Caden Hawthorne’s sudden words made Vivian Lynch slightly startled, and she couldn’t help but turn to look at him.

She was only twenty years old and had never thought about getting married and having children so early.

In fact, Vivian knew their marriage was just for show, and having a wedding didn’t really matter.

"Okay." Vivian thought for a mont and nodded slightly.

Then, Caden called Simon Hughes, "Butler Hughes, start recruiting a female housekeeper tomorrow. Miss Lynch is pregnant, so it’ll be more convenient to take care of her."

"Understood, Young Master." Simon looked at Vivian and nodded, smiling.

Who’d have thought, after being single for 28 years, the Young Master suddenly beca a father.

He even thought their Young Master would stay a bachelor for life, much to Old Master Hawthorne’s concern about his marriage prospects.

"You can stay at my house with peace of mind. If you need anything, just tell Butler Hughes anyti," Caden instructed Vivian after making arrangents.

"Okay." Vivian nodded obediently.

The next second, Caden turned and left.

"Young Mistress, I’ll arrange for two maids to take care of your daily needs," Simon said.

Hearing Simon’s words, Vivian hurriedly said, "Uh, Butler Hughes, there’s no need for so much trouble. I can take care of myself."

"That won’t do. Young Mistress, you’re carrying the future young master of the Hawthorne Family. Whether it’s food, clothing, or daily necessities, everything needs to be ticulously attended to, and you’ll need bodyguards and maids at your service at all tis."

With that, Simon happily went to make the arrangents, leaving Vivian alone in the room.

Vivian looked around the spacious room, feeling like she was dreaming. She had slept with the prince of The Aethelgard Circle, Caden Hawthorne, and was now carrying his child. Would anyone believe it if she told them?

At this ti, Vivian’s phone rang. Seeing it was her best friend Stella Fletcher calling, she couldn’t help but answer.

"Vivian, where have you been these days? I haven’t seen you at my house. You wouldn’t have gone to settle scores with your wicked stepmother, would you?"

On the phone, Stella sounded very concerned about Vivian’s current situation.

"No, I’m at the Hawthorne Family’s house."

"What?" Upon hearing this, Stella was shocked on the phone, "The Hawthorne Family? Which Hawthorne Family? The top family in The Aethelgard Circle?"

"Yes, I forgot to tell you, the man from that night is Caden Hawthorne..."

"Oh my god! That’s unbelievable. Vivian, you’ve hit the jackpot, casually sleeping with the prince of The Aethelgard Circle."

Vivian looked grateful, "Stella, thank you for everything these past days. I might have to stay at the Hawthorne Family’s for so ti now."

"Caden Hawthorne wants to take responsibility and agreed to let you keep the child?"

"Sort of," Vivian replied, recalling her conversation at the hospital a few days ago. It was clear that Caden didn’t like her.

He was willing to take responsibility and marry her, all because of the child she was carrying.

"Vivian, doesn’t that an you’ll be Mrs. Hawthorne in the future?" Stella was ecstatic on the phone, "Girl, you’re amazing! From a slum girl to being envied by everyone as Mrs. Hawthorne in one leap."

It sounded like pure luck, but Vivian knew their relationship was just because of the baby.

The next day.

Vivian was woken up by the maid, saying that today was the important day to register her marriage with Caden, and she had to get ready early.

So Vivian was forcibly pulled up, and then she tried on various beautiful outfits.

"These are the clothes prepared by the Young Master and Old Master for Miss Lynch. Which one does Miss Lynch like?"

The maid pushed rows of clothes in, and Vivian was dazzled, casually picking a white dress, "This one!"

She loved white, simple and elegant, like the pure white jasmine flower.

After changing into the dress, the maid started working on her face, doing light makeup so she’d look brighter in the ID photo later.

At this mont, Caden and Old Master Hawthorne were waiting in the downstairs living room for Vivian to co for breakfast.

"Old Master, Young Master, the Young Mistress has arrived," Simon reminded quickly, seeing Vivian co down.

Old Master Hawthorne imdiately put down his newspaper and waved to Vivian, "Vivian, co and have breakfast."

Vivian nodded obediently and walked over. Just as she was about to sit opposite Caden, Old Master Hawthorne said, "Vivian, sit next to Caden."

Resignedly, Vivian had to walk over and sit beside Caden.

"Grandpa doesn’t know what you like to eat, so the kitchen prepared a little of everything," Old Master Hawthorne pointed to the food in front of her, "See if there’s anything you like."

"Thank you, Grandpa." Vivian nodded slightly and picked up the knife and fork on the table, ready to enjoy breakfast.

Suddenly, a wave of nausea hit her throat, and she quickly covered her mouth and ran to the bathroom.

"Caden, quick, go check on Vivian." Old Master Hawthorne imdiately signaled to Caden with his eyes.

Caden reluctantly put down his knife and fork and walked to the bathroom.

He saw Vivian leaning over the sink, throwing up, and her face gradually turning pale.

"Is her morning sickness so severe?"

Caden stood at the door watching for a while. Seeing Vivian done, he handed over a clean handkerchief.

Vivian was stunned, eting Caden’s eyes. Was he actually concerned about her?

For a mont, Vivian reached out and took it, "Thank you."

"If you’re not feeling well, we won’t register today. I’ll take you to the hospital." Caden suggested.

Vivian politely declined, "No need, the doctor said it’s normal to have symptoms during pregnancy. It’ll be fine after a bit of rest."

Caden said nothing more, and the two returned to the table one after the other.

"Vivian, you look too thin. You should eat more. If there’s anything you want to eat, tell Grandpa, and I’ll have the kitchen make it for you."

Faced with Old Master Hawthorne’s concern, Vivian smiled gently, "Grandpa, I’m not a picky eater."

Registry Office.

"You’re here so early!" The staff greeted with a smile when they saw Caden and Vivian were the first couple to register.

Caden looked indifferent as he took out his household registry, along with their pre-taken photo, urging, "Please hurry."

The staff looked puzzled. Aren’t they here to register for marriage? Why does the man have such a stern face, almost unwilling?

Vivian hesitantly took out her household registry, handing it to the staff.

After a series of procedures, the staff handed them two red booklets.

"Congratulations, from today on, you’re legally married."

"Thank you." Vivian reached out and took it, then timorously thanked them.
