The god of knowledge finished by saying, "So not only would the god of cri and error co after you because of what you’re capable of, but other gods will everything they can do to kill you if they find out what I know."
The virtual body said, "Are you crazy? Why are you trying to slander ? Have I done anything to wrong you that would co up with such an absurd tale in order to set up against the god of cri and error?"
Their series of questions made the god of knowledge beco angry. His face fell as he said, "Stop playing dumb. I’ve already caught on to you."
The virtual body replied, "Caught on to what?"
The question made the god of knowledge angrier. He was infuriated that the god of telepathy was still acting as if he was making the whole thing up.
He gritted his teeth and said, "Those who know know that once I make a claim, I an what I say. But since you don’t know so well and don’t know how intelligent I am, I will tell you."
Then he said, "You have tried to hide it, but I can tell that you’re the sa person who ca into my white tower asking for information on how to request a divine fragnt from an authority and how to impress the authority of the pathway of slavery."
Before the virtual body could deny his claim, he said, "Don’t try to deny it, yet. At least listen to what I have to say before you co up with a denial. When you hear what I know, you can co up with a better excuse."
Then he continued, "You entered my authority, so I know for sure that you have the pathway of undying and the pathway of slavery, and that both of them have reached a very high level, probably the angel rank."
"I didn’t know that you also possessed the pathway of telepathy. But after seeing you fight and seeing your mannerisms, I found your behavior and the way you talk and act to be nearly identical to the undying angel who ca into my authority."
"But as the god of telepathy, it is also possible that you had subdued the mind of that undying angel and were controlling them. So my choices are that either you are the sa person or that undying angel is a vessel for you."
"Either way, you will still want the authority of the pathway of slavery, the authority of the pathway of nobility, and the pathway of knights. You should also want the authority of the pathway of undying, the authority of the pathway of death, and the authority of the pathway of life, but I doubt you will be able to achieve that because the authority of the pathway of undying cannot be controlled."
"I was sure of this before I t you. But after I t with you, I beca sure of my conjecture. This is because I can never forget soone I have t before."
After explaining how he ca to his conclusion, he smirked at the virtual body and said, "So what do you think now?"
The virtual body replied without hesitation, "I think you have an overly active imagination."
The god of knowledge chuckled. Then he said, "Forget I said anything then. Let’s get to the main reason I called you here."
The virtual body yawned and said, "Finally, sothing that isn’t a waste of ti."
The eyes all over the body of the god of knowledge twitched in annoyance. But he didn’t bother to argue with them.
He said, "I want you to use your Gestalt Mind divine ability on ."
This request caught Legion off guard. Then they imdiately beca wary. This was because they rembered the effect of the ultimate ability of the Tower of Knowledge.
The virtual body asked, "Why do you want to attack you?"
The god of knowledge replied, "Because I want to copy the Gestalt Mind divine ability."
Legion didn’t know what to think when they heard this. Their first thought was that the god of knowledge was ssing with them. But they couldn’t figure out why he would be lying to them, which confused them and made them more wary.
Their second thought was that the god of knowledge was speaking the truth. But again, they can’t figure out why he would tell them this truth and still think they will help him copy their divine ability.
The virtual copy beca silent, thinking about what was going on. Seeing this, the god of knowledge rolled his eyes and decided to explain.
He said, "I’ve never told anyone this before, but I can learn anything once I see it. As long as it is a skill, I can learn it. That’s my innate talent."
"As a mortal, I was considered a genius. But as a godclad, the usefulness of my innate talent fell because I couldn’t copy divine abilities. My innate talent was still very useful for my pathway, as evidenced by the fact that I beca the high god of this pathway. But it also beca capable of so much more thanks to my pathway."
"After I beca a godling, my innate talent beca able to copy divine abilities. Ability Replication is my rank 10 divine ability. It works well with my ultimate ability. I still can’t copy divine abilities completely, but I can create imitations to serve my purpose."
"I am asking you to attack with the Gestalt divine ability so that I can experience its effect up close and be able to create a functional imitation of it."
Legion was already pissed when they learned that the god of knowledge knew about their possession of many pathways. But now that they heard why the god of knowledge wanted them to attack him, they beca even angrier.
So the virtual body asked in disdain, "And why would I help you?"
