Two days later.

The heavy golden doors of the Elder Hall slamd open once more.

Qian Renxue stepped inside with her usual unrestrained confidence — her long golden hair trailing behind her like a banner of light. The scent of sacred incense filled the vast chamber, and in the center, beneath the carved statue of the Six-Winged Seraphim, sat Qian Daoliu, his eyes closed in silent prayer.

Without any hesitation, Qian Renxue’s clear voice rang out, “Grandfather, if I am to go undercover, you have to give all the inherited soul bones.”

Her words echoed across the hall, sharp and demanding.

Qian Daoliu slowly opened his eyes. A faint golden light flickered in his pupils as he turned to face her. He had been waiting for this day — the day his granddaughter would willingly take a step toward inheriting the Angel God’s legacy. Seeing her resolve ward his ancient heart.

“Renxue,” he said gently, his voice resonating like a low bell, “you should understand that to absorb the inherited soul bones, one must possess extraordinary physical strength and spiritual endurance. These bones carry the purest divine energy of the Angel lineage. Even a Soul Sage would struggle if their body isn’t prepared.”

Qian Renxue crossed her arms, her tone playful yet stubborn. “I know that, Grandfather. But why not let try? Or…” she tilted her head slightly, her expression turning mischievously pitiful, “are you so heartless that you won’t even let your granddaughter have a chance?”

Her eyes glead with mock sadness, the corners slightly glistening as if she were about to cry.

Qian Daoliu sighed deeply. The girl had always been like this — intelligent, sharp-tongued, and more than capable of bending situations to her will. He could never bring himself to refuse her completely.

He stood up, his aura spreading like a golden tide that illuminated the marble pillars of the hall.

“Very well,” he said finally, a faint smile curling his lips. “You are my granddaughter and the future Angel Goddess. I will entrust you with the Qian family’s six inherited soul bones.”

With a thought, Qian Daoliu activated his Space-type Soul Guide. Six dazzling lights burst forth, hovering before them like miniature suns. The air humd with divine energy, each bone emanating a sanctified aura that made the temperature in the hall rise.

He pointed to each one in turn, his voice reverent and proud:

· Angel’s Skull Bone — 99,000 years,

· Angel’s Right Arm Bone — 99,000.

· Angel’s Left Arm Bone — 99,000 years,

· Angel’s Right Leg Bone — 99,000 years,

· Angel’s Left Leg Bone — 99,000 years,

· Angel’s Torso Bone — 99,000 years,

“These are the sacred relics of our lineage,” Qian Daoliu explained solemnly. “Each of them is just one step below 99,000 years. When your strength reaches the peak of the mortal world — Rank 100 — these spirit bones will evolve into a complete 100,000-year set and fuse into the Angel Sacred Armor, the divine vestnt of the Seraphim God.”

Qian Renxue’s eyes glowed faintly as she listened, but her expression remained calm — almost too calm. Inside, however, her mind was already calculating.

She bowed lightly, masking her inner thoughts with a gentle smile. “Thank you, Grandfather.”

Qian Daoliu waved his hand dismissively, though warmth filled his gaze. “Go, Renxue. These soul bones carry the pride of the Angel Clan. Treat them with respect.”

Qian Renxue nodded silently and gathered all six soul bones into her spatial ring.

Turning on her heel, she left the grand hall, her golden hair swaying with each step.

Monts later, Qian Daoliu sighed softly and returned to his seat, his expression both proud and worried. “Child… may the Angel’s light guide you,” he murmured.

But what Qian Daoliu didn’t notice — what even his perception failed to detect — was that when Qian Renxue entered the inner hall to begin absorption, another figure followed her.

A woman whose presence was undetectable, hidden beneath layers of illusion.

Qian Daoliu saw only one Qian Renxue enter the room.

----

Inside the inner, Qian Renxue activated her space soul guide and threw all of the Soul Bones on the ground

Qian Renxue stood before them, her purple eyes gleaming faintly with amusent. Her clone, Eve which even Qian Daoliu failed to find with his perception.

The reason, because Qian Renxue who has beco demigod is an expert in weaving illusion with her 3rd soul skill: Illusion

Piling the six radiant bones before Eve, Qian Renxue said lazily, “Go ahead and absorb them.”

Eve arched a brow, her lips curling into a faint smirk. A faint ripple of energy pulsed behind her as she summoned her martial soul — a delicate folding fan painted with mountains, rivers, and clouds that seed to move faintly as though alive.

“Martial Soul: Myriad Transformation Fan,” Eve said with a flourish as Two yellow soul rings rose.

Qian Renxue tilted her head, curiosity flickering in her eyes. “That’s the na of this martial soul?”

Eve chuckled, her tone dripping with mock pride. “No. I just nad it. It belongs to the woman whose body this is. But since I’m the one using it now, I might as well make it mine.”

A faint amused smile played across Qian Renxue’s lips.

Eve closed her fan and eyed the pile of soul bones before her. “You know, for soone so confident, you’re oddly generous today.”

Qian Renxue crossed her arms, her purple eyes glinting with cold intellect. “The gods think they’ve placed as a pawn on their grand chessboard,” she said softly, almost to herself. “But they don’t realize… I intend to flip the board itself.”

Eve smirked and interrupted, “What you an is, you don’t like these 99,000-year-old bones, so you’re dumping them on .”

Qian Renxue waved a hand dramatically, feigning helplessness. “Don’t make it sound so cheap. I’m rely giving you the opportunity to beco the Angel Goddess in my place — along with the Angel Sacred Armor, of course.”
