‘Criminal Law’ Article 275, intentional destruction of public or private property, if the amount is substantial or there are other serious circumstances, shall be sentenced to no more than three years of fixed-term imprisonnt, criminal detention, or a fine!
‘Constitution’ Article 13, citizens’ lawful private property is inviolable! The state shall protect citizens’ property rights and inheritance rights according to law!
Does Mrs. Morrison think school rules are above ‘Property Law’? Above ‘Criminal Law’? Or even above the ‘Constitution’?!”
The constitution is the fundantal law of the nation and its legal status is above all other laws and regulations.
Purple Sumrs glared at Victoria Morrison, word by word she said, “I demand a public apology from you in the next class, otherwise I will sue you for the cri of intentional property destruction! Mrs. Morrison, I don’t want to threaten you, but you must be very clear on what action the Education Bureau will take against a teacher embroiled in lawsuits.
