Finally they spoke. All of them said at the sa ti, "I don't understand."
It said, "We don't have ti. You need to rember. That is the most important thing. If you can rember, then you can kill ."
It continued to speak. "If you can kill , then you can free . If you can free , then you can have my power. All you have to do is rember."
They were taken aback by that. It caused them to groan and tremble with frustration.
They were not getting the answers they wanted. Instead they were getting more questions. So they were getting more and more confused. The void universe seed to be dying but isn't dead. It shouldn't be dying in the first place. After all, the void universe is so strong and prosperous.
It shouldn't be capable of dying. But it looked like it was dying, and it seed that it wanted to die. But apparently, it can't die even though it wants to die and is dying.
Their minds whirled with confusing questions and statents. "The void wants to die but can't kill itself. This is despite it being so close to death."

It continued to say that line over and over again as its voice waned. Its voice eventually died down. They didn't notice this because they were deep in thought. They had so many questions but no one to ask because the primogenitor had gone back to sleep. They just stood there blankly with their confused minds not knowing what to do next. Fortunately, they didn't have to wait for long. The runes on the chains binding the body of the void universe dimd. Parts of its body had shrunk, which made its body smoother, symtrical, and more definite.
All nine of them could finally see the sa thing when looking at it. Then the void universe woke up again.
This ti it was able to move every part of itself, not just its body. Every one of its eyes focused on them. It looked more powerful than before too. They could feel the difference in their existence vividly.
They could also tell that even though it looked like their progenitor, it wasn't their progenitor. But it was the void universe. It spoke to them, "Welco, Legion. Congratulations on unlocking your potential."
Its voice was loud and majestic. It was the imperial voice of the Will of the void universe. They could recognize that voice anywhere after having heard it so many tis and felt its anger towards them on so many occasions.. It was the void universe they were used to, not the sickly old entity that they spoke to earlier.
It didn't look or feel like it was dying. In fact, it was growing stronger by the mont. This should have been a good thing, but they were only more confused. They didn't understand why this was happening or what it ant. But the void universe wasn't willing to clear their confusion. It said with a stern voice, "I don't like you, Legion. But that is to be expected since you follow in the footsteps of the creator. You are a rule breaker, and you have even begun on his path. Congratulations."
