The water rippled.

With the increasingly hot and dry atmosphere inside, the insect race outside the cave was once again restless.

In particular, the fly insect race took the initiative to fly in front of the bee and clicked its mouth.

That voice, actually penetrated with anger.

Outside the cave, the insect race was raging, inside the cave, Carlotta’s limbs were soft as she leaned in Blaze’s arms.

It wasn’t an illusion, she seed to have heard the "clacking" sound from the mouth of the fly insect tribe, but obviously from such a distance, she shouldn’t have heard it so clearly.

Carlotta imdiately realized that it was the ntal power she had left in the bee’s body that was working.

Did the other party really not notice her?

Carlotta took the opportunity to spread her spiritual power and enter the fly insect race’s spiritual sea.

There were also two different colors of ripples in the fly insect race’s spiritual sea, but a black mist filled the top of the ripples.

This mist was the sa as the ones in the bodies of those animals and also plants, it originally didn’t interfere with the spiritual sea, but it took over the fly’s spiritual sea when it trembled.

Carlotta didn’t remove the black mist in the first place as she continued to lurk.

Clank-

The sound of hard objects colliding with each other ca.

Blaze’s ears twitched slightly and reported to Carlotta in a low voice, "Lord Duke, the insect race outside seems to be fighting amongst themselves."

Indeed fighting.

Carlotta’s outwardly released spiritual power sensed the agitation of all the bug races around him.

Each one’s spiritual sea was like boiling water, originally blue and white, but the white color gradually expelled the blue color.

Moreover, with the sound of "clicking" and the black mist in the fly’s body, Carlotta saw the black mist rising from the bodies of the other bugs as well.

The white spiritual energy that ca from the fly’s body gradually spread to the bodies of the other bug races.

Could it be that the bug race’s spiritual energy was white, and the blue one was from the black hand behind the one she guessed was controlling the bug race?

Then now that the white spiritual energy had taken over, did it an that the Bug Race had broken free of its control?

Carlotta tried to "see" more clearly.

With her ntal power at full output, she suddenly seed to have a God’s perspective. A mass of spiritual sea was within her line of sight, and she could clearly see the dense network of white spiritual power.

However, this white network didn’t last long, and soon enough, blue spiritual energy rolled in and destroyed the network.

Under God’s perspective, dozens of spiritual seas suddenly dissipated together.

Only the flies and bees’ remained.

Carlotta whispered, "What happens when the spiritual seas disappear?"

Blaze heard Carlotta ask the question and answered honestly, "The disappearance of spiritual seas will lead to death, that’s what the book says."

Carlotta was reminded by Blaze and also thought of the official content about the spiritual sea in the imperial textbooks.

The concept of the spiritual sea was brought up by females, and the males’ spiritual energy could not be shared with others, which was the reason why males could only be marked by females.

After the female marks the male, the male dies in front of the female, the male’s spiritual sea disappears, and the female’s spiritual body returns to the female’s spiritual sea.

Females who do not mark males do not feel the dissipation of the unmarked male’s ntal sea. Their appeasent is just a walk around the other’s ntal sea, and it doesn’t an anything else.

But now, she could see what was going on with the unmarked bugs, and the unknown being who had dropped ntal energy in the ntal sea of the bees, could, too.

Carlotta stood up and wiped her body with a wrung-out towel.

She could "see" the ntal powers of the fly and the bee colliding with each other, the bee guarding the entrance to the cave, not wanting the fly to fly in.

There was a big difference in size between the two bugs, the flies were tall and thin, and the bees were short and fat.

During the battle the fly’s forelegs kept slashing at the bees, while the bees could only use their water powers to fight against the fly.

And, during the course of the confrontation, another blue ntal power, had been trying to reoccupy the fly’s ntal sea.

Blaze also heard the sounds of the insect race’s battle, and he turned into his lion form and stood in front of Carlotta, waiting for any danger that might co his way.

That is, until two Insectoids appeared in front of the bath.

The chubby bee was covered in wounds and oozed green body fluids.

The fly also had a large hole broken in its wing and one of its forelegs was broken, also oozing green blood.

The weird thing was, as soon as he could see Carlotta, the fly’s compound eyes were dead set on Carlotta.

Carlotta averted her eyes.

After the blue part was missing from the fly’s ntal sea, its eyes were like snakes in the gloom, making Carlotta feel as if her skin was being licked by a snake’s tongue.

Carlotta’s dodging made the clicking sound in the fly’s mouth even louder.

