"I'm the one talking with you because my identity is more appropriate. On one hand, I'm a colleague of your wife. On the other, I'm a senior special operative in the Bureau of Mystic Security—the official organization for Confederation practitioners—and I hold a fairly high position."

"We can help you complete this awakening. You'll beco a truly powerful practitioner, but you must join the Bureau of Mystic Security. Of course, we won't make you a special operative. You'll continue to live under your current identity, but when the Bureau needs you, you must comply with our orders."

"If you're unwilling, we can also forcibly suppress this awakening. However, everything I've told you is classified. We will seal your related mories, and this procedure requires your authorization."

Wu Yihuo gazed at him, a hint of eagerness in his eyes. "After joining the Bureau of Mystic Security, will I be like a secret agent, waiting for the nation's call to carry out dangerous missions?"

Chen Gu gave a wry smile. "Sothing like that." He knew the other party must have imdiately thought of nurous secret agent and superhero movies.

"I'm willing! Please, let awaken completely!" Wu Yihuo said imdiately.

Given the urgency, Chen Gu said no more. "Good. Take him to the generator."

Then he rembered Gao ngjiu ntioning that Bai Hongyue had been very willing to help on the film set, so he added, "I'll go with you."

Outside the generator, Chen Gu cautioned Wu Yihuo one last ti, "You need to think this through. Once you beco a practitioner, your life will change drastically..."

Wu Yihuo smiled. "Do you think I'm just pursuing novelty and excitent? No. I'm willing to beco a practitioner for two reasons. First, this incident has made crave the power to protect my three little treasures."

"Second... Bai Hongyue may not seem like much of a star in your eyes, but to , she's a gastar. My inco isn't low, but I always feel I'm not good enough for her. If I beco soone special, I think I'd be a better match for her."

Chen Gu nodded and smiled, relieved. "Go on. I believe you'll succeed."

After more than ten hours of agonizing suspense, the door to the safe house finally opened. Her husband walked towards her, smiling, with his arms outstretched.

Bai Hongyue rushed forward, and they embraced tightly.

Chen Gu stood outside the door, a genuine smile on his face.

It would probably take Bai Hongyue a long ti to understand why her husband had developed such a deep friendship with her colleague, Chen Gu, often eting up for drinks and als.

After ensuring Bai Hongyue's family was settled, Chen Gu returned to headquarters and received good news from the Internal Affairs team. "We've sifted through hundreds of thousands of hours of surveillance footage and finally found him!" they reported.

The identity was confird by "Hyena": it was Fu Qianping.

Chen Gu looked at the person in the holographic projection, who appeared polite and exuded the air of a humble gentleman.

"However, we still need to investigate his exact identity further."

Chen Gu nodded. The Digital Group's conspiracy had been thoroughly thwarted this ti, but the Bureau of Mystic Security still hadn't managed to catch their trail.

The plan to use the movie as a trap, to lure the snake out of its hole, had ultimately only uncovered an unidentified "Fu Qianping." Chen Gu was extrely unwilling to let it go at that.

This Best Actor has invested so much, and it's all for nothing? Not a chance!

Chen Gu locked himself in his office at the Bureau of Mystic Security. He gathered all the case materials and switched to Isabella Wu's mories. Using the Brain Domain Hacker's powerful cognitive processing abilities, he was determined to find more useful clues from the entire incident.

At 3:20 AM, he suddenly burst out of his office and headed straight for the Imasurable Stadium.

His car screeched to a halt outside the stadium. The Bureau of Mystic Security still controlled the area, and a large number of "witnesses" were isolated in different zones. The screening process had stopped at 1:00 AM to allow everyone to rest.

It would resu at 6:00 AM the next morning.

Chen Gu rushed to the Battle Fire Club's isolated area, yanked Mao Yisheng from his bed, and blurted out, "When Kostia ca today, did he have a tal briefcase with him?"

Still groggy, Mao Yisheng mumbled, but Chen Gu was too impatient to wait. He grabbed him and splashed water on his face from the tap.

With a startled yell, Mao Yisheng was fully awake. Chen Gu asked again. Mao Yisheng, looking aggrieved, thought carefully and said, "He did have one. That thing didn't look high-end at all; it didn't match his status as a star athlete, so it left a strong impression on us..."

Before Mao Yisheng could finish, Chen Gu had already dashed out.

He searched the entire Imasurable Stadium and finally found the briefcase in the Octoped Specter's pre-match cage.

He quickly took the item back to the Bureau of Mystic Security and handed it to the Internal Affairs team. "Find out imdiately where this briefcase ca from!"

A little over ten minutes later, the Internal Affairs team reported, "The case has no markings. You can buy these kinds of sealed safe boxes in any decent-sized supermarket."

"However, there are two empty syringes inside with markings from the 'Gospel Pharmaceutical Company'..."
