For Bai Zhongqi, there hadn't even been a struggle inside. The Iridium Star Chancellor had always been a person of clear purpose, maintaining his composure even under crucial monts and imnse pressure, and was extrely stubborn about his own views.

His wholehearted dedication to protecting Earth and waging war against the Teizene Civilization was not because Bai Zhongqi simply valued Earth more, or identified more with the identity of Earthlings. He would have done the sa if it had been Iridium Star.

Right from the start, Bai Zhongqi knew this choice seed available to him. He already had more than a dozen warships and powerful Iridium Star technology, and now he even had Spratly Island, a giant habitat capable of traveling through the universe. But as the Chancellor, he really had no choice.

Iridium Starians and Earthlings would not follow a leader who fled without fighting. The fundantal difference between a statesman and a politician is that the politician doesn't have anything that can't be sacrificed or traded, whereas the statesman knows there are things that absolutely must not be surrendered, that must be defended to the end. That could be the motherland, the holand, faith, or principles.

Bai Zhongqi knew this was a very straightforward reason. This war might not definitely be lost, but not fighting it would certainly an losing.

His decision was already made, and the entire Iridium Star system began to revolve around him, heading towards the direction of a global war. In terms of scale, this war might not be as large as the one 200 years ago when Iridium Star defeated the Spiral Mosquito Civilization, but for Iridium Star, this war was more extre and urgent than the one 200 years ago. Only at this mont did Bai Zhongqi feel the pressure. In the past few months, Bai Zhongqi hadn't felt any pressure since he had transford the ga save into a chip in his skull, completely mastering the Supre Command in this universe. Earth and the nearby stellar systems had beco his playground. He could easily create new worlds according to the blueprints in his mind, forging the Star Alliance and venturing into interstellar exploration.

However, Harass fortunately sent information back to Teizene Star, and the entire Earth civilization faced an invasion from the Cannibalistic Civilization of Teizene, plunging Bai Zhongqi under a mountain-like pressure. He bore the safety and well-being of billions, as well as the heavy responsibility of the Iridium Star Civilization's survival in this universe.

After deciding to fight, Bai Zhongqi hurriedly ended the imperial council eting, needing ti to think.

Standing in his palace on Cliffless Mountain, near Tai Ping City on Spratly Island, the majestic South Sea lay before him. The beautiful scenery seed to slightly improve his mood. He didn't need to write anything down; after undergoing human modifications, he had gained an incredibly powerful processing and storage capacity, allowing him to simultaneously think about, analyze, and record various matters.

At so point, Han Jiaxue appeared behind Bai Zhongqi. The beautiful girl wrapped her arms around Bai Zhongqi's waist, her cheek pressed against his broad back, and stayed silent for a long while.

Bai Zhongqi felt the warmth and softness at his back, reached for her hands, didn't turn around, nor did he speak. He slowly pulled Han Jiaxue from behind to the front, cupped her charming face, looked at her seriously, and said, "I won't let any misfortune happen to you again."

Han Jiaxue leaned in and lightly pecked his lips. Before Bai Zhongqi could fully savor the exquisite sensation, it was gone.

With a slightly mischievous and teasing tone, Han Jiaxue said, "You are the demon star of my fate. Even though my luck has really turned worse since following you, and trouble often arises, maybe I was originally drawn to so thrilling sensations. Besides, you have been very good to , even if you were deceiving , I would accept it."

Touching her small face, Bai Zhongqi replied, "I won't, I would never deceive you, never."

As he was speaking, Bai Zhongqi suddenly realized sothing. The extrely sharp Han Jiaxue, noticing his expression, asked, "Do you have an idea?"

Bai Zhongqi suddenly laughed and said, "Indeed, it should be a good idea, although it won't be very impactful, but at the very least it could confuse the enemy."

Han Jiaxue gently pushed him away and said, "What are you waiting for? Go ahead with your task."

Bai Zhongqi, slightly apologetic, pecked her on the cheek before turning around.

He imdiately sent a communication to Xu Lanzhou, his expression and deanor calm and composed, which gave Xu Lanzhou considerable courage.

"If we are to secure Teizene for hundreds of years, ensuring the imnsely potential Danlu Interstellar Cloud becos our foundation for rising in the Second Universe, we must mobilize the power of the Star Alliance and the power of Earth. Even in the initial war planning stages, our Universe Army lacks so brilliant minds who could help us devise strategies. I plan to notify the officials in Country C imdiately, and after the warfare on Earth has concluded, I will also notify the countries worldwide."

"Yes, Your Majesty."

Bai Zhongqi continued, "Right now, we really need so clever brains. We have already mastered the quantum communication protocol sent by Harass to the Teizene Empire, and we have also decrypted the Teizene language, which ans we actually have a direct way to communicate with Teizene."

Xu Lanzhou asked, "Your Majesty, are you planning to warn the Teizene people?"

Bai Zhongqi laughed and said, "Of course not, that would be too foolish and ineffective. I plan to use Harass's previous communication tool, impersonate Harass, and send false information to the Teizene side."

Xu Lanzhou's spirits lifted, and he said, "That's a brilliant idea, Your Majesty. If we could send incorrect coordinates of Earth to Teizene, claiming a previous mistake, they might be confused and unable to find their way here."

Bai Zhongqi shook his head and said, "That won't work. The coordinates of Earth were already issued, and after they verify and find an issue with the coordinates, they will revert to the previous ones. Moreover, for safety's sake, the Teizene people should first send a reconnaissance ship to scout the Local Interstellar Cloud.

The truly effective deceptive tactics could be developed from several other angles, such as bluffing, making Teizene believe we are an indomitable adversary; flooding them with junk information to decrease the credibility of the previous communications from Harass; and if we could deceive Teizene long enough, perhaps we could use this advantage to trap and strike the enemy hard."

Xu Lanzhou sincerely admired and exclaid, "Ah, these are excellent strategies, Your Majesty. You truly deserve command, having led so many successful campaigns. With you here, we will definitely achieve ultimate victory."

Bai Zhongqi was sowhat embarrassed by the praise; the victories he commanded were mostly obtained under keyboard and mouse control. About how a real war would be, Bai Zhongqi actually had no solid idea.
