The TV screen displayed the destruction of the Teizene Reconnaissance Ship, a dazzling web of gunfire intertwined with various weapons firing, captivating all viewers with a spectacle even more eye-catching than those old Hollywood blockbusters.

Huang Quan sat down at a table in the dining hall with his al tray, while Taschwe was already there, staring at the television and twirling spaghetti onto his fork and into his mouth.

"You know, after watching this video, I actually feel sowhat sympathetic toward the Teizene people. Just one ship engulfed in such terrifying firepower, and yet it was quite tragic," Huang Quan said before unscrewing his thermos to have a sip of tea before eating.

Taschwe dropped his fork onto the plate and said, "These people were probably just expendable pieces."

Huang Quan shook his head and casually tossed a piece of sushi into his mouth, swallowing it whole. "Not necessarily. The technicians who analyzed this Teizene spaceship have concluded that the Reconnaissance Ship must have been bought from the Borke Civilization by the Teizene, who knows at what cost. It clearly had a lot of high-level technology that the Teizene still lacked. They must have been very confident to send out a ship capable of dual warp speeds, thinking it could return unscathed."

Wiping his mouth with a napkin, Taschwe set it down, and the eco-friendly tissue naturally disintegrated.

"If your theory is correct, then the Teizene were simply too arrogant. They survived the warping disruption but charged right into our most heavily defended Capital Star and got blown up," he said.

Huang Quan sighed softly, "The trouble is, the Teizene must have at least gathered more substantial information about us."

Taschwe responded, "That's even better. They should be afraid of us."

"That's not in the nature of the Teizene. Besides, the stakes in the Danlu Interstellar Cloud are too high for them to give up," said Huang Quan, a staff officer of the Universe Army who had diligently studied Teizene materials recently and understood their behavioral patterns well.

Taschwe smirked, "Well, if they want a fight, we'll fight them to the end. The expansion speed of the Universe Army is beyond their imagination; even if they bring a thousand warships, we can obliterate them all."

Huang Quan gave a wry smile, "I wish I could be as optimistic as you are."

Taschwe asked, "Have the new orders for our crew been issued? Which warship have they assigned us to?"

Huang Quan took out his mobile phone, touched the glass screen lightly, and a holographic image popped up.

"This is it," said Huang Quan, with delighted pride.

Taschwe looked at the elegantly shaped warship and was montarily delayed, "The Enterprise Carrier Cruiser?"

As a forr citizen of Lighthouse Country, Taschwe understood the weight this warship na carried on Earth, a na not only renowned in real battle history but also frequently used in many science fiction works.

"Captain Chi Jia perford outstandingly previously and has been promoted by the Universe Army. Our crew will be joined by a batch of new mbers," Huang Quan said.

Taschwe was also sowhat excited, "Since it's a carrier warship, there will be a batch of new pilots, right?"

Huang Quan laughed and said, "Our flying squadron will deploy 36 pilots, but a higher number of fighters will be unmanned, controlled by the mbers of the 'Grey Hand Legion' on Earth."

After hearing this, Taschwe was stunned and then felt mocked. He slamd the table and said, "Are we to fight alongside a bunch of nerds? That's a very nasty joke."

In Brazil, South Arica on Earth, a young man not yet 20 years old was staring at the naked-eye 3D screen, watching intently. Lupica weighed over 200 pounds, which was quite sothing, considering he wasn't even five foot seven. He was a Brazilian nerd who loved culture from District 11, born into a relatively wealthy middle-class family, his days were spent playing gas at ho, not doing any actual work.

He had an outstanding older brother who had already beco a lawyer, and while his parents were very fond of his brother, they let Lupica do as he pleased, which he enjoyed even more for its lack of restraint.

"These girls are really beautiful," Lupica remarked, feeling his face flush even though he was only looking through a screen.

The screen was showing seven uniquely beautiful catgirl songstresses dancing and singing on stage.

Indeed, although Bai Zhongqi hadn't intentionally promoted it, the cultural departnt of the Star Alliance still encouraged several girls from Feiju Star to form an idol group called "Bling-Bling Galaxy Bombshell Songstress," abbreviated as BBY. They had uniformly pale, tender skin, seemingly two-ter-long incredible legs, a considerable scale of chest sizes, and faces of great beauty, supplented by the hard-to-ignore cat ears and tails.

BBY had almost no delay starting their idol careers. These seven catgirl songstresses were originally trained on Feiju Star to please the esteed guests of different civilizations, and after being rescued by Bai Zhongqi, they gained their freedom.

At the news conference announcing the founding of the idol group, BBY's leader Lisa said in a tone full of feminine appeal and independence, "We learned to sing and dance to please others, but in doing so, we lost the right to freedom and happiness. On Earth, we wish to continue singing and dancing, but it will be on our own terms, making everyone happy, because your joy makes us cherish this hard-won life, this happiness and freedom. Thank you, Earth, and thank you all!"

Upon seeing BBY for the first ti, Lupica was smitten with these nearly perfect catgirl songstresses, and he was now watching their concert in Tai Ping City. The girls, dressed in various cuts and styles but all featuring Universe Army and camouflage elents, saluted in a feminine manner as they majestically took the stage.

Lisa began by shouting, "Let us salute the guardians who protect us!"

A holographic image of a Banshee Fighter pulling strears flew through the concert venue; the colorful lights and stage effects made the backdrop as beautiful as stars and moons, and the seven stunning girls showcased their vocal talents, srizing thousands.

As the song ended, the venue erupted in cheers, and BBY had rapidly harvested a global fanbase in a very short ti.

"Please follow the recruitnt plan of the Reserve Grey Hand Legion, perhaps even you on Earth can beco one of our defending heroes!" the girls softly called out.

Lupica felt the na Grey Hand Legion sounded faintly familiar, and opened a split screen on his computer, a feature all the modern machines had, capable of popping out dozens or even hundreds of holographic screens to perform different tasks.

Reading through the introduction to the Grey Hand Legion, Lupica slapped his thick thigh and exclaid, "Isn't this just like playing a ga? It's perfect for !"
