The advancent requirent for the pathway of the telepath is to use their ntal armant to kill or defend the minds of others. To et this requirent, they decided to give all of their slaves mind shields.
They also gave the rank 3 lieutenants of the gang mind shields. This not only helps them et the advancent requirent but will also ensure that the secrets of the gang are secure.
This advancent requirent is very easy for them to et. It will just require a lot of work and ti, which they don’t like.
