Purple furrowed her eyebrows, “What are you here for?”
“We need to talk,” Clyde said.
Laughter from a woman filtered in from outside. The tourists and companions from next door, having finished breakfast, were returning, and the passageway was bustling.
Purple, frowning, let Clyde co in and closed the door again.
“We have nothing to talk about, the things you’ve done make feel sick!” Purple said with disgust, “I will take my mom away, and if you still have any conscience, don’t stop us, and don’t appear in front of her again!”
There was not even the slightest change in Clyde’s expression, as Purple’s reaction was expected.
“Purple, she’s pregnant,” Clyde stated.
Purple’s face turned ashen in an instant.
Almost without thinking, she raised her hand and violently slapped Clyde!
“Are you even human?!” Purple raged, “She’s almost forty-six; you want her to have a child! Are you mad? You will destroy her!!!”
Purple was furious to the extre, and the force behind her slap left a red mark on Clyde’s face imdiately.
His eyes sharpened coldly, and, unexpectedly, his lips slowly curved upward, revealing a mocking smile.
“So, what now? You want to take her back, persuade her to abort the child?” Clyde looked down at Purple coldly, “And then let her continue living alone in that pathetic little Western-style house, all the way until her death?”
“She can pursue a new life! But a new life doesn’t an being deceived!” Purple was incensed, “Clyde! You lied to her!”
Clyde rely smiled in response, “I simply fulfilled her illusion.”
Purple looked at him in disbelief.
“When I took her away, I told her I missed her, hoped she would spend a few days with , just a few days, and then I’d send her back,” Clyde continued, “She’s still the sa, soft-hearted and easy to fool, actually believing that accompanying for a few days would an she could go ho.”
Disgust and loathing showed on Purple’s face: “You didn’t send her ho.”
