Both Legion-0 and the other twelve clones increased in size and power. They gained power by cheating and using the existence of a world god as a foundation for their power.

The fact that they could force a Supre Origin god, who is protected by the void universe, into becoming a part of Legion-0 ans that they can surely force a world god who has beco independent of the void universe.
He that as it may, the decision is not clear-cut because a world god is much stronger than a Supre Origin god and will put up more of a resistance.
The two options have their advantages and disadvantages. Forcing a Supre Origin god is easier since a Supre Origin god doesn't have enough strength to resist them.
The only thing they have to worry about when turning a Supre Origin god into a beneficiary of Legion-0 is the void universe, but the Will of the void universe can be tricked, so they can deal with that problem.
The disadvantage is that they will need realm heart fragnts and Cosmic energy to deceive the void universe when turning a Supre Origin god into a useful mber of Legion-0.
Whereas a world god won't need so much since they already have a world and they won't need to deceive the void universe for it. A world god is already a finished product that they can snack on directly without the need to prep them.
The main problem they will have with a world god is that they will be more difficult to subdue compared to a Supre Origin god. It will still be easy to subdue a world god; it will just require more work.
Eventually they decided to go after Supre Origin gods for the reason that Supre Origin gods are more nurous than world gods and also easy to find.
World gods are difficult to find in the vast void universe. They could be anywhere in the dark side of the void universe, while Supre origin gods are usually on immortal
continents.
What's more, the dark side of the void universe is bigger than the world of manifestation. So to look for world gods is to look for needles in a haystack compared to searching for Supre origin gods.
