"I will get to it imdiately." Zhao Ming Ye said and squatted down next to Jade Face Lin's body.
Over on the other side of the open square, Lin Fan stood and took out a Heavenly Rejuvenate Pill.
He swallowed it and looked at the carnage that the Dark Lord and his party had brought upon the Yi i Sect.
There were bodies lying all over the open square, so had their heads and limbs missing.
Most of them had their eyes and mouths wide open.

"Lin Fan... Thanks so much for the help." Zhao Jia Rui ca up to Lin Fan and bowed at him.

He took the pill and swallowed it.

"One of them was the Iron Heart Nun, a forr disciple of the Yi i Sect." i Hong, who was now able to stand up, ca over and said.
Lin Fan nodded and thought to himself.
Seems like the people that were with the Dark Lord were all forr disciples seeking vengeance on their sects.
"I'd like to thank you for saving Jia Rui's life." i Hong bowed and said.
"It was nothing." Lin Fan replied and took a step back.
i Hong wanted to say sothing but stopped herself when she saw his reaction.
She took out a wooden slab from her sleeve instead.
"This is a storage artifact with so valuables in it. Please accept it for the help you've rendered." i Hong stretched out her hand with the wooden slab on it.
"Thank you so much."
Lin Fan took the wooden slab and thanked i Hong.
He wasn't soone that fixated on formalities.
"If you excuse , I will have to talk to the Qing Feng Sect sect master." i Hong excused herself and walked over to talk with Qing Yang Zi.
Zhao Jia Rui followed behind i Hong, and she gave Lin Fan one last glance as she walked by.

When Qing Yang Zi finished his discussions with i Hong, it was ti for the Qing Feng Sect to return.
The Qing Feng Sect had tried to help Yi i Sect's injured disciples and those young masters heavily injured.
The clans and families of these young masters will be out for blood when the news breaks out.

So, Qing Yang Zi with the other peak lords returned to Qing Feng Sect on the golden leaf artifact.
The first thing when they arrived back in the sect was for Zhao Ming Ye to use his mory Recall Formation to extract whatever information he could from Jade Face Lin's head.
Qing Yang Zi dismissed the others while they waited for the result.
Lin Fan went back to his wooden hut for a rest while Zhang Yi Nian and Zhang Xi went back to the Physique Peak.

"You are back. Let add more dishes for you." Ho Jie chuckled, and he proceeded to prepare more to accommodate Lin Fan's return.
Lin Fan poured himself a cup of tea, and he sat down to ponder.

The owner of the pair of eyes must have been much more powerful than Qing Yang Zi or Zhang Yi Nian.
