"My... god?" The mont he heard that na, Jeff was completely stunned!

Of course, he didn't recognize the na Baphot, but there wasn't a single Arican who wouldn't recognize the na Michael!

Because this na belonged to the most important angel in the Bible, the protagonist of myths and legends that everyone had heard of!

He was the guardian in Exodus, the rciless angel who annihilated the army invading Jerusalem, the true hero who fought against Satan, the executor of the final judgnt, and the leader of the angels of death!

He was the ssenger of God, a terrifying existence capable of traversing Hell alone, the true archangel who was invincible the mont he appeared!

Most crucially, the white Aricans, predominantly of Anglo-Saxon descent, clearly knew that England's flag and its guardian angel was Michael!

This na was almost engraved in everyone's heart, and in that instant, he dropped to his knees with utmost piety!

Joining him in kneeling were the prison guards, staff, and prisoners!

After all, the mont this figure appeared, he radiated an infinite aura and possessed a pair of holy white wings. Combined with his almost reflexive scolding words towards the demon, many people believed this identity.

Furthermore, they all knew that with an archangel present, they probably wouldn't be sacrificed anymore.

No matter what, they had survived.

This was the most critical point—death had receded, and heaven had descended!

Jeff felt his heart pounding wildly. There shouldn't be a more important mont in his life than today!

He had seen a demon, and now he witnessed the descent of an angel. His previously half-believing, half-doubting attitude towards faith was completely rewritten in this situation. He was already a devout believer.

Baphot only felt a surge of fury, glaring intensely at this man. "When did you arrive?"

"I ca right after you used your follower's self-sacrifice!" Michael said with contempt. "Baphot, you're still so impatient for success. Even if it ans breaking the covenant, you just had to co take a look at the mortal world!"

"Damn it!" Baphot felt nothing but rage. If the other party had been here that early, didn't that make everything he did just a clown show?

This angel had been watching him the entire ti and decisively intervened at the final mont when he was guiding the knight's fall, allowing him to complete a spiritual baptism!

This was all just too... biblical, making the demon feel nothing but endless hatred!

"I should even thank you for actually finding such a 'Saint' in this prison!" Michael raised his hand and said slowly. These words were no different from slapping Baphot across the face once again!

It's a good thing he didn't have a face, otherwise it would have been swollen from the slapping by now.

A human bait originally intended to manipulate Leon the knight and continue inducing his fall had actually beco a vessel capable of bearing an 'angel'. Wasn't this another form of mockery?

Moreover, the term "Saint" could never be used casually. It was the exclusive vocabulary of the Church, implying certain special rituals or even the restarting of the Church organization!

Hearing these words, the demon's expression instantly beca unsettled, shifting between gloom and uncertainty. It seed this face really couldn't be kept anymore.

"Alright, I've said enough to you. It's ti for to destroy this place!" Baphot suddenly changed his tone, saying with a smile, "You didn't really think I was having a nice chat with you, did you?"

He walked back to that towering throne. The earlier fury, resentnt, and displeasure had already vanished from his face as if they had never appeared.

"Your arrival did surprise , Michael! But so what? This island has already been locked. Destruction has begun. And with you unable to project sufficient power, unless you choose to drain the life force of two Saints' bodies, you cannot stop the destruction of this island either!"

A triumphant expression reappeared on his face. Being able to outmaneuver the Archangel Michael made him feel extrely pleased!

Hearing this, Michael's white eyes swept over everything before him, and he said decisively, "Baphot, I will capture your soul and send you to the Seventh Heaven, turning you into pavent that can only be trampled upon forever!"

"Michael, don't think just because you won the war in Hell, I will fear you!" Hearing this, Baphot clearly reacted defensively, shouting loudly.

Although he said this, even the most idiotic prisoners in the prison could hear the bluster and underlying weakness in his words.

Sure enough, the next second, in front of everyone, he tore open a red spatial rift and stepped into it. "You won't get the chance!"

