"But I can say that if the Absolute did this, then the purpose of the Absolute doing this is aligned with our goal. After all, the Absolute is maintaining all of these things that the Lord of Madness did, and the Lord of Madness did these things in order to create the conditions for the creation of an Absolute."
"Therefore, it can be said that the goal of the Absolute is to maintain the conditions needed for the creation of an Absolute. Since our goal is to beco an Absolute, our goals align. And if we succeed in becoming Absolutes, it is reasonable to say that we will try to maintain the conditions that created us even if the Lord of Madness died."
Legion-4 found all of these hard to believe. He couldn’t help but ask incredulously, "Are you saying that we are the Absolutes above reality, maintaining all of these?"
Legion-6 sighed and said, "It is possible. Fortunately, there is a way to know. We just need to beco Absolutes and see what we do with our power."
Legion-9 snorted as he right, "But at that point it won’t matter to us if we are the Absolute maintaining all of these or another Absolute. What will matter is that we have finally beco Absolutes and can fight the one that must not be nad on equal footing."
Legion-11 wondered aloud, saying, "I wonder, though. If we beco Absolutes, why haven’t we defeated that great enemy from the future already?"
Legion-8 replied, "I think what we are experiencing is the past, and at this point in ti, ANNIHILATION hasn’t been defeated yet. I believe that this is true because we are still existing. If ANNIHILATION had succeeded in erasing our existence in the future, we probably wouldn’t be existing in the past either."
His answer was reasonable, but Legion-6 disagreed and said, "But Absolutes are Absolutes throughout all ti and space. If we are Absolutes in the future, then we should be Absolutes in the past too."
"So if we have beco Absolutes in the future, we should be an Absolute right now. The only reason I can think of for us not being Absolutes right now is that we never beco Absolutes in the future."
Legion-10 also disagreed with Legion-6, so he said, "But we might be the Absolute maintaining all of these. If that is true, then we are actually Absolutes in the future and past. It is just that an Absolute exists at the sa ti as their past selves unlike us who only one of us can exist at one ti in a tiline."
So clones agreed with him, while so other clones disagreed with him, so the two sides began to argue. But there were so clones like Legion-6 who were in the middle and didn’t pick any side.
Legion-6 in particular sighed and said, "I already said that the way to know for sure and settle this argunt is to beco an Absolute. Once we beco Absolutes, everything will beco clear."

And thanks to the fact that they have grown much stronger, it should take them a week and a day to beco the gods of the eight remaining pathways. That ans that they fuse completely with the surface of an authority and beco the god of the pathway in just one day.
