Noticing his Battle dal count had gone from over a thousand to around 500, he didnt regret it at all. Though Battle dals were very useful, favours had to be repaid. If Scaredyface hadnt foolishly waited for him outside Blazing Cave, it was very likely that he wouldve died from bleeding after the fight with the Fire Crystal Master.
After entering his room, Drako Yau imdiately fell asleep the mont he touched his bed without even taking off his mask.
He had experienced way too much in the hundred battles, and it placed a heavy burden on him, especially the mind because it wasnt healed by the system. Fighting high-intensity battles one after another while getting used to his different states and forces in his body had worn out his mind.

Apart from Masks breathtaking performance, others such as Windstrider, Fei Yeung, and Mister Unfettered all entered the spotlight. After all, Mask was simply way too overpowered. The others were by no ans weak at all.
The world wasnt blind enough to not give them credit. Those players who put up a good fight were all targets of heated recruitnt.
There were over a hundred guilds in Real World, but only a dozen or so were considered first-rate guilds.
Fei Yeung the torntor specialist joined Dark World, a guild ranked among the middle echelon of first-rate guilds. It was rumoured he joined Dark World because he had his eyes set on a girl in the guild.
Mister Unfettered was as free as always, rejecting every single attempt of recruitnt and continued to play the ga as a lone wolf. However, he no longer appeared in Yoda, but instead in Empyreon. The na Mask was now directly associated with Yoda, and plenty of players regarded Mask as Yodas representative, which only served to infuriate Mister Unfettered further. Still, he never considered the reason why Drako Yau was respected; it wasnt purely because of strength, but also Masks admirable courage when the city needed soone to make a stand during the Siege.
Windstrider was also sought after by many guilds. Sky Dominion even offered him a monthly salary of 5000 gold coins in an attempt to recruit him.
As more and more players joined Real World, the exchange rate between gold coins and real life currency continued to rocket upwards. It reached 1 gold coin for 15 dollars at one point, but it had now settled down at 1:10. Economists estimated that 1:10 was a stable rate which wouldnt change unless sothing groundbreaking occurred.
Five thousand gold coins a month equated 50,000 dollars in real lifeit was a lot more than what most white collar workers get these days. Sky Dominion had clearly shown that they were willing to pay top dollars for Windstrider. Even so, Windstrider rejected their offer and ended up joining Yodas Howl of the Tempest Wolves.
It was a surprising decision. Howl of the Tempest Wolves wasnt even considered a first-rate guild and was second line at best. The guilds average level was barely Level 15 when most first-rate guilds were at Level 20 and approaching Level 25.
As such, many found Windstriders decision unwise. However, when people started digging into the guild which managed to recruit the sought-after ranger, information and news started trickling out to the public.

These three nas were already rather astounding. Counting Windstrider in, the four of them would all receive specialised training in any first-rate guild, yet they all gathered in a petty second line guild.
Another vital information soon floated to the surface: Mask was on friendly terms with Howl of the Tempest Wolves. Once the information was made public, everyone finally understood why Windstrider joined the small guild.
Mask was the one who defeated him, so it wasnt a surprise for him to submit to Mask. It also explained why Danting surrendered to Mask back in the Arena. Everything made sense all at once, and everyone regarded Howl of the Tempest Wolves as a first-rate guild overnight.
While the guild stood at the bottom of the pecking order among first-rate guilds, it was still ranked as one of the powerhouses in the ga nonetheless. Applications to join the guild flooded in, almost scaring Zephyrwolf. Anyways, as Zephyrwolf never bothered with administration matters, Dogsnout who had always taken over had a pale face as he looked at the pile of applications.
