"Zihan Ge!" The door opened as Jiang Shu walked inside along with Li Shen.
But the woman stiffened as soon as she noticed an unexpected presence in the room. "Miss Ying, how co you're here?"
"Out on a dinner with my boyfriend," Ying Yue stood up as she replied casually, "Senior," She greeted Li Shen who nodded absent-mindedly as he looked at her in a daze.
Mo Zihan stood up as he looked at Jiang Shu with furrowed brows, "What are you doing here? And how do you guys know each other?"
Jiang Shu quickly schooled her expressions, "Zihan Ge, I saw you outside so I ca after you. Last ti, you said you will introduce your girlfriend, I didn't expect to et Miss Ying here."
Mo Zihan nodded, "I happen to be the lucky boyfriend of this beautiful lady here," He walked towards Ying Yue before pulling her closer to him, "You guys already know each other so you don't need an introduction I guess?"
Jiang Shu nodded before looking at Ying Yue, "I am his childhood friend," She introduced herself without overdoing it.
Ying Yue nodded.
Jiang Shu then looked at Mo Zihan, "Didn't you ask how we know each other?" She pointed at Li Shen who was standing beside her with a strange expression on his face, "He is Li Shen, my best friend, and Miss Ying's beloved senior, they are under the sa company."
Mo Zihan indifferently nodded at the man but Li Shen was still looking at Ying Yue in a daze.
"Stop looking at my girlfriend, she tends to beco shy easily," He said smilingly but his possessive arm tightened its grip around her waist.
Li Shen snapped out of his daze. He looked at the couple standing in front, a hint of lancholy appeared in his eyes before disappearing in an instant, "Second Young Master Mo, it's my honor to et you here," He smiled at Mo Zihan, "I didn't know my junior had any kind of involvents with you until today."
Ying Yue smiled at him, "In fact, I have been entangled with him for a very long ti. Isn't it?" she looked at Mo Zihan.
Mo Zihan nodded his head, "Indeed.''
Jiang Shu clenched her fists inside her sleeves.
"You guys should join us," Ying Yue suggested to which they nodded.
The went on smoothly but Jiang Shu recounted their childhood mories again, emphasizing how the Mo Siblings' mom doted on her. Her words seed rather innocent which i
s why nobody thought that she was scheming sothing.
But Ying Yue felt a little uncomfortable with it.
After their dinner, they bid goodbye to each other while Mo Zihan and Ying Yue left first.
Looking at their retreating backs, Jiang Shu glanced at Li Shen, "If you want her back, you can have her," she softly muttered as they walked out of the restaurant.
Li She paused, "What do you an?" he asked as he stared at her back.
Jiang Shu turned around to look at him, "It's never too late. So what if she is in a relationship? Things can change anyti."
"You are not being yourself right now," He let out a tired sigh, "I know about your feelings for Mo Zihan. You are my friend so I won't lie to you. Ying Yue.I have liked her for a very long ti. But things are not the sa anymore, we can't try to get in between a couple,'' As Li Shen spoke, his voice beca softer and softer towards the end.
Seeing the woman you've longed for in another man's arm was a pain he couldn't describe.
But because of his title of film emperor in the entertainnt industry, he never pursued her actively to avoid getting involved in scandals. Isn't this pain what he deserved?

Jiang Shu stood there rooted to her spot as she contemplated over his words for a few minutes.
In the end, she took out her phone before checking the information she gathered about Ying Yue. No romantic relationships, no involvents in casting couch, nothing wrong with her character, on the contrary, the woman has accomplished everything on her own.

Mark squinted. "I'm taking over the responsibility to dress you, beauty. Even your own husband is going to have a crush on you today."
