The Earth Star Alliance fleet had only three genuine warships; the rest were rchant vessels used for transporting goods. anwhile, the Lvzhao Civilization's Sixth Defense Fleet was "strong and robust."

Bai Zhongqi wasn't particularly interested in what was to co. However, Zero approached Bai Zhongqi with a smile and said, "Your Majesty, I've found sothing interesting. Would you like to take a look?"

Bai Zhongqi nodded, and Zero waved her hand to conjure a holographic screen on the warship. It appeared to be a broadcast from a Lvzhao television station.

"Dear audience, this is Lvzhao Star Channel. We have just received news that the negotiations between Earth Civilization and Lvzhao Civilization within the Ounian Star and Danlu Interstellar Cloud have broken down. The barbaric and rude Earth civilization not only rejected our kind offer to work together for a shared prosperous relationship with the great Lvzhao Civilization but also openly attacked our diplomats and despicably took advantage of our vulnerable defense to attack our Ounian Port. All Lvzhao people are intolerable towards the Earthlings' atrocities, and people from every corner of Lvzhao Star are spontaneously leaving their hos and gathering to denounce the sinful Earthlings!"

The TV footage switched to a plaza where, indeed, crowds of enraged Lvzhao people were gathering. Bai Zhongqi was surprised – the negotiations with the Lvzhao had just fallen through not long ago, and already the Lvzhao population was gathering to remotely castigate him in an interstellar denouncent eting.

With Zero's capabilities, tapping into the Lvzhao's broadcast signals was no issue. She explained, "Clearly, the Lvzhao had already told their people about subjugating us Earthlings as their vassal even before our negotiations began. It seems the Lvzhao Civilization is quite interested in taking our 'inferior' civilization as a vassal. Many people are gathered in the plaza, awaiting the triumphant news from their 'genius' diplomat – the sa one I've reduced to mush."

Bai Zhongqi grew curious and asked, "What's the Lvzhao public opinion on us? Is there really no one there with a clear head?"

Zero shook her head and said, "The developnt path the Lvzhao took is entirely different from Earth's. To this day, the Lvzhao people don't have anything like the internet, and much of their technology doesn't have a multi-point connection effect; they also require a lot of manual operation. In Lvzhao Civilization, there aren't many channels for public expression of opinions. They practice a broad-democratic system, and their politics is quite chaotic – often a project gets started and then is scrapped entirely when a new political force takes power a few years later. Perhaps this is why after over twenty thousand years, the Lvzhao Civilization is still the way it is. The populism and stupidity of Lvzhao are almost ingrained in their DNA. The public opinion that I can gather is predominantly about giving us a 'good teaching'."

Bai Zhongqi clicked his tongue and said, "Fine then."

On the TV screen, the host who stirred the audience's emotions shouted, "Fellow Lvzhao citizens, as the proud children of the universe and masters of the Galaxy, our dignity cannot be trampled upon. The invincible Lvzhao Fleet is advancing towards the lowly Earth pirates. It won't be long now before we eliminate them. Long live Lvzhao!"

Bai Zhongqi had Zero switch channels, and it was clear that every station seed to be reporting on the conflict between the Lvzhao and Earth Civilizations, with a very consistent narrative.

In a political talk show, a studio guest gesticulated wildly, saying, "I bet the Earthlings have never seen a fleet as powerful as the Sixth Defense Fleet. Although it's called 'Defense,' it possesses formidable offensive power. Their flagship, the Adoli, is ten thousand ters long and equipped with thousands of Ray Guns. One volley could destroy all life on an entire planet. It looks like those villainous Earthlings are in trouble."

Another guest beside him chid in, "Exactly, Earthlings have no idea what kind of existence they've provoked."

Zero watched the program with a grimace and sighed, "That so-called Adoli must be that ladybug-looking spaceship outside, right? It's truly absurd. Not to ntion their Ray Guns are essentially useless against us, but claiming that they could wipe out a planet's population with a single volley, such rhetoric is beyond exaggeration."

Bai Zhongqi stroked his chin, his expression serious, yet his eyes sparkled with mirth, "Yeah, it's probably like those God-like snipers in our C-country dramas who can kill an enemy a thousand miles away with one shot."

After switching channels again, a group of Lvzhao children appeared, each waving a little flag and chanting in their tender voices, "Go Lvzhao military uncles! Defeat the Earthlings!"

Bai Zhongqi grimaced as he watched. He felt increasingly "disenchanted" and asked, "Did we bring along a 'Gonna-End-You-2333' missile on our journey this ti?"

"Yes, Your Majesty."

Bai Zhongqi nodded and said, "I'm not in the mood anymore. Let's just give it to them and then head ho. I kind of want to have so ran."

Ling Rucan smiled brilliantly and said, "That's really a good idea."

Bai Zhongqi snorted and nonchalantly lay down on the flattened out captain's chair, starting to enter the Deep Sleep System for his routine charging and learning session.

On the Jilin, Wang Duidui, who received the order to return, complained with a face full of resentnt, "My battle achievents, I wanted to reach the pinnacle of my life with this."

In the expanse of the universe, a million kiloters away, the Captain of the Lvzhao Sixth Defense Fleet suddenly widened his eyes and shouted, "These Earthlings, why are they turning their warship around? No good, they're trying to escape!"

This captain very well understood that once an Earth warship entered a Warp Bubble, then there would be nothing Lvzhao warships could do to stop them. Attacking a ship in warp speed was a problem even for high-level civilizations across the Galaxy, let alone a civilization at the level of the Lvzhao Civilization, which wasn't even concerned with that realm.

"Shaless Earthlings, there's no honor to speak of, why not co and fight us in a grand battle!" the Lvzhao Commander complained, slapping the table discontentedly.

Just then, his Radar Officer called out in surprise, "Captain, we've received a radar signal. There's an object approaching us at high speed."

The captain asked, slightly taken aback, "Is the target us?"

"No, it seems it will pass through a gap in our fleet."

The captain sighed with relief and then scoffed, "This must be Earthlings' last attack to salvage their dignity, but they can't even pick a proper target, how ridiculous."

"Intercept the target."

The Lvzhao fleet began firing various ray guns and electromagnetic cannons. In the past, any missile or torpedo-like weapon could easily be shot down by their cannons, but this bomb, whatever it was, effortlessly passed through the firewall woven by Lvzhao cannons and continued to reach the central part of the Lvzhao fleet.

While the Lvzhao were still stunned, questioning how the bomb had passed through, the bomb exploded.

A massive point of light suddenly burst outward from the center, expanding into the size of a small asteroid with a 200-kiloter diater in just an instant, devouring all the Lvzhao warships within range!

In the silent universe, there was only fierce light, and all those on Lvzhao star who had been observing the battlefield through remote imaging were now completely shock, staring incredulously at that space, while the busy square seed to have fallen into silence as well.

The silence continued with the burst of light, and when the light finally converged, the Lvzhao were able to see again what had happened inside.
