After speaking, Mule transferred a thousand Ga Coins to Li Ang, as well as information about a piece of Excellent-grade equipnt.

Li Ang glanced over it. The equipnt's special effect was to cause pure physical damage, which was rather ordinary. He also feared its material strength was insufficient and might be destroyed after a few swings, so he requested a different reward.

Li Ang looked over several sets of equipnt information sent by Mule, but none of them interested him much. Furthermore, considering that trading equipnt required real-life interaction, Li Ang declined the item trade. He asked Mule to convert the equipnt's value to market price and transfer the money to him instead.

Mule didn't hesitate and imdiately transferred 3,000 Ga Coins to Li Ang. After chatting briefly, they ended the call.

"So he transferred the money over just like that?" Miss Chai stuck out her tongue, clicked it, and said, "Tsk... to casually pull out 5,000 Ga Currency, is being an Information Broker really that lucrative..."

"Of course." After ending the call, Li Ang leaned back into his chair and casually said, "After all, the killing ga is the sole path to transcendence. Corporations, old Secret Societies, new clandestine organizations, and Lone Wolf Players all revolve around it.

"So far, a complete comrcial market has evolved around the killing ga. This includes the primary industry that produces raw materials. For example, Werewolves selling teeth from their own mouths, Mummies selling the shrouds off their backs, and gardeners selling Magic Potions with special effects that they've cultivated.

"Then, there's the secondary industry that processes raw materials. This includes blacksmiths using materials for Forging Equipnt and tools, and chanics creating exquisite chanical arms with special tals.

"And there's the tertiary industry that provides various services, such as Information Brokers selling intel, Brokers offering interdiary services, and doctors providing dical services.

"Besides these, there's also gourt cooking, beauty and hair care, tracking investigations, finding lost cats and dogs, assassinations, Ga Coin to cash exchanges...

"It's said that in a location in Southeast Asia, there's a black market specially opened for players. Organizations from around the world plant spies and establish their power there, trading items, exchanging intel, and passing ssages.

"There are also many life-skill-oriented players who have settled near the black market, opening shops to do business.

"The killing ga still obeys economic laws. The profit margin of the tertiary industry remains higher than that of the secondary and primary industries.

"So, to so extent, players who have mastered life skills are the ones who can make the most money in the killing ga. They can use their potential for later-stage developnt to compensate for their lack of combat strength in the early stages."

"Oh," Miss Chai said, nodding. "The scorching sun at noon, mining is truly hard. Digging up only copper, with a purity of just five. Constantly toiling away, one remains a re worker forever. Only by sitting upstream does one get to be the boss."

"...The price scissors effect between industry and agriculture, you're not wrong in saying that." Li Ang nodded, a bit awkwardly, and said, "But where did you hear this ditty from 'Legend'?"

"From a webpage on the computer," Chaichai said matter-of-factly. "Fifteen legendary years! If you're my brother, co and chop ! Let's fight in Sabak tonight, with ten thousand people online for a city battle PK! I think their advertisent is super exquisite."

After saying that, Chaichai floated to the computer and tapped a few keys on the keyboard. Imdiately, an outrageously cool browser ga advertisent appeared on the screen. It featured a figure in a shiny, cool suit of armor, wielding a greatsword and hunting down several orcs.

"...I bet it's CGI stolen from so single-player ga again." As Li Ang spoke, he was surprised to find that the browser ga advertisent wasn't stolen at all; it actually looked pretty legitimate, like they had really invested in it.

The CGI soon ended. The golden-armored figure stood on the huge corpse of an orc, his greatsword planted beside him. He took off his Mask, revealing the face of a dark-skinned, middle-aged, plump man. The man looked at the cara, smiled slightly, and said in a halting Mandarin accent, "If you're my brother, co and chop . I'm in the world of Greedy Legend's Return to Blue Moon Online, waiting for you."

Wait, why is the na of this ga so long? And who the heck is this guy?

Shouldn't this be the spot for celebs like Tian Le, Zha Zha Hui, Brother Chicken, Bao Qiang, and Uncle Da?

Li Ang was stunned for a second or two before he managed to retrieve information about this middle-aged, plump man from his mory. This guy seed to be a Siase tycoon with Eastern and Siase noble blood, who ran a cruise business in both places. Before the killing ga started, this tycoon was known for his flamboyant actions and constant gossip with female stars. He was quite famous and often featured in entertainnt news sections.

And at the bottom left of the online ga advertisent he personally starred in... floated a line of faint, white, translucent text.

"I am Basong · Shawang Suxi, the Leader of the Secret Organization Yan Luo in Siam. Do you want to join ? Do you want to have wealth and power? Then search player number XV15***7841 and add my subordinate's contact as a friend~"

Obviously, this line of faint white text had been subjected to a Cognitive Bias Curse, and only players could see it.

"...Seriously? How can this Siase Old Luo be so audacious?" Li Ang couldn't help but shake his head and laugh wryly. "He's actually using a web ga to advertise himself! Isn't he afraid of being too famous and getting targeted and killed by others? And can a secret society that everyone knows about still be called a secret society?"

"But will it really be effective?" Chaichai said, scratching her head. "If Lone Wolf Players are to choose an organization to join, they'd obviously adapt to local conditions and try to cozy up to the regional authorities. Or at least, they'd cozy up to conglorates, enjoying the best of everything: luxury cars, beautiful won, a life of indulgence, and 'group sports.' They probably wouldn't throw in their lot with so Siase Old Luo thousands of miles away."

"Who knows?" Li Ang spread his hands. "Maybe the Siase tycoon's purpose is just to let people know he has the capital to act arrogantly without suddenly dropping dead. This would build confidence in him among the local Siase players. At the very least, once his reputation is out there, there will always be forces looking to talk business with him."

The confrontations among the upper echelons in the killing ga had nothing to do with Li Ang for the ti being. He just wanted to thodically level up his Alchemy to the interdiate level and thus upgrade his Magic Box.

"Let's take a short break and then get to work." Li Ang interlaced his fingers and stretched, comfortably cracking open a can of Fatty's Joy Soda to drink.

He had no ill will towards Mule. Their cooperation had always been pleasant, with all transactions settled cleanly. He also didn't want to expend great effort to dig up the Information Broker's personal information and drag him out from behind the scenes.

There's no telling if he could find anything. Even if he did find a clue, it was quite likely a deliberately misleading setup laid by Mule in advance—preparing an escape route is almost an instinct for an Information Broker.

He just didn't know if the other players in the strategy team would decide to track down Mule...
