Inside the warehouse.

Aaron inspected the parachute carefully.

It was built in a simpler form, but the craftsmanship was solid.

After examining it, he said,

"Miss Alice, if you want to test it, it’s best to use weights first instead of a human. That way, we can determine how much load it can carry. You can test it with different weights, and once we’re confident, we can move on to human trials."

Alice frowned slightly.

"But... how do we weigh humans?"

Aaron chuckled and patted his forehead.

"Of course, it’s easy. Don’t worry, I’ll show you the thod. We’ll need weights of different kilograms."

Alice nodded thoughtfully.

"Fiona, take so guards with you and bring the weights."

Fiona left the warehouse with four guards.

Alice then turned to Aaron and asked,

"Aaron, can my weight be asured too?"

Aaron nodded.

"Of course. You already know that rchants weigh goods like wheat and rice during trade. In the sa way, people can be weighed too."

Alice looked contemplative and murmured to herself,

"I didn’t even know we could use weights to asure a person’s weight..."

Ti passed, and Fiona returned with the weights, accompanied by the guards.

Aaron helped them asure everything carefully, ensuring accuracy.

Afterward, he turned to Alice and said,

"Well, Miss Alice, that’s all for today."

Then he added,

"Also... if the undead co tonight, I want to participate in the fight."

Alice smiled, but her eyes held a hint of concern.

"Of course, Aaron. But fighting those hordes can be dangerous. I have a suggestion, would you like to hear it?"

Aaron nodded.

"Please tell , Miss Alice."

She replied with a gentle smile,

"How about you patrol the city walls? You’ll be safer there."

Aaron considered her words, then nodded.

"Well then, thank you, Miss Alice."

But his expression turned slightly embarrassed as he added,

"Can I get a bow? With my current strength, an ordinary one might break after a few uses."

Alice felt a flicker of frustration.

She had suggested the city walls to keep him safe, but now he was asking for a weapon.

She knew exactly what that ant: Aaron intended to fight.

She sighed and said,

"Well... follow ."

Aaron followed behind her, his mind already turning.

He decided that once he reached the training ground, he would test his accuracy.

He wanted to know the hit rate of a knight.

A few minutes later.

Aaron stood at the edge of the training ground, which stretched across an area nearly the size of ten football fields.

Taking a closer look, he noticed dummies placed at various distances, each clearly marked for different levels of training.

Alice began to explain,

"Aaron, the closest dummies are placed 30 steps away. Then there’s 50 steps, and 70 steps."

"Those are for ordinary people to practice their skills. Beyond that, the minimum distances are set at 100, 150, and 200 steps, these are for Knight Apprentices, from low tier to high tier."

She pointed further down the field.

"Finally, for those with the strength of a Knight or higher, the dummies are placed at 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, and even 500 steps."

Her tone grew more serious.

"Beyond that, there’s no way to practice effectively. Even if soone tries, the arrow might be destroyed mid-flight, or external factors like wind, rain, or terrain can ruin the aim."

"Verdia Kingdom is filled with natural obstacles, trees, bushes, uneven ground. That’s why archers often end up fighting in close quarters after their first few shots."

Aaron studied the training ground with a look of understanding.

He quickly did a ntal calculation, each step was roughly half a ter for an average person.

So in terms of actual distance, the farthest dummy, placed at 500 steps, was about 250 ters away.

He realized that most archers in Verdia Kingdom likely trained only up to that range.

But of course, there were always exceptions.

After a mont of hesitation, Aaron decided to increase his Archery Mastery to Level 7, spending 1,100 experience points.

Instantly, a wave of sensation washed over him.

It felt as though he had been practicing archery for countless years.

When he ca to his senses, he heard Alice calling out,

"Aaron, co on, let’s go. Let see how good you are at archery."

Aaron nodded calmly, though inside he was buzzing with excitent.

With his mastery now at Level 7, he had gained the ability to predict arrow trajectories.

He could now shoot three arrows per second, though that would still require practice to perfect.

His attack range had increased to 448 ters, and he felt confident that even in a thunderstorm, he could hit his target as long as it was within that range.

Beyond that, the arrow might deviate.

However, he knew that his current arrows might not withstand the pressure.

As Alice had ntioned earlier, the materials used could break under such force.

Still, one thing was certain:

Aaron’s archery was now powerful enough to make people fear him.

Aaron followed Alice to the weapon rack.

Several soldiers quickly greeted her with respect. One of them even comnted,

"Miss Alice, are you here to practice archery today?"

Alice gave the guard a confused look.

"Does it matter whether I practice or not?"

The guard hastily shook his head.

"Miss Alice, I think you misunderstood. Last ti you practiced archery, I happened to watch, and I learned sothing from you. Now I can hit targets at 150 steps."

Alice gave a knowing smile.

"Good. Keep it up."

Then she turned to Aaron.

"Pick any bow you like."

As Aaron walked toward the weapon rack, the guards watched him with curious eyes.

They knew that anyone personally brought to the training ground by Miss Alice couldn’t be ordinary.

Suddenly, one of them whispered,

"Hey, that’s Lord Aaron, the one who discovered coconuts."

The whispers spread quickly.

"So he’s Lord Aaron? He looks so young."

"Yeah. Thanks to his coconut discovery, we can train longer, especially after drinking that refreshing water."

"True. But forget that, how good is Lord Aaron at archery?"

Just as the last whisper faded, a sharp cracking sound echoed through the room.

Everyone turned toward the source.

Lord Aaron had just broken a bow.

And not just any bow, one that even Knight Apprentices struggled to draw.

Yet Aaron had snapped it effortlessly.

For a mont, the entire room fell into stunned silence.
