The venue for this sacrifice was located outside Ciudad Juárez.
Yes, after so consideration, Carl still chose to conduct the sacrifice outside the city rather than completely destroying the already crumbling tropolis.
With the full assistance of various multinational corporations, they constructed a massive temporary structure outside the city. Countless assembled modules transford the area into an arena resembling the Colosseum of Ro. In the center of this venue stood a giant Pyramid built from a tal frawork.
These people worked very quickly, and their efficiency skyrocketed especially after Carl offered them a sliver of hope for Transcendence.
Other cults and religions demanded Faith and loyalty, perhaps even a selection process, but the Mayan Pantheon did not seem to need any of that!
Did this an that as long as they maintained a good relationship with them, they could obtain so Transcendent power? These wealthy Old Geezers did not even care about gaining imnse power; just the simple prospect of restoring their health was enough to drive them completely mad.
And this kind of ability was not even difficult for Evan to grant, because they were fundantally not Transcendent Beings, but Divine Favored.
The definition of the Divine Favored was simply those upon whom Deities focused their attention. Whatever they wished to accomplish could usually be done by holding a sacrifice. They did not know this was an application of Wish Power; they believed it to be God Power.
'I suppose that is not entirely wrong, is it?'
Therefore, these people exerted two hundred percent of their motivation, constructing this incredibly massive structure outside the city.
The seating capacity could accommodate all the invited guests in the city, and still have enough room for tens of thousands of regular citizens to sit and beco spectators.
Now, the entire venue was packed to the brim.
anwhile, in the center of the arena, two people were nervously adjusting their equipnt!
"Wow, this cara... I heard it costs over five million, right? And I actually have the honor of touching it? I can die without regrets!" the Assistant exclaid with an exaggerated expression.
Jeff shrugged. "Then you can go die right now, because this machine does not cost five million. It costs ten million!"
After their banter, the Assistant turned on the cara and connected to the Livestream Room. "It is all set. Say hello to the whole world, Jeff!"
The two of them were the only officially recognized livestrears, so their stream had been set up well in advance, and tens of millions of viewers were already waiting.
The mont Jeff appeared, the Bullet Comnts rushed past like a waterfall: "Why is the host a White Person for an Indigenous Aricans' livestream?"
"I do not know, maybe his Bloodline purity is too low?"
"Hurry up and show us the sacrifice! We want to see the Drug Traffickers executed!"
"Can this bald White Person get his huge face out of the way? We do not want to look at you..."
Such remarks flooded the screen, but they did not cause Jeff to panic in the slightest. Instead, he calmly blocked those ssages and declared, "I am honored to have received an invitation from the Apache Tribe to be the Livestrear for this grand sacrifice!"
"Today, I will lead everyone to witness this sacrifice belonging to the Maya, which is also a trial for the Drug Traffickers!"
He raised his hand behind him, and the cara panned backward, revealing the massive Pyramid embedded with nurous naplates. "These are the badges of narcotics officers that Chief Carl obtained from the xico City Police Departnt!"
"There are 2,876 badges here, aning that 2,876 heroic police officers died in the battle against Drug Traffickers, and this is rely the Police force from a single region..."
Although Jeff was a Livestrear, he was also a compassionate human being with real emotions. Otherwise, he would not have taken the ti to bury the children at that indigenous school.
He possessed the most fundantal of Universal Values, sothing shared by common people across all lands, and that was pure goodness.
Across all human lands, people free from the anxieties of survival are fundantally kind; it is human nature. Because of this, the trial against these Drug Traffickers attracted an imnse amount of attention. In the Universal Values of the entire world, drug trafficking was a heinous and unforgivable sin.
"This land used to be covered in Dark Clouds, but now, the Sun has risen again!" Jeff, being a major Livestrear, truly knew how to captivate his audience. He shouted, "Here, all Drug Traffickers will be eradicated! There will be no forgiveness, no rcy!"
