After almost a day, sothing that made Jiang Yi very suspicious happened. He had encountered yet another group of god bandits. Furthermore, this group of god bandits had two Demon-Killing Battle God-equivalent formidable martial artists. The god bandits also numbered five hundred!

Xiao Leng and Zhang Hai were sitting cross-legged in Jiang Yi’s Chaos Essence Pearl. After so long, Xiao Leng’s injuries had—more or less—recovered, though he had not made a full recovery. Hearing Jiang Yi’s ssage, Xiao Leng’s eyes opened wide as he said, “Teleport out imdiately!”

Jiang Yi ignored him. Xiao Leng was a card up his sleeve; he should only be activated at a critical mont. Jiang Yi waited for those god bandits to co closer as he imdiately shouted, “Little Ferocious, now!”

Swish! Swish! Swish!

The ground in front of Jiang Yi suddenly erupted with yellow sand worms as they filled the skies and shot forward with frightening speed. They surrounded the few hundred god bandits and started their massacre.

“Ah? Yellow sand worms?”

“Run—”

The low-grade god bandits were imdiately thrown into disarray. However, the two god bandit commanders actually seem to know of Jiang Yi’s tactics and were not alard at all. Instead, they shot towards Jiang Yi like sharp swords as they were about to launch their attacks from afar.

One of the god bandit commanders shouted as streaks of lightning appeared around him and ford a lightning bolt shield. The yellow sand worms that were within this shield were all immobilized by it. This commander easily pierced through the three walls of yellow sand worms and approached Jiang Yi at a frightening speed.

The other god bandit commander seed to be slightly weaker and was trapped within one of the worm walls. With so many yellow sand worms around him, he would have long died if he did not have superior-grade divine artifact battle armor. However, even if he had—once he was trapped for more than thirty seconds, he would probably die as well.

Jiang Yi did not have the ti to think about the trapped god bandit commander. He watched as a murderous god bandit commander approached him as sothing clicked in him. This ti, it was definitely not a coincidence: soone was plotting to kill him. These two god bandit commanders had co for him.

The long saber in his hand sliced through the sky as a white line appeared in the spatial zone. That white streak furiously struck towards the god bandit.

The commander’s body instinctively shook as the lightning bolts around him quickly ford into a white thunder shield in front of him. This managed to block Xiao Leng’s attack as, at the sa ti, this commander’s other hand smacked down onto the ground.

A white light just like a white snake appeared from underground. Its speed was very fast and soon arrived beneath Jiang Yi. The white light easily pierced through the yellow sand worms and struck Jiang Yi.

“Ah! Ah! Ah!”

Jiang Yi’s entire body sizzled and black smoke appeared, just as if he had been struck by lightning. His body could not stop shaking as all the hairs on his head stood up straight. If it wasn’t for the yellow sand worms surrounding him that had weakened the lightning bolt, and he had used the Power of Heaven and Earth in ti, he would probably have been burned to a crisp.

Creak-creak!

Seeing Jiang Yi being attacked had enraged the Heaven-Swallowing Beast. It kept on releasing its sharp cries as it controlled groups after groups of yellow sand worms to attack that god bandit commander. In its eyes, the yellow sand worms were the lowest life forms; and their deaths ant nothing to it.

“Die!”

The little beast’s controlling was quite adept; not one yellow sand worm attacked Xiao Leng. Xiao Leng continued to attack the god bandit commander and prevented him from getting close to Jiang Yi and from fleeing at the sa ti. The god bandit commander had to parry Xiao Leng’s attacks on one hand and also had to guard against the yellow sand worms that were flying towards him from all directions; he was in dire straits.

“Ah...”

After Xiao Leng attacked a couple of tis, the god bandit commander finally could not resist anymore. A few holes had already appeared in the back of his battle armor, courtesy of the yellow sand worms. A few of them had entered his body and were starting to gnaw at his flesh. Xiao Leng’s murderous aura grew as he sensed that this god bandit commander was going to die here and now.

In the distance, the battle was almost over as well. Probably only a handful among the five hundred god bandits had escaped. The other god bandit commander was now covered by yellow sand worms and was rolling about on the ground, crying out nonstop. It was a matter of ti before he died.

Creak-creak!

Jiang Yi had just breathed out a sigh of relief as the little beast’s eyes suddenly grew cold as it cried out non-stop. A voice transmission rang in Jiang Yi’s ears: “Big Ferocious, the five n have co once again. They are approaching quickly.”

“Old Xiao, end this quickly.”

Jiang Yi’s heart sank. There was indeed sothing wrong with these five n. He had a very bad premonition. These five n were probably after him. In fact... the groups of god bandits could actually be connected to the five as well!
