He has led more than 10 national 863 projects, 973 projects, and natural science fund projects, and has published more than 100 academic papers entered into SCI/EI searches.
Of course, he also won nurous related awards at ho and abroad.

Professor Luo Zhijin, the Vice Dean of the Information College, was the ’third man’ in the lab.

Luo Zhijin was handling comrcial projects.
Unlike Zeng Wenjun, who wanted instant gratification, Luo had a better understanding of scientific research. He mostly accepted small projects and led the research and developnt himself.
Xu Chao was Luo’s best "officer".
Xu Chao had only been working in the lab for a short while after obtaining his doctorate. However, Luo discovered that Xu’s capabilities were not much inferior to his own, lacking only in breadth of knowledge, experience, and managent skills.
Luo considered Xu Chao highly. He allowed Xu to work on core projects and even promised him, "Once you complete this project, you can publish related papers. Build up your portfolio, and you’ll be promoted to Associate Professor in a few years."