Following his powerful words, the cara angle pitched upward, focusing on a dozen or so Drug Traffickers tied to stone pillars. These n were notorious in this region and held an infamous reputation worldwide.
Standing before each of them was a bare-chested Transcendent Warrior, gripping a special Obsidian Dagger. It was imdiately clear that what was about to happen would be grueso.
In the next second, Carl, standing high upon the platform, swung his hand down sharply. Under everyone's astonished gazes, these divine Warriors plunged their Obsidian Daggers directly into the chests of the captives and yanked downward with brutal force!
Blood splattered across the area. These internationally infamous drug lords did not even have the ti to utter their last words before turning into Corpses.
This live-broadcasted Death shocked countless viewers. Naturally, it also caused the bodies of the remaining Drug Traffickers across the land to violently tremble in fear.
They could even feel a phantom pain, as if the people bound on the stage were not their peers, but themselves.
This was no re illusion; it was a reality that was highly likely to happen to them soday. After all, these people had completely wiped out the most arrogant figures in The North. Would the cartels in The South rely be considered collateral damage by them?
Many were left in a state of panic, many felt deep Fear in their hearts, while others gritted their teeth as if making a firm resolution!
But on a global scale, all that the world could see was the unwavering resolve of Carl and these people from the Tribe—a resolve firr than that of most nations!
The drug lords' hearts were ripped out, still weakly beating in the hands of the executioners. The Warriors then carefully placed them atop the stone pillars surrounding the bodies.
Only then did Carl, accompanied by the three individuals beside him, ascend the high platform.
Surrounded by a ring of pulsating hearts, they slowly stepped onto the stage, each holding a very specific and special artifact.
Carl carried a mirror that seed to be shrouded in endless mist. This was the Smoking Mirror, representing the creator of the First Sunstone Era: Tezcatlipoca, the God of Destruction.
Jaron held a distinctive Feathered Staff that resembled a peculiar snake. This was the Quetzalcoatl Staff, representing the creator of the Second Sunstone Era: Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent God.
Alex simply held a Two-Headed Snake in his hands, displaying Atlas to the entire world. This represented the creator of the Third Sunstone Era: the Rain God Tlaloc.
Lastly, Evan brought up the rear, clutching a special Corn Ear. This represented the hope for the race's rebirth and perfectly aligned with the creator of the Fourth Sunstone Era: Chalchiuhtlicue, the Guardian Goddess of Water.
Under the eyes of the whole world, the four Transcendent Beings placed the four artifacts onto the pillars representing the four creator Gods. Then, they slowly knelt. Carl grasped a Shinbone freshly extracted from one of the drug lords and rhythmically struck the tal Surface, slowly chanting an ancient Prayer in an even more archaic language:
"Self-Devouring God! Take this rotting flesh as the blood food for your rebirth—
"The bodies of these Drug Traffickers shall transform into the vessel of your return!
"Their Fear shall beco your immortal visage!
"When you rise from the molten magma,
"The trajectories of the heavens shall connect once more,
"And the poisonous veins shall be severed forever in the dawn of the Fifth Era!"
Everyone who heard these words simply assud it was a standard sacrificial chant, much like the Christian Prayers currently spreading across the globe.
But within this region, many sensed that sothing was different. Various tremors slowly manifested around them, and amidst the shaking, four pillars of smoke and dust steadily erupted from the Pyramid before them.
Imdiately after, under the watchful eyes of all, these four columns of dust coalesced into four colossal phantoms, circling and solidifying in the sky!
At the scene, anyone possessing the Bloodline of the Original Inhabitants slowly sank to their knees in that mont, offering their Prayers to the four Deities in the sky!
But right at this very mont, a massive commotion suddenly erupted within the crowd!
From within the initially devout group of citizens, a band of Ard Militants suddenly rushed out. Wielding Guns, they aid at the Pyramid ahead, preparing to open fire!
Just before they pulled their triggers, they roared at the top of their lungs, "Damned heathen Gods! This is The Lord's domain! You have crossed the line!"
