Diim!
Bam!
Dinnm!
Julian's head went through the incoming teorites.
His face was now soaked in his own blood, and he was in a recurring stage of feeling high, sharp pangs of pain.
With each movent of his head hitting the teorites, PAIN!
And now, the thing was, this was a teorite zone, where large teorites just swayed upwards across space.
The ch monster gritted its teeth, and it sounded with a sharp...
Clank!
Its eyes glowed very brightly and emitted raw viciousness.
Pure raw viciousness!
Julian was out of this world now; he couldn't comprehend anything anymore.
The ability to see, sll, and even breathe seed to be slowly going away.
Rehul, still inside the star cruiser, was screaming Julian's na, tears welling up in her eyes.
She would have co out to help, but the thing was that she couldn't fly, and that was a great disadvantage at this point.
Suddenly, the monster threw Julian with an insane amount of motion through the incoming teorites.
Dam!
Bam!
Gam!
He went through it, grunting in pain each ti he hit any.
The Costral Sword and the Galactic Shield were still well held in his hand.
The ch monster grinned.
Julian looked at it, his eyes badly swollen.
"What do you want?"
The ch monster laughed.
"I rule this part of space, and I'm always in need of beings to turn into mutant chs."
Julian tried to squint his eyes, but what was the need?
With them very badly swollen, they were already squinted, all right.
Julian had been expecting that this would be from Archos Imperium. He thought it was just a ch monster sent to stop him. But now, with what the ch monster had said, he now saw it as a distraction.
The monster clenched its robotic fists, bracing itself to co at Julian again.
Julian realized he had to do sothing. If this monster was to strike another punch at him again, that was it—his body could take no more.
'[Why do you act weak!]' he heard Xea say.
Julian breathed hard, eyes fixed on the ch monster, who was clearly planning to take him unaware.
'[How are you going to take down the Imperium if you can't face a common ch monster?]'
Julian was almost amused.
You call this common?
The ch monster didn't wait for Julian; it was already coming at him.
Note, they were quite very far off, as the monster had flung him through the teorites with great force and he had landed far away.
Julian watched the monster co at him, brandishing a sword-looking axe in the air.
If he couldn't face this, then he was sure he would be gone.
This axe-sword was ant to chop off his head.
Xea was speaking very quickly to him now (the ch monster didn't know about this).
'[You act like a god acting weak, a god feigning ignorance. If you are going to survive at the floating planets and not be able to take on this, then why are you the Galactic Knight?]'
Julian gritted his teeth.
Xea continued, trying to find an emotional spot:
'[The Imperium exploded your planet and brutally murdered your girl. They murdered Luiin, Julian! And who are you doing this for!]'
Tears were welling up in Julian's eyes now.
[They-, they-, you almost died! They almost killed you. And if you do not face off this ch monster, I don't know, but are you fit to take revenge against the Imperium? Are you fit to fight the ruthless soldiers of the Imperium?]'
The tears trickled down Julian's face.
He wasn't shedding them because of sheer stupidity or because he was soft.
No!
He was only burning raw emotion.
And this was only the tip of what was burning in him now.
Welling through his veins.
[System Sync: 40%]
Julian felt a sharp pain soar through his system.
The ch monster didn't notice this transformation. It was just grinning, showing off its steel teeth because it was certain he had another being to make mutant and turn into one of his ch monsters.
But Julian was experiencing changes.
[HP (Health Points): 10\100]
That ten should do.
Julian felt a surge of adrenaline go through him.
It was a soft transformation, and what kept ringing in Julian's head was:
'[If you can't take on this monster, can you take on the Imperium?]'
The ch monster was just so seconds away from hitting the axe-sword stuff on his face.
The axe-sword drove toward him...
Julian watched it.
.....
....
....
Julian swerved to the right. Helt now on his face, sigils well glowing. His eyes burned with red vibrant light.
The ch monster, seeing his sword didn't et Julian, was well, extrely surprised.
Wasn't this the sa person he was hitting his head through teorites a couple of seconds ago? The sa person who was weak and ready to die?
Julian gave the ch monster that Cavill's Superman stare again, before driving his clenched fist into its face.
Just that punch plunged the ch monster upwards.
Julian quickly followed.
Thooommm!
Before the ch monster could get itself from the previous punch, Julian delivered another.
Now downwards.
Zroowhhmm!
The monster went through teorites, large stuff.
With each one its face t, it lost a tooth, and soon, it was well off the teorite place.
Julian followed—hell, it was payback ti.
He threw a few punches at the monster's face. With each new one, it seed to be heavier and more dangerous than the one before.
And when he was done, the ch monster had lost about four of its teeth.
The monster couldn't take it anymore. It gave out a loud shout and kicked Julian in the stomach, sending him backward.
It then plunged at him, making itself a spear and going through him.
Julian fell and landed on a large floating rock.
He must have underestimated the ch monster. It was really strong, if he was being honest.
It ca at him, brandishing a really large sword as it did so.
Julian quickly rolled on his back to the right, and the sword went through the really hard stone-like rock.
Julian was stunned. That was a very sharp sword. Imagine if he still lay there—he would surely have had his kidneys ripped apart.
What he wondered was how the monster would just stretch its hands and snap its fingers and boom!, any type of sharp sword or gun-axe gadget would appear.
The ch monster tried to remove the sword from the stone-looking floating rock, but it wouldn't co out.
Thank goodness it didn't, because now this gave Julian a chance to stand up.
And so, standing up, he thrust his sword into the left eye of the ch monster.
"Arrhhghh!" it shouted.
Julian was about to thrust the other when it jumped off the rock and landed in the air, now flying, still grunting in pain from its damaged eye.
Julian too flew in the air, holding his sword and shield very tightly.
The ch monster fud with anger now.
"That's it!" it shouted.
Julian was alerted. He sensed sothing huge was coming now.
And truly, it was.
The ch monster clapped its hands very loudly, and a gust of wind accompanied with a very bright light shot at Julian, who was montarily blinded by it.
And when he opened his eyes, he couldn't help but be very surprised.
About twenty-four smaller ch monsters, almost the sa height as he was, were standing ready to fight behind the larger ch monster.
