Silence!
Silence permeated the training chamber as everyone looked at the tall Patrick, whose figure towered over everyone in the chamber. The Awakened warriors, who had witnessed Michael's power earlier, exchanged gazes as they feared for Patrick. They had seen Michael beat three A-ranks, who were the strongest in the Watson family, yet Michael was able to easily defeat them without the slightest struggle.
So, seeing some unknown man publicly insult Michael only left them in shock. Michael's manager also wasn't an exception; he gave Patrick a "what a fool" look as she shook his head in disappointment. It was as if he already knew what was about to happen next.
'Sigh. Knowing Michael's short temper, he is bound to bring this entire building down if necessary to avenge his anger. It was his short temper that got him in trouble with a strong household once back in the States; if it weren't for the guild master's reputation, he would have caused an even bigger mess.
The guild master saw Michael's potential; that's why, when I spotted him while I was scouting in Dasia ten years ago, the guild master wanted me to recruit him at any cost. But although a genius, Michael is shortsighted and even worse, short-tempered. That's why the guild master assigned me as his manager; that way, I can keep him from causing too much trouble.
He is about to go crazy for sure; should I interrupt? No, I will let this little Watson family witness the true power of our Sky Eagle Guild, and besides, I'm interested in who this young man is and his background. If things go south, I can just claim Michael's short temper and compensate him for being Michael's punching bag.

In a control room, Julius and Joseph watched the events happening in the chamber.
"Father, are you sure you don't want me to intervene?" With Michael's temper, he might end up killing the kid. "If we intervene now, we might be able to prevent the matter from escalating. Joseph said it worriedly.
But Julius only remained silent as he stared down in the chamber. He had his gaze on Michael's manager as he thought to himself, 'So, he has noticed us. But why isn't he acting? With his power, he should already know the kid is not Awakened, yet he remains unreactive. Then again, as much as I want to help that king boy, I want to see just what supports his confidence and arrogance.
If he were just a big talker, I would still be able to intervene, and Athena would for sure lose feelings for a weak man who acts big. But my instincts are never wrong; previously, I sensed an unbelievable sense of danger coming from that kid. Such a thing can't be faked, not even by an S-rank. So, King Boy, show me exactly what backs your arrogance. I'm certain you won't disappoint this old man.'
Michael stood in silence with a dark face as he stared at Athena. He was talking to Athena when Patrick spoke, and the shock of him being disrespected was too overwhelming to instantly absorb. But before Michael could say another word, Patrick stepped forward as he walked past Michael, heading toward Dalton.
Another disrespectful act from Patrick caused the scene to fall deeper into silence.
Patrick walked and stopped a foot from Dalton, hands in his pocket as he stared at Dalton with a disappointing gaze. "So, you are the babysitter.
The Sky Eagle Guild must be a shitty childcare facility then, because seeing as you are allowing this little kid to misbehave, you must suck at your job, aren't you, mate?" Patrick said as he leaned forward, scolding the manager and calling him a babysitter.
Dalton's face also became extremely dark as he stood in silence, but he assumed a calm expression as he opened his lips to say, "I- "I could care less about a babysitter." "Now listen up, I'm going to discipline the little man over there, and I want you to observe and take notes on how to discipline disrespectful brats like him in the future, ok?" when he got interrupted by Patrick.
Finished speaking, Patrick turned and walked towards Michael as he spoke. "Hey, you, little man, I will be teaching you some lessons, so like your babysitter, be ready to learn. "First lesson: never call another man's woman "little" or "baby" before them; that is disrespectful," Patrick said as he leisurely approached with his hands in his pocket.
Finally unable to bear the disrespect, Michael tightly clenched his fists as he stared at Athena with a warning gaze. He then said, "I'm going to kill him!" before he flashed and disappeared from his location.
Hearing Michael's threatening words, Athena chuckled as she murmured, "Try surviving against him first."
Michael suddenly flashed and appeared before Patrick, standing in his way. Then with his clenched fists, Michael heavily thrusts his left fist aiming at Patrick's abdomen. But just when Michael's punch was about to reach Patrick, time ceased to exist as Patrick's thought process began, meaning Patrick's thinking state transcends far beyond time.
His realistic system interface emerged before him as he began scrolling through his infinite powers and abilities. Patrick's powers were in levels, and each level had sub-levels, and each sub-level had variations of powers, while each variation had infinite amounts of powers and abilities below that.
In summary, don't bother trying to count how many powers Patrick has, you won't begin to imagine even the least number of basic-level powers.

He then focused on an interface containing unlimited items, his basic-level-not-even-worth-mentioning gadgets and artifacts.

"Alpha, give me a random item, King Tech," Patrick said as he lazily stared at Michael, who was currently in a non-existent time state with black and white color effects, as it was for everything, including Athena.
