Chapter 222: the Primordial Lust, and the Headmaster's Body asurents (2)

But Shia held a trump card: a tool capable of devouring divine artifacts.

The 'Ring of Charm', a creation of primordial origins, was already working silently. As they spoke, the Song of Lust and Sin was being consud, severing her connection to its power.

In monts, the artifact would no longer belong to her but to Shia.

The veiled goddess initially didn’t understand Shia’s cryptic words.

It wasn’t until she attempted to connect with the artifact, intending to teach the insolent boy a lesson, that she realized sothing was amiss.

Her ssages vanished into the void, eliciting no response.

Her expression shifted, a rare crack in her confidence.

Shia stepped forward, reclaiming dominance. He wrapped an arm around her slender waist, his grip firm as he reversed their positions.

Now, it was she who lay beneath him, her eyes filled with shock and disbelief.

Shia remained calm, as if this scenario had played out countless tis in his mind.

In this space, he was now the ruler. Defeating a legend was rely a matter of will.

The surroundings twisted and transford. The plush, inviting realm of thick carpets and soft light gave way to a cold, narrow prison.

The goddess found herself bound, her limbs entwined in the very veils she once commanded. Suspended mid-air, she was utterly restrained.

Shia approached her, tilting her chin upward with a finger.

"Tell , do you still rember who you really are?"

Her fox-like eyes burned with defiance.

She was a goddess, proud and indomitable. Submission to a mortal was unthinkable.

The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

"Adventurer, you are quite bold, aren’t you?"

"I asked you a question, renegade god!" Shia’s voice grew stern, his gaze piercing.

This so-called goddess was nothing more than a fragnted soul, cut off from her true form long ago. Her real body had been sealed away, a fact Shia had learned through countless playthroughs of the ga.

When Shia called out her true identity, her expression twisted.

Her defiance morphed into sothing darker—a mix of madness and desperation.

Though restrained, she began to thrash wildly, shouting with a manic fervor.

"I am Lust, one of the Primordial Seven!"

"What foolish mortal dares question my divinity?"

"I am Lust!"

She repeated the declaration over and over, her voice losing its edge as her gaze dimd.

Her mind began to unravel, retreating into a self-imposed prison of denial.

Shia frowned. This state made proper communication impossible.

With a sigh, he decided to leave her bound for the ti being.

---

Exiting the domain of the Song of Lust and Sin, Shia rubbed his temples, the strain evident on his face.

Elsewhere, Diana was dealing with her own headache.

The voluptuous headmistress sat primly on her sofa, her uniform ticulously arranged save for a few undone buttons at her chest. The slight opening revealed a deep, tantalizing valley that hinted at her fiery allure.

Despite her composed deanor, an air of sensuality perated her every movent.

Diana was reviewing the events of the recent expedition. The ergence of the Goblin Emperor, a once-in-a-millennium occurrence, should have triggered widespread chaos.

Yet it was already dealt with—eliminated entirely.

Still, this wasn’t what concerned Diana most.

Her focus was on Shia.

In the crystal mirror before her, scenes from the recorded expedition played.

The intricate labyrinth of the goblin den, littered with goblin corpses, ca into view. Most striking were the towering piles of bones in the underground chambers.

Each goblin had been slain with a single, precise strike.

The senior students accompanying the expedition reported that this massacre was Shia’s work alone.

One boy, holding off an army.

He had provided a sanctuary for the others, slaughtering the goblins until even their kindred trembled in fear.

And then, he pursued and slew the fleeing Goblin Emperor.

But how had he achieved such a feat?

Rumor had it that he donned armor during the battle. Yet when he returned, he was dressed as he had been before, unscathed.

How?

Others might not know Shia’s lack of innate talent, but Diana had been observing him since he broke records in earlier trials.

At the ti, he had manipulated dungeon chanics to succeed. But this ti?

She leaned back, her body relaxing slightly against the sofa.

'A truly mysterious boy.'

Her thoughts were interrupted by a knock at the door.

"Co in," she called.

The door opened to reveal Shia standing in the doorway.

"You wanted to see , Headmistress?"

Diana’s warm smile greeted him as she beckoned him inside.

"There’s no need to be so formal. Co in, sit."

As Shia approached, she patted the seat beside her.

"Here, sit next to ."

She rested one hand against the sofa’s back, her head propped lightly on her wrist. Her smile was inviting, but Shia felt a vague sense of unease.

Opting to sit at a slight distance, he kept his guard up.

Diana’s brows furrowed.

"Why so far away? That’s no way to hold a proper conversation."

She patted the seat beside her again, urging him closer.

Shia’s eyes flicked to the door. He had deliberately left it ajar when he entered, but now it was shut tight.

A chill ran down his spine, tension coiling in his body.

"That won’t be necessary. I think this is fine," Shia said, subtly edging further away.

But Diana moved swiftly, closing the gap between them. She seated herself directly beside him, her presence overwhelming.

"Why so nervous? I’m not going to eat you," she teased, her tone playful yet laced with mystery.

"This eting is to conduct a physical examination," she continued.

"I heard about your bravery in the goblin den. But exposure to so much filth could be dangerous."

"You’re a promising student, soone I’ve taken a personal interest in. For the academy’s future, I need to ensure your health with a thorough inspection.”
