The next day Fu Yan went to the talent market. It was called the talent market because many companies had stalls here to recruit people and fresh graduates ca here to find jobs that were suitable for them.

With that he went inside the office and registered a stall for himself.
He arranged the stall a bit and placed a sign for the hiring.
The sign said.
"Hiring a CEO for a startup. Need to have at least 1 year of experience and have a degree of MBA or masters in the relevant field."
Though his requirents were high but so was the salary.
He was paying 500k dollars yearly. (63k US dollars: $1 US = 8 dollars of country C)
When compared to the other companies which were only paying 300K yearly at most, it was almost double so it was right to have high requirents.
Many young boys and girls ca but none of them t the requirents and after a long day only 2 t his requirents but he was hesitant to hire them because he did not like their personality.
They looked like they would betray him the mont they were offered more money.
Fu Yan was looking for soone who he could trust and who would not betray him because that person would be in charge of the entire company.
Just when he was about to wrap up for the day, he saw a familiar face at his stall.
It was the sa lady whom he had t earlier today.
"Excuse ! I am here for the job interview."
But when she saw his face, she was surprised.
"So you were a young boss and here I was thinking that you were a fellow jobless person."
Fu Yan smiled and said.
"I never confird or denied so you can't complain."
She smiled and replied.
"Well, you got there. So can I give an interview for this job?"
"Yes you can but how can you accept this job because I might be a lecherous man as you said before."
She replied in a joking tone.
"Well you don't look like one and I will trust my instincts here and since you are young so if you were one then I won't mind."
"Well, let's start the interview then."
With that Fu Yan started to question her experience and her education.
After hearing her, Fu Yan was really surprised.
She was a graduate from the best university in country C and worked as a team manager for 2 years in an investnt company but resigned after she experienced sexual harassnt from the son of one of the company's directors.
She was a jewel and Fu Yan decided to hire her because he could see that she was a straightforward person who really devoted herself to the company and did not desire wealth because if she did she would not have quit her previous job.
"Well after listening to your experience and qualifications, I think you are more than qualified for this job but I want to ask one question."
She asked in a confused tone.
"And what would that be?"
Fu Yan said in a serious voice.
"How can you ensure that you won't quit my company after you have achieved success here and got an offer from another well-known company?"
When she heard his question, she laughed and said.
"As long as you don't mistreat and the company is able to pay my salary I won't quit. That's my promise or you can add a condition in the contract about it. I won't mind it."
"Well then miss you have got yourself a job and we will sign the contract tomorrow after registering the company."
"What? You have not even registered your company and you are talking to about staying at your company but from what you are offering to hire , I can see that you are very confident in whatever product you want to launch."
Fu Yan did not answer and just smiled at her question.
Just when they were about to depart, Fu Yan rembered an important thing. He never asked for her na.
What a terrible boss he would be to not even know the na of the first employee.
So he asked.
"We talked about everything but don't know each other's na so I will go first and introduce myself. My na is Fu Yan and I will be your future boss though I am just a university student now."
"What? You are a university student. First, I mistook you for a fellow jobless now I could not even tell that you were just a student. I think I need to stay sharp in future or I might stay in darkness about many things. Anyway, my na is Fei Hong. Nice to et you, BOSS!"
She said the word boss with a high but jokingly tone.
It contained so respect and also so friendliness.
"Well, it's nice to et you too. Let's create a business empire together."
She nodded in the flow and said.
"Yes, let's create a business empire together! Wait. What?"