The rift contracted the next second, and the demon's figure disappeared.

However, the destruction had already begun!

The enormous demonic throne slowly rose up, violently unfurled before their eyes, and then, like a volcanic eruption, spewed forth scorching magma!

And in almost one second, it had already surged over ten ters!

In a very short ti, this magma devoured the prison's only exit, including the breach in the nearby wall, which was also swallowed up quickly.

Now, it was advancing towards the depths of the prison!

The guards and prisoners who had been watching this scene were now completely panicked!

Staring at the surging magma, they could only run deeper into the prison.

At this mont, there was no distinction between guards and prisoners. The cells located in the deepest part of the prison had instead beco their only place of escape!

But three people did not leave.

Leon and Michael did not leave. They stood in the square, quietly waiting for the magma's arrival.

For them, this level of heat couldn't kill them.

As for the third person, of course, it was Jeff on the rooftop. He was upstairs, had no ti to go down, and moreover, he hadn't planned to go down. The scorching magma reached the base of the building at a rapid pace, swallowing the ground floor of this structure closest to the prison entrance, also severing Jeff's intention to leave this place.

He could only watch helplessly as the two figures below leaped and arrived before him in a single bound.

Looking at the man dressed in standard skydiving gear before him, Leon seed very surprised. "Brother, where did you co from?"

Looking at Leon and the "Michael" beside him, Jeff appeared very excited and imdiately said, "Sir Knight, Your Grace the revered Archangel, I am a strear, here for a live-stread adventure... I, I never expected to encounter sothing like this!"

Hearing this, Leon nodded slightly. "Then you should leave quickly. This place is very dangerous!"

He saw the helicopter flying in from the sky. That should be Jeff's aircraft.

Jeff hurriedly said, "I can help rescue people! My helicopter can carry quite a few! I can call my helicopter over!"

He looked at Michael expectantly. "I can call many helicopters to rescue people. That way, we can thwart that demon's plan, right?"

Jeff had already decided long ago that he would cling tightly to the angels' coattails, just like Noah in the story of Noah's Ark.

If he could just gain the favor of a single angel, his entire life would be set!

Hearing this, Michael looked with interest at this young man who had been observing from above and slightly shook his head. "To offer help, one must seek no reward! What is given, one must not contend for;

what is not given, one must not seek!"

The people of this world still placed too much emphasis on the exchange of benefits. But in the eyes of true "holiness," their so-called benefits could hardly be counted as benefits!

Michael looked towards Leon. "Young knight, co to !"

Leon hurriedly stepped forward. He could feel the power on the other, completely homologous with his own—the true power belonging to the Seventh Heaven, a might infinitely greater than the Stigma upon his body!

"What do you wish to do?" Leon said. "If my life can allow the people here to survive, please take it without hesitation!"

These words were the greatest response to Jeff. Jeff was a seeker of gain, while Leon was the true giver!

"Just as Baphot said, due to the world's barriers and the covenant, I cannot project sufficient power. Therefore, to save these people, your power is needed!" Michael said to Leon. "Use your heart to comprehend, use your piety to summon, call upon the Lord's descent!"

"The magma of death will swallow the entire city. The price of leaving this place is the complete destruction of the city!"

"When Sacred Hymns, Sacred Lant, and Sacred lody gather, they will summon the descent of the Saint!"

"This will also be your only chance!"

Hearing this, Leon nodded heavily. "We will strive, Your Grace! Then what will you do now..."

Michael gave a contemptuous smile. "Baphot still doesn't understand well enough, daring to say things like I can't catch him—"

"It seems, after all these years, they think my sword has grown dull!"

He waved his hand, tearing open a scorching space, allowing the two to vaguely glimpse a panicked, gigantic figure inside and hear its horrified cry: "Michael, you dare..."

Michael, holding his sword, stepped into it, swinging out a sword radiance that seed capable of tearing apart heaven and earth. Then the rift closed, and the sound faded.

But the image of this archangel had already been engraved with a symbol in their hearts!
