Chapter 1047: Chapter 2 Seeing the Future (Added for Alliance Leader sfqk!)_3

“They seem to enjoy dosticating humans into harmless little sheep, obedient and clever, honest without knowing how to resist. But many people have forgotten, for what reason did humans evolve from primates, to truly stand upright on this land?”

“Humanity beca the rulers of Earth not just because of intelligence… because intelligence only helps you assemble a hamr from stones and wood, but doesn’t help you smash the hamr into the enemy’s skull. Intelligence is only the foundation of human civilization, while bloodiness is the root of the developnt and continuation of human civilization.”

“So, in this increasingly suppressive era that values the beauty of humanity, as a genius bearing heavy responsibilities, one must never forget the bloodiness inherent in human civilization, and must… always be prepared, with the remaining bloodiness of this era, to lead humanity out of difficulties, reignite vitality and creativity, and step towards a brand new future.”

It’s discernible.

Galileo seems to be a warmonger.

Next, it was the turn of the woman sitting next to Lin Xian, wearing the Da Vinci mask.

This woman’s virtual image, voluptuous and enchanting, young and full of vitality.

But in reality, she is at least a sixty-year-old grandmother, having joined the activities of the Genius Club last century.

Yet…

Between her words and deanors, there is no sign of frail old age, but instead, she exudes liveliness and youth.

Contradiction.

This female genius is full of contradictions.

Just like the artist on her mask, handso and elegant, distinguished and noble.

Leonardo da Vinci.

His life, great and legendary, left behind many masterpieces, and a profound impact with his inventions.

But his life… was also full of contradictions.

The woman does not think much.

She imdiately speaks:

“This question has indeed been answered many tis, every ti a new mber joins, it has to be repeated.”

“However, out of respect and welco for new comrades, indeed, we still need to earnestly answer the question.”

“My answer remains the sa, just like the first ti I participated in a Genius Club eting last century. I believe the most important quality a genius should possess is—”

“[Role Model].”

She spoke quickly:

“This is where I differ most fundantally in philosophy from the other geniuses. Without exception, they all believe that a genius can create history, forge the future, even save the world. But I never believe this… I believe the power of a single genius is destined to be insignificant, but the existence of a genius, its significance, is to make this insignificance great.”

“The most rational way, then, is to let the genius himself, beco a model for humanity to aspire to and learn from. Being more intelligent than ordinary people, you should lead by example, telling ordinary people what is correct, what is beautiful, what is worth learning.”

“To change the world, changing the world alone is not enough? The world itself is composed of billions of humans, without changing humanity itself, it is impossible to change the world. And to change oneself, the best way, as I’ve just ntioned… is leading by example, to be a role model, guiding people to the right path.”

Lin Xian blinked.

Watching the woman just inches away from him.

Is this…

An idealist?

Lin Xian could not determine whether what she said was correct or not, nor did he know what kind of future she expected or how to achieve the envisioned future.

But anyway, it sounded a bit unreliable.

Next, it was the turn of Gauss across.

This thin man also wore a smaller mask than others.

The person painted on the mask had bright eyes, a confident deanor, an air of ease and content.

He had the capital.

The capabilities to be arrogantly superior.

He is the famously unparalleled genius, renowned mathematician, physicist, astronor, geoter, geodesist, known as the “Prince of Mathematics”…

John Gauss.

Unlike the confident and arrogant Prince of Mathematics.

This thin man wearing the mask seed visibly underconfident, speaking softly and slowly:

“My answer is…”

“[Equality].”

He swallowed several tis before he finally said slowly:

“I know… people are born inherently unequal, family background, parents, country, environnt… these active factors of inequality are what truly restrict the developnt of human civilization.”

“But this kind of thing… seems inevitably unavoidable… even in what looks like the most fair Primitive Era… without family education, country, external environnt to speak of… but still, it’s filled with inequality.”

“So people are born strong and healthy… born exceptionally powerful… naturally fit to be leaders… while so people, are destined by their genes to be small and ugly, dood to live a life more miserable than the average.”

“Equality… human society, human civilization… can’t it really achieve absolute equality?”

The thin man raised his head, with the mask on his face, gently shook his head:

“I don’t think so… I also believe, the so-called superior geniuses… shouldn’t think so either. Rather, should they not make it possible for everything in the world to beco as balanced and equal as possible?”

“I admit… I have not yet found the right thod and way forward… but I still persist in my view, the world should be equal, it should be possible to achieve equality… ordinary people think it is impossible, that’s because they are ordinary people.”
