Ellie’s prosthetic arm was fortunately resolved, and having received a response that she would join after wrapping up her current task, there was only one thing left to do.
Gacha p……
“The Boss is going crazy because she hasn’t seen Sir Jonah.”
“Today, I saw her practicing alone in front of the mirror, rehearsing what to say when Sir Jonah cos. I almost died teasing her….”
“Yeah, yeah. That was your fault, Apple.”
I shrugged towards Lemon, who was making a fuss, and Apple, who had a bump on her head.
Lydia and Benny also congratulated Ellie on her new arm, and just as I was about to happily pull so gacha, those two rushed over to find .
“That’s too cold-hearted! How could she do that to Apple!”
“That’s right! The Boss may be insignificant, but my cute head has a bump! You have to empathize! Kiss it better!”
Apple said that as she pushed her head forward. I pressed on the bulging lump firmly.
“Ugh.”
“Gyaaah!”
Apple collapsed with a scream. Lemon, who held her corpse (not), cried out.
“Apple!!! You can’t die! You must hand over the Guild savings you diligently collected, unlike who squandered it on horse racing, before you die…!”
“…No, you crazy Lemon! That money was for us to buy equipnt together when we reach the 2nd Floor!”
A, Apple resurrected.
“I, I did nothing wrong! I just wanted to get better equipnt since we’re getting them anyway!”
“Stupid Lemon! Don’t you know that the equipnt we’re getting now is almost half-priced thanks to the Boss and Sir Jonah?! The Cradle Trading Company gave us a huge favor and you…!”
Upon hearing the conversation, it seems as usual, Lemon causes trouble, and Apple is left to clean up while crying.
“Wait a mont. Are you guys going to the 2nd Floor now?”
“Ah, yes. We were a bit motivated after seeing Jonah fighting at the Cradle Trading Company last ti.”
“What are you going to do on the 2nd Floor! Lemon’s equipnt is so poor that she can’t even handle a kobold!”
“Hmm. Isn’t equipnt just sothing that gets sorted out when you co to your senses…?”
Though half-joking, Lemon and Apple started to protest with foam at their mouths.
“That’s because Sir Jonah is special! Normally, people change weapons at least once per Floor, sotis even more often!”
“People using weapons made from the horn of a top-tier Unicorn from the 1st Floor are usually heirs of giant clans or well-off nobles!”
“I an, do you think I only use weapons? There are armors and various tools too. Recently, I even made a sub-weapon.”
“Aren’t that armor and sub-weapon made entirely from the Floor Guardian of the 2nd Floor! Just the material costs more than all the money we’ve earned so far!”
“If you pull that kind of trick one more ti, I’ll make Lemon stand on her head and shoot lemonade!”
“Why am I being dragged into this here…?”
“If you’re upset, don’t waste money and win so.”
Goodness. A handstanding Lemon spraying lemonade. Just thinking about it makes so scared that I almost want to try my luck again.
…Of course, if I did that, Lemon and Apple might really collapse from high blood pressure, so I’ll stop here.
In fact, I do know. The fact that I’m benefiting a lot from the equipnt thanks to gacha.
Minotauros’s Greatsword, and the light armor made from its bones and hide weren’t obtained from a gacha…but if it weren’t for the skills and equipnt drawn from the gacha, taking it down almost single-handedly would have been impossible.
Besides, though Lemon and Apple might not realize, there’s equipnt like the Cloak of Invisibility and Boots of Haste that even Lydia would covet.
Yeah. Equipnt definitely plays a big role.
The 3rd Floor isn’t a low level, but compared to other adventurers on the sa floor, my equipnt is overwhelming.
Of course, I can’t stick to my current equipnt forever. There will co a ti when I need to revamp my gear too.
Even though the monsters on the 3rd Floor are particularly strong against physical attacks, I haven’t been able to make much use of the Unicorn Dagger.
The 4th Floor is mainly inhabited by undead, so its purification effect will be quite handy… But from the 5th Floor onwards, if a slightly tougher creature appears, it won’t be very effective.
The sa goes for Minotauros’s Greatsword. It’s made from the Floor Guardian’s horn, and while it’s a powerful greatsword and synergizes well with the Seed of the Mountain Range blessing I have…
The 5th floor is probably its limit at best. No, the greatsword itself won’t have good compatibility there.
The 5th floor is where the God of Thieves is buried. Just by its na, it seems insignificant, and it doesn’t actually possess any great power.
But because it was so good at hiding and was so quick, it survived until the end.
