Whale Emperor Fang City.

Li Quanqing arrived at this still sowhat familiar Spirit Island, stepping into the workshop, the first sight that caught his eye was his family’s very own Felicity Mansion.

Two glass skyscrapers stood towering there, conspicuously prominent even in daylight, majestically lofty.

"Ah, there are already imitators, it seems the business is doing well."

Li Quanqing surveyed the surroundings and found three or four high-rise cave mansions under construction, clearly copying his design.

After all, the difficulty of construction was not high for cultivators, it’s just a matter of not having thought of the idea.

"Boss!"

Li Quanfu stood at the entrance of the workshop, greeting him with a smile, his deanor becoming more mature.

By his side, there stood a young woman with a gentle deanor like water, estimated to be at the Qi Refining Fourth Level, with curved eyebrows and a very delicate appearance.

"Who is this immortal lady..."

Li Quanqing arched his eyebrows slightly, his mind filled with speculations.

"Cousin, let introduce you, this lady is Miss Bingwan from the Shen Family of Tianfu, specially introduced by Immortal Shen Bingxin."

As he spoke, Li Quanfu’s face couldn’t help but reveal a shy smile.

He was still a young man in his twenties, and though he had beco the manager and seen much of the world, he was still too innocent when it ca to emotions.

"Greetings to Miss Bingwan."

"The young lady pays respects to the cousin."

Shen Bingwan perford a gentle and reserved curtsy, seemingly poised, tender but not timid.

Besides the two of them, there were several other clerks, all of them Li family mbers brought in to assist.

On the way, Li Quanqing pulled him aside, lowering his voice: "Quanfu, you’re only at the Qi Refining Fifth Level and still young, why the rush to find a partner?"

This was a common view among cultivators, generally speaking, only when one was over fifty or sixty years old and without hope of reaching Foundation Establishnt would they begin to consider having offspring.

"Cousin, my talents are limited, and even with a great amount of resources, reaching the Qi Refining Seventh Level would be the limit in this lifeti."

Li Quanfu spoke calmly, as if he had long co to terms with it: "Moreover, next year will be Grandfather’s hundredth birthday, and he has long wanted to hold his own grandson."

"Oh? Next year will be the old man’s centenary birthday? When is the birthday banquet going to be held?"

Li Quanqing was sowhat surprised.

During his previous returns to the Green Jade Islands, he had visited Mr. Kunshui several tis, who was still vigorous and showed no signs of senility.

With Li Quanzhu helping out in several fish ponds, life had been much easier; smiling, smoking, enjoying tea - his days were comfortable and pleasant.

Li Quanfu ntioned a specific ti, which would be several months after Li Kunli’s Foundation Establishnt Ceremony.

"I will surely attend then."

Li Quanqing noted in his mind, already contemplating what kind of congratulatory gift would be nice.

Everyone continued along the Workshop road and finally reached Felicity Mansion, a pri scenic location.

Nearly all the shops on the two bustling streets were rented out, with all sorts of Loose Cultivators coming and going, a scene of prosperity.

Li Quanqing was very pleased with the view.

Among the Loose Cultivators were many talented individuals, drawing talismans, alchemy, making puppets and clothes, selling traded Demon Beasts, arranging formations, and selling rice.

They saw the potential in the large number of Low-Rank Loose Cultivators residing in Felicity Mansion, seized the opportunity to rent shops, and attracted business, creating a thriving business ecosystem.

Even if others completed their new high-rises, with these two comrcial streets, having so many diverse shops available,

there was no lack of Loose Cultivators to rent out rooms.

"Has there been any trouble in the past half-year?"

Li Quanqing asked, watching Li Quanfu and several shop owners greeting each other, barely having a chance to catch their breath.

"Mr. Kunshui, there’s nothing major. Just that a few Loose Cultivators at the late stage of Qi Refinent ca to protest, claiming that our building was too tall and unpleasant to look at, but I managed to send them away."

Li Quanqing nodded, looking at the most luxurious store that occupied the largest space on the street—it was their own Quanqing Pavilion, selling various Talismans and Magic Artifacts.

