Jetspray Star, a neutral planet, is a place gradually populated by a group of intercivilizational anarchists. There are no taxes here, no official governnt, and even public order is maintained by spontaneously ford for-profit security companies, while the planet also has a loose deliberative body that repels any forces or individuals that could destabilize the planet's system.

However, there exists an underground organization on this planet secretly seeking to subvert the Star Alliance, known as the Rebel Army.

But the presence of the Rebel Army on Jetspray Star is low-key, divided into different organizations, including comrcial companies, educational organizations, and ard groups.

Bai Zhongqi and Linyin arrived on Jetspray Star, and Bai Zhongqi marveled at the prosperity of this neutral planet without a real governnt. With a population over six billion, people from various civilizations in the Galaxy coexist here, forming a distinctively diverse society.

The inhabitants of this place, although racially very different, are ideologically similar. They tolerate other races of intelligent life and yearn for a high degree of freedom, disliking restraint.

After Bai Zhongqi's return, Linyin felt like she regained her pillar of strength. Although she was not Bai Zhongqi's woman, Linyin invariably found herself wanting to be by his side.

"Actually, the Rebel Army is not the only resistance organization on Jetspray Star. There are hundreds of dissenting organizations opposing the governing bodies of civilizations, big and small, but few have as much of a military presence as the Rebel Army," said Linyin, who was not visiting Jetspray Star for the first ti and had frequent interactions with the Rebel Army, so this ti she was leading the way.

Bai Zhongqi understood that the Rebel Army itself was a military organization, and most of its mbers were forr Universe Army personnel who had been purged, naturally they were soldiers.

In fact, revenge did not necessarily require the strength of the Rebel Army. Nevertheless, he wanted to et these people, as they were his forr subordinates and opponents of Xiao Yu.

Upon arriving at the Rebel Army headquarters marked with a 'Food Limited Company' sign, Linyin, a familiar face, quickly led Bai Zhongqi to the current leader of the Rebel Army.

He and Linyin walked into the office, where a young but very composed man behind the desk turned his chair and smiled at Linyin, "Welco Miss Linyin, I trust you have brought good news."

Linyin smiled, "Chi Jia, look who I brought."

Chi Jia paused, gazing at the tall man standing next to Linyin, who was not wearing his characteristic white Chancellor uniform and looked sowhat weathered.

Chi Jia's smile vanished from his face, becoming very serious. He stood up, looking at Linyin and asked, "Where did you find this imposter?"

Bai Zhongqi was still smiling, recognizing Chi Jia who he had personally decorated, not expecting to be taphorically slapped in the face as soon as he arrived.

Linyin exclaid, "Are you blind? Open your eyes and look carefully, this is our Chancellor."

Chi Jia remained serious, "In the past two years, there haven't been any attempts to use costic surgery to create an imitation of the old Chancellor to deceive people, but we don't need that. Everyone here is fighting to establish a Star Alliance free from tyranny and terror, not to restore a dead forr Chancellor."

Linyin tried to explain further, but Bai Zhongqi stopped her with his hand. He looked at Chi Jia and said, "I rember when Xu Lanzhou first evaluated you as an officer, he thought your results were almost perfect and your temperant good, that you could beco a cornerstone of the future Universe Army, and I had high regard for you too, and you have proved your ttle."

Chi Jia's expression remained unchanged as he said, "Knowing my past proves nothing."

Bai Zhongqi nodded, "Indeed."

His eyes sparkled, and Chi Jia remained resolute as they locked gazes for a mont. Bai Zhongqi laughed and said, "So you don't want to fight for the forr Chancellor but for the Star Alliance, right? So even if you really overthrow Xiao Yu, there's no need for a new Chancellor or to restore the old one, right?"

"Exactly," Chi Jia said, "no one should stand above others."

Linyin was from Iridium Star, and what she had been taught from childhood was different. Anxiously, she said, "But so are born to stand above everyone, like the Chancellor!"

Chi Jia shook his head and said, "He isn't the forr Chancellor, nor does he have the Supre Command."

Bai Zhongqi nodded, conceding the point, and asked, "Are you afraid my presence would strip you of your power?"

Chi Jia did not hesitate and said, "The power of the Rebel Army isn't worth taking."

"I am curious; you could naturally be an officer for the Chancellor in the Universe Army before, so why can't you now?" Bai Zhongqi really wasn't angry, as these people in the Rebel Army weren't worth his anger.

Chi Jia did not answer directly but instead said, "The Star Alliance doesn't need a Chancellor."

Bai Zhongqi laughed again, "Haven't you considered what would happen if I were genuine, and I actually managed to overthrow Xiao Yu?"

Chi Jia calmly stated, "Then it would just be a change to another opponent we oppose."

Just then, the door to his office was pushed open, and a mixed-race man walked in, calling out, "Old Captain, that's your view, not ours."

Bai Zhongqi looked at him and smiled, "Long ti no see, Taschwe."

Taschwe seed slightly excited, stood straight, and saluted, saying, "Pilot Taschwe reporting to you. I am ready to fly the skies again."

Chi Jia looked at Taschwe and asked, "Taschwe, are you trying to split the Rebel Army?"

Taschwe also smiled, looked at Chi Jia with pity, and said, "Old Captain, I have always respected you; your abilities surpass all of us. But you have your pursuits, and I have my views. I am a soldier; I love my Universe Army, but I do not like Xiao Yu. Whatever freedom, whatever equality, whether those are your excuses for your ambitions, I know I am willing to fight alongside the Chancellor to restore the hopeful Star Alliance."

He pointed upwards and sarcastically said to Chi Jia, "You should take a look at the situation outside."

Chi Jia's face began to darken as he turned on the screen, where the caras showed the view from various angles outside.

Huge warships enveloped the surface of Jetspray Star, hundreds and thousands of warships floated above the city, the three-direction lightning insignia, which had been abolished by Xiao Yu, appeared on the bodies of the warships.

Countless mbers of the Rebel Army, mostly middle-aged n, rushed out to the outside, cheering and crying.

Chi Jia's face turned ashen.