Maybe due to that god’s influence, the entire 5th Floor is filled with monsters specialized in stealth and speed, making it hard to fight with a clumsy weapon like a greatsword.
In the end, it ans I’ll have to completely change my weapon when I reach the 5th Floor.
“Sssss.”
Let’s see. Since the Unicorn Horn was 3-star, if I get a 4-star material or weapon, it should be usable up to the 6th Floor.
I don’t know about the 7th Floor. The difficulty of the Labyrinth increases exponentially with each floor you descend.
In any case, is the answer once again gacha? Since a large amount of gold has co in this ti, I should squander it without leaving a penny.
As I nodded to myself, I suddenly saw the pitiful face of Lemon, who had lost all her fortune on horse racing.
…I should send her away before any bad luck rubs off.
I spoke as I firmly pushed Lemon and Apple away, who were bickering with each other.
“Enough, enough. The point is Miss Eve wants to see right? Alright. I’ll show my face soti, so head back.”
“Oh, is that a promise? Should I tell the Boss that?”
“Foolish Lemon. It’s more exciting when you don’t ntion things like that.… By the way, why are you so eager to kick us out?”
“I suddenly rembered that I have sothing to do.”
“Really? You’re not just saying that because we’re annoying, are you?”
“To be honest. What on earth is it that you have to do?”
“Ugh. Why are you being so annoying? I’m about to have so happy ti, so stop being clueless and get lost!”
“Gasp…! By happy ti, you an that, right? Can I check if it’s true or not?”
“Shh. If you don’t want to get caught by that hero, don’t even think about peeking and co here, Lemon.”
Apple quickly disappears, dragging Lemon along after glancing at Ellie’s reaction.
Instead, Ellie pretends to work at the store with an intrigued expression, eyeing this way…
Well, since it’s Ellie, she won’t have the courage to actually peek. Plus, we’re still open for business.
Pretending not to notice anything, I waved at Ellie and went up to my room on the second floor.
Carefully locking the door, I took out the Goddess Statue.
“As expected, it’s in this state.”
Perhaps due to using a lot of power this ti, the power of the Goddess of Love could hardly be felt from the statue now.
It couldn’t even function properly as a light or totem and had truly beco a re decoration. It’s probably disconnected from the Goddess right now.
Or maybe not. Since I’ve been sleeping with it for a while, maybe it’s just out of energy but still connected?
Well, it doesn’t matter either way. I was planning to put it in the display case to avoid being swept up by the gacha results.
After carefully placing the statue inside the display case, I turned on the lights out of boredom, and then opened the gacha system.
Ding!

“What is this? Is this pick-up a swordsmanship special?”
I don’t know who ina is, but with a na attached to a 4-star skill, she must be quite skilled.
As for the magic sword called Devouring Fang, I have no idea what kind of sword it is… But there’s a high possibility it was created by the God of Appetite.
The Pan Continent was once a place where gods fought fiercely, so most top-tier 5-star items are related to gods.
Made by a god, used to strike a god, or used to kill a god…
In that sense, if it’s a magic sword with a na like “Devouring Fang”, it might really be a sword made from the extracted tooth of the God of Appetite.
In a fantasy world, swords are extrely versatile and the most commonly used weapon.
However, typical swordsmanship doesn’t quite suit my style.
For that reason, unlike usual, I spent a long ti contemplating in front of the gacha window…but in the end, I reached for the pickup gacha.
“If I draw a 5-star sword, I can use it until the last floor, and since I’m currently using a dagger and a greatsword, drawing the swordsmanship would create so synergy.”
Judging by the fact that it’s simply called swordsmanship, it’s likely to be a longsword technique, but anyway, isn’t it about swinging and stabbing blades?
I should at least gain so tips that can be applied to daggers or greatswords.
And what I’m most looking forward to is how my physical abilities will change as I acquire swordsmanship skills.
The skills I’ve obtained so far have mostly focused on mana or aura utilization.
It’s only natural to be excited about how much my physical specs will improve once I acquire combat skills that require actual movent.
Of course. With 150 gold, I might not get a 5-star, but a 4-star should definitely appear.
…That amount of money could buy a dagger for the 5th Floor, but that’s a bad thought.
Shoving that aside, I lifted the pouch of gold coins in one hand and furiously pressed the gacha button.
“Did Magic Swordsman Jonah appear…?!”
My desperate voice filled the room with all sorts of junk.
After spending every last coin, the result list soon appeared.
Ding!
“No, but, damn, is this even possible?”
Call the manager out!!!