It was one of the best businesses; many Cultivators passing by wore a Jade Token at their waist, with fish-dragon patterns on the front and the word ’happiness’ along with the floor and room number on the back.

This was sothing he had specifically requested to foster a sense of community amongst the residents, and unexpectedly, it turned out to be quite popular.

So Loose Cultivators holding Jade Tokens would go out to hunt Demon Beasts and train, often helping and supporting each other when eting neighbors from the sa building.

For a while, these Cave Mansion Jade Tokens beca quite fashionable within the Whale Emperor Fang.

After all, Cultivation isn’t all about fighting and killing; more often, it involves human sentints and worldly wisdom.

They arrived between two tall buildings, where several villa-style Cave Mansions had also been constructed, originally planned to be rented to mid to late-stage Qi Refinent Cultivators.

But they found the Happy Dwellings too noisy and not serene enough, and the status too low, so in the end, these buildings were occupied by mbers of the Li Family like Li Quanfu.

It was, so to speak, a kind of "property managent office" area.

Walking inside, Li Quanfu dismissed the attendants and took out a Storage Bag: "Sir, this is the rent and profit from the past half year, please have a look."

Li Quanqing opened the bag and counted, imdiately noticing four thousand low-grade spirit stones, surprised, "So many?"

Li Quanfu took out the account book and started reporting one by one.

Including the rent from over a thousand single Cave Mansions, two main streets’ shops, and the profits from Quanqing Pavilion, among others.

Thanks to six months ago, when the Shuihua Sword Sect officially opened the Whale Emperor Sect relics, attracting tens of thousands of Loose Cultivators swarming in.

That was why business was thriving, earning money even while lying down.

"Take one thousand spirit stones and send them to the resident Elder from the Shuihua Sword Sect in the Fang City."

Li Quanqing said, his mind not clouded by profits; he still rembered who started the Whale Emperor Fang it.

Now that the Green Jade Li Family has three Foundation Establishnt Cultivators, their influence was spreading and growing stronger, fearing no covetous eyes.

With these three thousand spirit stones, coupled with the hefty sum from Baoqing Fang.

Li Quanqing could gather a bit more by himself, and it would be enough to purchase both the Dragon Fla Eagle and the Canghai Whale.

As he secured the spirit stones and was about to head to Sword Treasure Tower, the Sea Suppressing Sword humd softly, suddenly sensing a concealed watchful gaze.

Being spiritually powerful had its advantages; if anyone was surreptitiously spying, they would be imdiately detected.

"Who are those guys?"

Li Quanqing’s gaze shifted towards a dark corner between buildings, seeing seven or eight Cultivators either standing or squatting, their eyes bearing malicious intent.

Li Quanfu, following right behind him, saw this group and snorted coldly: "These guys are from the Situ Family. Previously when our business was booming, a newly promoted Foundation Establishnt Cultivator from the Situ Family sent soone over, asking to voluntarily give up a Happy Dwelling for their protection—I sent them away, but it seems they are still harboring malicious intentions."

"Situ Family again, now with eight Foundation Establishnt Cultivators, plus a Second Rank peak Guardian Island Mystic Turtle, indeed formidable!"

"With such overbearing actions, no wonder even the Shuihua Sword Sect wants to keep them in check."

Li Quanqing looked at these rowdy Cultivators, his Spiritual Sense sharp, and sensed an uncomfortable, sinister aura on several of them.

That feeling, as if it were familiar.

He pondered for a mont, subtly opened his Multi-treasure Spirit Eyes, and quietly examined their auras.

Within the Magic Power Spiritual Light, strands of foul and tangled Demon Energy were mixed, indistinguishable from one another, complicated and inseparable.

Demon Energy?

Why would there be Demon Energy on humans?

Li Quanqing’s hands trembled uncontrollably; even if Cultivators kept Demon Beasts or Spiritual Beasts, the energy seen would still be distinct from each other.

Not entangled like this.

Such a scenario indicated that these individuals were clearly...
