With the best qualifications in the world, once they get the rank 9 divine flesh that they need to advance, they will be able to advance and beco an angel of undying when they assimilate it.
What made them most excited is that once they beco an angel of dying, they will be able to beco the god of undying since they already have the authority of the pathway and can even use it.
The fact that they can use the ultimate divine ability of the pathway without becoming the god of the pathway is proof that they have subdued the authority of the pathway and will be able to fuse with it to beco the god of the pathway without any problem.

After they wiped out her mories, they wanted to return to enslave the two demigods. They shifted to the divine form of the pathway of telepathy and entered the mindscape.
They thought about their destination and reached its border in the Mindscape. But just as they were about to exit the Mindscape, they sensed danger. So they stopped.
They stopped within the Mindscape and used the Predict divine ability to try and pinpoint the source of the danger. They didn’t get a clear picture except for the fact that there was imnse danger waiting for them in the physical dinsion.
So they said, "Forget about it. We don’t need to risk it anyway."
They decided that the benefit that they would gain wasn’t worth this much danger, so they decided to turn back.
anwhile, in the physical world, the two demigods have drawn quite the attention. Because Legion had removed the effect of the Invisibility Shield divine ability, the two demigods recovered from their strange state.
Once they realized that they were being attacked or influenced sohow, they inford the noble demigod in their family, who then inford their emperor of the situation.
Their emperor was the sa angel of nobility who they offended when they killed the last demigod noble. He was together with three other demigods. So Legion would have been in big trouble if they had appeared in their midst.
Legion avoided this danger and went to speed up the advancent of the pathway of telepathy. They did this by creating as many virtual copies as possible to brainwash people.
In order to complete their advancent requirent as quickly as possible, they even joined in the task and personally manipulated the minds of people.
The advancent requirent for rank 8 of the pathway of telepathy required them to make people believe that they were other people.
Then the manipulated people must act like the people they think they are. The more people believe their performance, the faster the advancent requirent will be t.
The process of manipulating people’s mories is easy thanks to the Mind Domination divine ability. But manipulating people’s minds skillfully is another matter, and it is a difficult thing to do.
With the Mind Domination divine ability, deleting, changing, and blocking mories is as easy as breathing and moving one’s arm. But if care is not taken, the mind of the target might break.
Legion learned this lesson the hard way. Many people sacrificed their lives in order to teach them that lesson and help them gain experience.
The difficulty that they encountered can be summarized as two. The solution for these two problems is at least two too. This is a weird situation but is perfectly reasonable in the matters of the mind.
The first obstacle that must be overco is to prevent the target from noticing the intrusion on their minds and that their mories are being tampered with during the process of manipulating their mories.
The second obstacle to overco is to prevent the target from realizing that their mories have been tampered with after the process is done.
The first obstacle required stealth, while the second obstacle required skillful editing of mories that wouldn’t leave any traces in order to overco.
If any of these obstacles are not overco, the target’s mind is likely to break down as they begin to question their identity. Whether their minds break down or not, they will definitely not count towards fulfilling the advancent requirents because they don’t believe that they are who Legion wants them to be.
These two requirents are very difficult to fulfill, especially the second one. Sotis the target will realize that they are very skillful with a blade even though they have no mories of using it.
The second obstacle is very difficult to overco because it is nearly impossible to remove all the mories of soone’s previous life without breaking their mind.
In the situation of the baker with expertise in wielding blades without mories of ever using a blade, the solution is to create new false mories that show them using blades but with their new identity so that there won’t be an identity crisis.
They know this solution, and they know that it counts as skillful manipulation of mories, but it is very difficult to implent perfectly because there are too many aspects of soone’s life to keep track of and create new mories for.
