The Invulnerability ultimate ability is keeping their existence safe from the effects of the reversal of ti, and it will continue to do so as long as they have divine energy to use it.
Thanks to the Domination ultimate ability of the Crown of Nobility, they will be able to last much longer than they can against the reversal of ti. But they still won’t be able to last forever in this state.
As long as they can hold on until the god of travelers becos too tired to run and stops running to the past, everything will be fine. But if they can’t endure the consumption of divine energy and run out of it, then they will be in big trouble.
While other high gods lost the struggle and beca subrged in the River of Ti, Legion was able to stay afloat in the river for so ti. Bit eventually, they ran out of divine energy to continue resisting.
For the god of travelers to achieve what he has done today, not only did he have to be the angel of traveling with the best endurance to beco a god, but he also had to have more endurance than the original owner of the pathway before he could beco a high god.
Legion has already tried their best on their first try, and their best has been impressive. Unfortunately for them, their best is just not good enough to outlast the best of the god of travelers, who has been doing this for a long ti and is very experienced with it.
The secret of the success of the god of travelers is the rank 10 Pathfinder divine ability. This divine ability helps to make the distance to his goal as short as possible. So he always spends the least amount of energy possible to reach his destination compared to other travelers.
Legion doesn’t have this advantage, so they ran out of divine energy and plunged back into the River of Ti. As soon as they returned to reality, their existence began to unravel and scatter.
The River of Ti was reverting everything to its previous state. So their existence was being reverted from their strong state to the weaker state they had in the past.
This is clearly a bad thing. After all, if they couldn’t resist the reverse flow of ti when they were very strong, there is no way that they will be able to resist the reverse flow of ti when they beco weaker.
This is one of the reasons why so of the high gods lost to the River of Ti. But Legion fared better because they had the Environntal Adaptation divine ability, the Cognitive Adaptation divine ability, and the Death Adaptation divine ability.
All three of these divine abilities have been completely mastered thanks to the Sandbox ultimate ability. So they were able to provide the maximum help to Legion.
The Environntal Adaptation divine ability sought to help them resist the reverse flow of ti by making them immune to it. Unfortunately, its effect was too slow and weak compared to the powerful force pulling them backwards through ti.
Fortunately, they still had the Death Adaptation divine ability. The Death Adaptation divine ability took effect now because they were dying each mont they flowed backwards in ti.
So they were dying again and again, almost every mont. This was instruntal in helping the Death Adaptation divine ability quickly rack up resistance to the reverse flow of ti.
But perhaps the most important of the three of them was the Cognitive Adaptation divine ability. Without it, they certainly couldn’t have remained conscious as ti flowed back, and they certainly wouldn’t have been able to withstand dying more than a million tis every second.
As soone from the void universe who has once mastered the law of ti and traveled into the past many tis, they know that ti doesn’t only flow in one direction. But people only experience the forward motion of ti because that’s what their mind can handle.
They have beco powerful enough to beco aware of the reverse flow of ti, but that doesn’t an that their minds can withstand this level of perception, and it certainly doesn’t an that they can withstand experiencing the world flow back indefinitely.
If there is a description of what they are going through, it can only be said that it is like dying by having one’s skin flayed and flesh scraped away until they are ground into dust.
Not only is this the worst way to die, but it only becos worse because they have to be conscious through the entire process, and they have to experience it more than a million tis in a very short amount of ti.
The only saving grace is that the reverse flow of ti ans that they can’t run out of divine energy. After all, if ti flows backwards, they will never have spent the divine energy.
Each death made the work of the Environntal Adaptation divine ability useless because they died before they could gain resistance through it. But the Death Adaptation divine ability ensured that their death and the reversal of ti didn’t erode the resistance that they had painstakingly acquired.
All of the deaths helped their Death Adaptation divine ability to finally reach 100% mastery. This is sothing that they had never been able to achieve in the Sandbox simulation because they weren’t truly dying in those simulations, regardless of how accurate the virtual reality is.
Finally, the Cognitive Adaptation divine ability ensured that their minds didn’t get eroded by the River of Ti. They still couldn’t stop the reverse flow of ti, but all three divine abilities were able to keep them intact as ti flowed back.
Their success ca with the drawback that their divine energy began to run out again. This was because they were able to keep their state stable and unaffected despite the reverse flow of ti and this ant their divine energy won’t recover as ti flowed backwards.