So the next attack on the fat bee found an opportunity with a false move and cut the bee’s head right off.

That blue ntal power couldn’t invade the fly’s brain and eventually had to retreat.

"Blaze, run inside the cave! "

Carlotta climbed onto Blaze’s back.

The fly’s wings were broken and couldn’t fly, so Blaze should be able to outrun the fly by running at full speed.

Sure enough.

Relying on the standing walking foot, the flies couldn’t catch up with Blaze at all. Blaze also released fireballs towards the back from ti to ti, making the fly’s hands busy.

While the cave was staging a chase between you and , the pink insect race with long mouthparts on the cave wall climbed up a crooked-necked tree on the mountain wall.

It spat out a mouthful of sli, corroding and destroying the black square box placed between the tree trunk and the mountain wall.

Carlotta and Blaze had already reached the innermost part of the cave.

Seeing the gap, Carlotta pointed at the stone next to the gap, "Blaze, attack the wall!!!"

The wall was empty inside.

Blaze’s level wasn’t enough, and his fire ability wasn’t powerful. But it was written in the textbook that an orc’s ability would increase in power due to the environnt.

Abyss was a lightning ability, and its power would double on a thunderstorm.

Similarly, Blaze’s fire ability could definitely beco stronger on a volcano, as long as it could bring Blaze into contact with the scorching magma at the head of the cave!

Carlotta’s order was obeyed by Blaze without blinking an eye.

With the stone heated by Blaze’s fireball, Carlotta had Blaze strike the stone wall directly. The heated stone was brittle and broke a large hole at once.

The hollow cliff wall was revealed, and the sizzling sensation hit his face.

Blaze hadn’t understood why Carlotta had told him to run this way just a mont ago, but now he felt the reaction between his alien energy and the magma in the cliff cave, and happily revealed a mouthful of white teeth.

He drove his alien energy, and the fireball that was only the size of a soccer ball just a mont ago now swelled five tis.

The fly that ca after him was about to dodge Blaze’s attack when his back was suddenly struck by purple lightning.

Crackling sounds rang out, before and after the alien energy, the fly’s entire body turned into ashes under the two forces.

Only the front foot that was used to attack people detached from the body, still twitching towards Carlotta, almost touching Carlotta’s foot.

Carlotta watched as the fly lost the light in its compound eyes and exhaled in relief.

She didn’t see the purple lightning behind the fly, and only looked down to complint Blaze, "Blaze, you’re really good!"

However, Blaze shook his head and said in a muffled voice, "Lord Duke, it was Lord Admiral who killed the insect race."

Admiral? Abyss?

Carlotta looked up.

In the dimly lit cave, the figure of Abyss had indeed appeared.

The black-haired snake-beast man looked like he hadn’t closed his eyes for the past few days, and the white parts of his eyes were frighteningly red.

When Carlotta looked at Abyss, Abyss was also looking at Carlotta.

After not seeing him for three days and two nights, he thought Carlotta would be haggard and might even shed tears when he confird his rescue, but Carlotta didn’t look haggard at all.

Her blue eyes were as bright and upward as before.

For so reason, Abyss was relieved instead.

He wasn’t good at comforting crying females, and Carlotta’s behavior saved him the trouble.

After the whole person relaxed, Abyss wanted to say sothing to break the silence in the cave, so he opened his mouth, "Our Duke-sama is quite impressive, it looks like he took a vacation under the kidnapping of the bugs, and he wasn’t hurt at all, right?"

Being sneered at by Abyss wasn’t a day or two ago, Carlotta didn’t expect Abyss to say sothing pleasant.

She was about to reply to Abyss’ words when she saw a white ch appear behind her.

It was Henry’s ch!

Carlotta’s eyes lit up and she shouted, "Henry!"

While saying that, she was about to get off of Blaze and approach Henry.

Henry scanned the cave environnt when he entered the cave. After determining that there was no other danger in the cave, he ca out of his ch.

Carlotta’s eyes flashed with heartache as she took a good look at Henry’s current appearance.

The gentle and handso Crown Prince’s eyes were now covered in blood, not to ntion his hair was in disarray.

"I’m sorry, I made you worry." Carlotta approached Henry, and as she spoke, she was already embraced tightly by Henry.

It was only after literally holding Carlotta in his arms that Henry felt that what was in front of him was real.

He had really found Carlotta, found Carlotta who was intact and uninjured.

"Carlotta ..." Henry shouted Carlotta’s na, "It’s my fault, you must have been so scared these past few days and I failed to protect you."
