Mount Ji City had undergone a complete transformation within just a day or two!

The once dilapidated brick and stone castle had, within a single day, evolved into the current structure, shimring with a tallic gloss and perfect curves. The main castle was at least a hundred ters high, with four separate fortresses to the east, south, west, and north. These five fortresses together ford a structure far grander than the castle before, a masterpiece filled with science fiction elents and minimalism.

When the residents of Mount Ji now looked up at the castle bathed in a serene blue light, they couldn't help but feel a sense of awe. Many of them knew that if Bai Zhongqi hadn't taken over Mount Ji, their fates would likely have been to be fed to the dragon swarm by Shao Xiong. Bai Zhongqi's identity as a dragon slayer, along with his various miraculous abilities, slightly reassured the people living there.

"Since the new Lord is so powerful, he should be able to handle the dragon swarm, right?" No one could be completely sure, but at least they could harbor so hope rather than resigning themselves to a certain death as before.

Beyond the miraculous castle, the originally haphazard, unplanned town had also been transford. Rows of low-rise apartnts with a hint of wood artistry in their design now added a charming touch to the area. Apart from the vast apartnt buildings, there were now comrcial buildings and essential infrastructure, such as schools, inns, and public security offices. Even the original dirt roads had been repaved with a cent-like substance secreted by one of her Enslaved Beasts, making them hardly distinguishable from the roads on Earth, albeit slightly primitive.

Zang Murenqing, clutching a book, walked the streets of the town, hardly able to imagine that it was all ford within just two days.

"What kind of Divine Power must the teacher and Iridium Star possess to build a city for tens of thousands of people in the blink of an eye?" Though it seed less fierce than the dragons, it greatly benefited the people, Zang Murenqing thought to himself.

Just then, Ze Pei rode by on horseback, saw Zang Murenqing, dismounted, and greeted him, "Brother Qing, you're here? Aren't you training the new recruits at the camp?"

Zang Murenqing sighed, "I co from a family with a long tradition of military service and have been learning the art of commanding troops from the family's vassals since I was young, but I am still far too naïve compared to the robust warriors sent by the teacher. They have their own set of rigorous thods and are ticulous in every aspect, from which I've greatly benefited. I've co to see that although the teacher assigned to train the new recruits, the person really being trained is also ."

Ze Pei nodded and said, "It's the sa at my end too. Yesterday, the teacher gathered all the village leaders and elders and set up production teams according to the original villages. Within these teams, they ford groups; each group contained families. Each family was given seeds and farming tools; while each family farms its own fields, they all watch out for and help each other. The team established support points with shared farming tools and other resources. The Lord's Mansion ntioned that they'll distribute so quality seeds and fertilizer soon—it's a whole big operation. It's hard to imagine how the teacher thought up such a tight organizational structure—it requires much more effort than the thods of the previous lords."

Zang Murenqing said, "It's troubleso, but now all the farming households across the territory are under the control of the Lord's Mansion. These households manage their operations independently; the Lord's Mansion and the team and group leaders each have their own responsibilities. If there's any issue, this organizational setup allows mobilization of everyone in the territory. If the teacher hadn't canceled the agricultural tax, the profits that could be extracted would be unimaginable."

Ze Pei laughed and said, "The teacher has far-reaching vision and doesn't care about the little money earned from farming."

Zang Murenqing nodded, "The teacher's talent and foresight are beyond what we can imagine. To study under him is our good fortune."

Ze Pei pointed to the book in his hand and laughed, "It's great you always carry a book with you wherever you go. Is it written in Chinese? How much have you mastered?"

Zang Murenqing made a face, "Learning Chinese is much harder than learning our language. The phonetics are similar; the difficult part is the Chinese characters—they're so profound. Compared to them, the scripts of Yimoduoya, whether it's from the Northeast Land, Jiangnan, or the legendary scripts from the west of the Great Snow Mountain, none are as accurate or intricate as Chinese."

Ze Pei also nodded and said, "We're used to the Northeast Land script, but it's too unclear and often confusing. If we implented Chinese, it would enhance the precision in official docunts and everyday use, and help a lot in disseminating the teacher's knowledge."

Zang Murenqing sighed deeply, "Exactly, if we don't learn Chinese well, we can't learn the scriptures passed down by the teacher. It's like having a treasure mountain in front of us without knowing how to enter; it's extrely frustrating."

Bai Zhongqi didn't have the energy to write books for his disciples, but fortunately, Iridium Star was there, the forr artificial intelligence now the Swarm Empress. Although she lacked the vast database of Iridium Star, the knowledge she had recorded was substantial. She directly used the Insect Nest to print books, ranging from traditional Chinese classics like The Analects, Tao Te Ching, The Art of War to modern natural sciences and Western humanities, covering a diverse array of topics.

She couldn't record everything from the ancient human history, but the essence she preserved included basics in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and various social theories, logic, and philosophy, complenting arts and sciences.

"Who knows, how long it will take to master all of the teacher's abilities," Ze Pei said sowhat bewilderedly.

Zang Murenqing simply smiled and said, "Reaching the breadth of the teacher's knowledge isn't sothing we should expect. If we could learn thirty to forty percent of his skills, that would be enough to make our way in the world. Moreover, the teacher has also said that blind faith in books is worse than no books at all. Although we've learned his knowledge, we must think for ourselves, absorb, and form our own system. Rote morization and rigid adherence are ultimately of no real value."

The two young n exchanged smiles, seeing in each other's faces a full asure of optimism and ambition. They had bravely ventured from the Great Snow Mountain to find the miraculous dragon slayer and had beco his disciples, which was a great opportunity. Every additional day with Bai Zhongqi filled them with more courage, a sense that they could overco any challenge.

Just then, a flock of white doves was released from the azure castle, flying in all directions.

Zang Murenqing laughed and said, "Today's white doves have also set off. I wonder what effect the teacher's invitation to all the aspirants across the world interested in dragon slaying will have."

He held his scroll, filled with anticipation.
