“Dr. Xie, I haven’t left my phone number with you yet.”
The smile on Xie Fei’s face had already disappeared, and he said solemnly, “There’s no need to leave your number. I’m sorry, but we can’t treat your legs.”

Just then, the secretary walked in.
“Miss Li Xia, please leave for now.”
Li Xia swallowed her anger as the maid pushed her wheelchair toward the exit.
Once outside, she asked, “Does Dr. Xie know Nan Qiao?”
The secretary gave her a professional smile: “We don’t know anything about the boss’s personal matters.”
“Does Nan Qiao co here often?”
“No comnt.” The secretary maintained her professional smile.
Li Xia fud with rage, unable to extract any useful information.
She didn’t leave. The secretary called security to escort Li Xia out.

After Li Xia left, Nan Qiao entered and sat down.
Xie Fei imdiately poured water and brought fruit.
“Boss, thank goodness you’re here. If you hadn’t co, I might’ve done sothing stupid.” He nearly ended up helping Nan Qiao’s nesis.
“Ignorance isn’t a cri. It’s not your fault, so don’t worry.” Nan Qiao sipped her warm water.
“If she tries to co again, don’t entertain her.” Nan Qiao said.
“Don’t worry, Boss. We certainly won’t entertain her. Even if we could heal her legs, I wouldn’t treat her.”
“I ca here to see how your collaboration with Ms. Chen Xinwan is progressing.”
“Boss, the collaboration is going wonderfully. Ms. Chen is very straightforward, and working with her has been smooth. It’s a win-win, and we’re all happy about it. But Ms. Chen did ask why we’re working with her.”
Nan Qiao’s red lips curved slightly: “What did you say to her?”

“That’s your decision, not mine. I’m still alive, and this family is not yours to control. If you’re so intent on accepting him, then sever ties with and leave with them.”
Old Lu had already decided in his mind. Lu Chen and Lu Wang were competent and the rightful heirs of the Lu family.
As for Lu Zhengyang and Lu Tianlei, he could cast them out altogether!
Old Lu suspected that his current predicant was likely caused by one of those three, so he wanted all of them gone.
