the School of Sciences. His catchphrase was, "I dare say that I am Zhao Yi’s teacher. Do you dare?"

Hu Zhibin had nothing to say to his statent.

What could he say?

Zhao Yi was a world-renowned master of number theory. Who would dare to claim they were his teacher? Even Professor He Mingcheng, a leading figure in fuzzy mathematics, publicly stated that he no longer considered himself Zhao Yi’s teacher, so what could Hu Zhibin add?

Professor Gao dared to!

Because Professor Gao taught physics.

No matter how brilliant Zhao Yi was in math and computing, it wasn’t linked to physics. Zhao Yi’s physics knowledge was even inferior to his biology knowledge. In the field of biology, he held a researcher’s position; in physics, he had nothing.

That’s why Professor Gao always claid himself as Zhao Yi’s teacher, and no one could refute him; this brought him a sense of delight that others wouldn’t understand.

But things were different now.

Zhao Yi had also achieved significant results in physics, and he even reached the Nobel-Prize Level.

How could Gao continue as a teacher?

Should he tell others that Zhao Yi’s stellar achievent was inseparable from his physics lessons?

Professor Gao wanted to say that but knew well that no one would believe him.

That would be embarrassing!

How could he, with no significant physics research achievents to his na, have taught a Nobel-Prize Level genius?

That’s why Professor Gao was out of sorts.

His worry over the past couple of days had almost turned his hair white. Knowing that a genius with a Nobel-Prize Level physics discovery, surpassing nurous physicists across various organizations, would be sitting in his class, he didn’t even know how to conduct the lesson.

Now he clearly felt what Hu Zhibin’s frustration was like.

Coming to give a class felt like facing a great trial. Because of his worries, Professor Gao arrived much earlier than usual.

"Zhao Yi mustn’t co! Zhao Yi mustn’t co! Zhao Yi mustn’t co..."

"Zhao Yi shouldn’t co! Zhao Yi shouldn’t co! Zhao Yi shouldn’t co..."

"Wait a minute!"

"It seems like Zhao Yi went to a press conference. Of course, it’s not over yet, at least this class would be safe."

As he kept repeating to himself, Professor Gao watched as the students filed into the classroom, and when he realized that the class was almost ready to start but Zhao Yi hadn’t shown up, he heaved a sigh of relief.

"Phew~~"

"As expected!"

"At least I can relax for this class!"

Professor Gao took a deep breath, lifted his head, and looked at the classroom, full of smiles. He regained his usual tranquility.

Then, the classroom door opened.

Zhao Yi walked in.

Professor Gao took one look towards the door and his facial expression imdiately stiffened. After struggling to find his words for a mont, he finally asked, "Zha... Zhao Yi, weren’t you supposed to be at a press conference?"

"Yes!"

Zhao Yi stopped in front of the podium and nodded, "I noticed it was almost ti for class, so I left." He then added, "I’ve missed several classes already."

"..."

Professor Gao took a deep breath, then walked over to Zhao Yi and whispered, "Here’s the thing, Zhao Yi, don’t co to class anymore, it’s fine. At the end of the sester, I’ll give you full marks."
