"It's a skill book!!!!" They exclaim in joy!

They were successful in killing these monsters, so being heavily rewarded for their work kind of felt a bit like they were blessed sohow.

Shadow sat down and skillfully dugout the skill book and the beast cores. Not even a single drop of blood tainted his hand covered in a dark aura. After taking out all the precious item from the Winter Wolf body, he stored it inside the storage ring.

He got two beast core from the Winter Wolf: one was a mana core the other is a battle energy core. Suddenly, Shadow handed everything over to Whittaker!

"Huh?" Whittaker was surprised. 'Why did he give them all to ? Do he want to keep it because his storage is full? or is there another aning to his action?'

Shadow said, "Consider this as a congratulatory gift for being successful in hunting for the first ti!"

Normally, handing over every loot to the person who undergoes hunting for the ti was called "Reaching Adulthood Ceremony", but this tradition was ancient. This was a rare sight nowadays, but Shadow still perford it as following the ancient traditions run deeper in the family.

Whittaker thanked him for the gifts and turned to take a look at the skill book with glittering eyes. The skill book was a piece of crystalline rock with icy magical lines that connected at each side of the book to form a drawing of fangs.

A notification containing the skill book information popped up.

[Icy breath (F-ranked)

Cost: 15 Mana

Effect: Releases a sharp blast of cold wind against the targeted enemy. Can cause a bleeding effect.]

This skill certainly felt familiar. He thought, 'Hmm, It is the ability that the winter wolf has used against Shadow. Interestingly, I have obtained this sa skill!'

"You will learn this ability if you drop your blood on the stone. Furthermore, this can also be sold in the online market for a good price of about 15 or so platinum as ice-related skills are rarer than other elents." Shadow said, pulling out the arrow stabbed in the winter wolf and storing it in his storage ring, he stood up.

On the other hand, Whittaker stored all the stuff in his hunter ring while thinking, 'Once I return I will buy this ring and the mana com!'

He was sure to have enough money to buy these items after he obtains the rewards from the quests.

The two boys dusted their hands and decided to complete the last quest. The last quest was to gather 12 stalks of silver moon grass.

Silver moon grass is usually found in or near snow wolves dens. It's because the wolves set their dens around silver moon grass or collect them for use in winter. The grass was their typical al in Winter, especially in desperate tis, when they find no humans or beasts at. Typically, a hunter could track the footsteps of Snow wolves and reach their layer, but such a way was not possible right now, as it was snowing and the tracks of the wolves had been covered by it.

"It's not possible to complete the next quest, is it?" Whittaker said while standing beside Shadow. The tracks of the wolves had thoroughly been covered by snow!

Shadow replied with shaking his head with a smile, "It's possible, wait for a while."

Whittaker blinked his eyes while gazing at Shadow. His classmates might really have a way to get to the world den as he was a royal!

Saying that he closed his eyes and soon after opened them. There was a dot in his eyes. This ti it was purple rather than black. The world in his eyes was so much different than Whittaker and other humans. He was using an innate ability of his guild.

[Spiritual eyes: Once used, the spiritual world overlaps with the physical world.]

The first thing he saw was sun-like lights dancing before his spiritual eyes. This slightly blurred his vision and it took so seconds before he could see clearly.

The sun-like lights are known as the innocent spirits of the spiritual world!

He blinked and he saw a blue light appear in the forest two hundred ters in front of him, getting closer and closer to him by each passing second. The blue light was also morphing form, changing from a ball of light to a huge winter wolf!

There existed several blue lights chasing behind the big blue light.

"Guide towards the place I desire!" Shadow said while gazing at the innocent spirits of the spiritual world.

The sun-like lights started to drift with the wind, going ahead very fastly.

"Follow and stay close!" Shadow shouted and turned to chase behind the sun-like lights.

Whittaker couldn't see what he was seeing as the physical world and the spiritual world were separated by a veil, but he understood that sothing has happened. He followed behind Shadow, silently.

Shadow ran straight into the blue lights that have morphed into a Winter Wolf and snow wolves. He passed right through them and chased after the innocent spirits of the spiritual world.

Half an hour later, Shadow and Whittaker reached a place whose beauty was enchanted by grass glowing with moonlights!
