With the spark of power, they can take reforge artifacts and worlds as long as they have the permission of the creator. By infecting the two artifacts, they gained deeper control over them and were able to grant themselves permission to reforge them.
Only when they were done with this did they allow their 12 Supre laws to fuse with the Universal artifact. Next they added the finishing touches to it. There were eleven of them working physically on the artifact instead of twelve because one of them wasn't present. The one that isn't present is Legion-3. He is busy with sothing else. Legion-11 has a lot to say about his absence. "He is off goofing off while we work."
Legion-8 said, "Your plan was good, and he was the only one who could execute it. So you have only yourself to bla for why he got to take the break."
Legion-4 added, "Besides, we don't need him. Only one of us is enough to do this work."
Legion-9 said with disdain, "Right. Only one of us is enough, and that's . All of you are just accessories to my greatness. I am the best one here and the most important one. I am the only one that is needed. You all are just there to accompany and make look good."
They didn't want to get along, but they had to, so they got along. However, they weren't going to get along so easily. They looked down on the others even when working together. They made sure the others knew how little they thought of them. But that didn't hinder their work. In no ti they had used the Supre law of all 12 of them to combine the reforged universal artifact and their spark of power into a world forge. This was enough to make the universal artifact beco complete and capable of being useful to them as world gods. But they still went ahead to add the Soul Sphere so that it would also be useful to the future Legions. The soul sphere had beco useless to them now that they had the aspect of unity. But there are other people in the world who deserve to be able to enjoy the convenience of the soul sphere. So they decided to add it into the universal artifact to make sure that everyone will be able to enjoy it in the future. That is what Legion-0 is essentially. It is supposed to be their world forge for making tools and building worlds, but they didn't stop at that.
They created sothing that will be able to give everyone the opportunity to be a part of Legion. These people will join Legion willingly or unwillingly, but they will all enjoy the benefits of Legion no matter how they join. It took them a few days to build Legion-0. When they were done, they stood beside their great work to admire it. It was golden and shining like a star. This probably has sothing to do with the world engine within it. But it had a white halo around it that they recognized as the Crown of Domination. From up close, it looks like a ball of golden thread. Sotis, small white spheres could be seen moving along the golden threads. It was also very large. It is bigger than all of them combined since it is bigger than many planes combined. But this is just the start since it can grow bigger and evolve in the future. It looked unrecognizable from the world fragnt that they used to build it. The major difference is that it is not multicolored since it doesn't have a law matrix, and it doesn't possess their black sparks of power. The spark of power simply refused to adhere to Legion-0. In the past, it could stay in the world fragnt because all of the clones were part of Legion-7, and Legion-7 was fused with the world fragnt.
They had forced the shards of power to orbit the world fragnts by all returning to Legion-7. That had made the shards of power orbit along the path of the law matrix that they had built in the world fragnt for it.
But that can't work anymore since they all have their Supre laws and have beco independent from Legion-7. Besides, they don't need Legion-0 or any world fragnt to help them make use of their shards of power anymore. They will be able to use it very well when they beco world gods.
Now the shards of power stand on top of their heads, a single black orb. When they beco world gods, it will be the foundation for their limitless potential.
The imnse potential of the shards of power makes them believe that if they had been able to add it to Legion-0, maybe it would be able to grow on its own without limit. But that prospect is not enough for them to give up their shards of power. Besides, they have already made plans for Legion-0.
That plan is that once people begin to enjoy the benefits that Legion-0 will grant them, they will have to use their existence to help Legion-0 expand. They will have no choice about that.
The eleven clones stood around the golden star made of golden threads and couldn't take their eyes off of it. Eventually they had to make it shrink so that they could carry it. They shrunk it until it beca small enough to fit in a small hand. The shrinking is just a change in external size. Its volu and mass are still the sa. So it is getting denser.
It is still heavy, which is why none of the clones want to be the one to carry it. They had to draw lots to determine who the sucker will be. This honor fell onto Legion-5.
Legion-5 had to bear the weight of Legion-0 for all of them. He didn't like it one bit. But the rest of them were in a good mood.
